Abstract: 

Environmental hazards invariably lead to significant human and financial repercussions, underscoring the crucial need to thoroughly investigate and recognize hazardous areas. Recognizing the importance of this matter, this study focuses on identifying regions susceptible to natural hazards within Roodehen’s urban area. To achieve the objectives, a variety of data sources, including a digital model with a 30-meter height resolution, a geological map at a scale of 1:100,000, a topographic map at a scale of 1:50,000, and additional information layers were harnessed as primary research tools. The research method integrated multiple analytical tools, incorporating a digital model with a 30-meter height resolution, a geological map at a scale of 1:100,000, a topographic map at a scale of 1:50,000, and various information layers. ArcGIS software served as a pivotal component in data analysis, bolstered by the fuzzy logic model and the ANP model. The approach encompassed a multi-step process commencing with the utilization of the integrated fuzzy logic and ANP model, driven by diverse parameters, to pinpoint areas susceptible to flood hazards, amplitude movements, and earthquake vulnerability. Consequently, a comprehensive hazard map of Roodehen’s urban area was formulated based on the obtained outcomes. The study underscores Roodehen's urban area as being at a heightened risk of natural hazards. Particularly, the western and northern regions exhibit elevated vulnerability due to their proximity to fault lines, earthquake centers, and steep slopes, making them susceptible to slope movements and earthquake hazards. Conversely, the central parts of the region, situated in close proximity to the river with low slopes and altitude, face a higher risk of flooding, and demonstrate significant earthquake vulnerability.

Abstract: 

Considering the importance of education and its decisive role in promoting the University quality level, This study aimed to identify factors affecting to increase the educational quality of postgraduate Azad University courses in Roodehen branch, Faculty of Educational Sciences. This research was a descriptive survey approach. The study population consisted of all graduate students in the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Roudehen branch, Azad University, with the total of 255 students in 2010-2011.The statistical sample was 152 subjects, determined based on the Morgan table. Questionnaire was developed to collect data. The questionnaire included 27 Liker scale was at option 5 Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient using 0.78, respectively. Questionnaire and research data have been analyzed and described in two descriptions’ levels by the use of central field, criteria, the variety distribution table, and also in analytic statistic variants. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics were used in SPSS software. Results of analysis of the data showed factors such as equipping the classrooms with modern technology, doing researches, changing the educational content, teaching of the faculty and their professional development. It is obvious that the identification of these factors alone are not enough and should be noted to their organizing due to the diagnosis of their condition in the quality of postgraduate education.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Spirituality is an important aspect of quality of life. The importance of spirituality and its growth in man lives is increasingly attracted to psychologist and mental health experts, in the past decades. The aim of present study was to predict mental health based on spiritual intelligence and family communication patterns among students of Islamic Azad University Roodehen branch.Materials and Methods: The sample of this study was 237 male and female undergraduate students whom they were selected by cluster sampling, and finally 236 questionnaires were prepared for analysis. The participants completed the three questionnaires (general health questionnaire, spiritual intelligent questionnaire and Family Communication Patterns Questionnaire). Obtained data was analyzed by correlation and multiple regression analysis.Findings: Multiple-regression indicated that correlations between the variables were significant and negative. The results also showed that conformity sub-scale has the most predicting power (b = 0.41), and spiritual life based on the strength of the inner core has the second place (b = 0.27).Conclusion: There are relationships between spiritual intelligent and family communication patterns with mental health among students of Islamic Azad University Roodehen branch.

Abstract: 

Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the efficacy of metacognitive strategies training on attention deficit disorder and learning disorder in the students of Roodehen male vocational schools in the academic year 2018-19. The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test design, posttest with control group. The statistical population included all students of Shahid Chamran and Ayatollah Rafsanjani male vocational schools in Roodehen city, from which 30 people were selected by available sampling and then randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (n=15 in each group). The research instruments included the d2 questionnaire to assess attention deficit problems and the Colorado Learning Problems Questionnaire by Wilcott et al. (CLDQ). The experimental group underwent metacognitive strategies training but the control group did not receive any trainings. Data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance. Metacognitive strategies training was significantly effective on reducing inattention (P <0. 001) and learning disability (P = 0. 001) in the experimental group. Based on the findings, it is suggested that counselors and therapists use metacognitive strategies training techniques to reduce students' attention deficit and learning problems.

Abstract: 

The main objective of this article was to study relationship between entrepreneurship with job involvement in university personnel. Upon correlational studies and administrating job involvement and entrepreneurship questionnaires on 146 personnel at Islamic Azad University Roodehen branch were collected data. In general, the regression analysis showed that with using entrepreneurship can predicting job involvement.

Abstract: 

The present research investigated the effect of assessment on Islamic Azad University (Zone 12) faculty members’ teaching quality. The statistical population consisted of all IAU Zone 12 students studying in 2009-2010 fall semester including Boin Zahra, Parand, Takestan, Damavand, Roodehen, Shahriyar, Firoozkooh, Qazvin, Qom, Karaj and Varamin Branches. The sampling method was simple random and 100 subjects were selected from Roodehen, Damavand, Firoozkooh and EslamShahr Branches. On the whole, the statistical sample consisted 400 subjects with %10 deletions. Based on Morgan table, the ultimate sample was 384. The research instrument, based on the literature and assessment variables, was the researcher made test consisting of 25 5-choice items. Chrobach’s alpha was estimated to be .73. The main variables were: 1) Regulations; 2) Humanistic relations; 3) Teaching method; and 4) Teaching quality. Pearson’s coefficient of correlation showed that the null hypothesis indicating no relationship between regulations and teaching quality was rejected. This was also the case for humanistic relations and teaching quality indicating the existence of linear direct relationship between the two variables. This same result was true for the existence of relationship between teaching method and teaching quality; between regulations and humanistic relations; and also between regulations and teaching method. Friedman’s test showed that the null hypothesis indicating the equality of each one of the variables was not rejected; in other words, no one variable was superior over the other variables.

Abstract: 

Background and Objectives: The purpose of this study was to “ compare the components of social adjustment, emotional self-regulation skills and coping strategies in stressful situations in delinquent and normal women in the east of Tehran province” . Method: The research method was a comparative study, and the statistical population included all the delinquent women of the eastern provinces of Tehran province (Qarchak, Varamin, Bumehen, Pishva, Damavand, Pardis, Roodehen, Firouzkooh, Abrsad, Abalei, Kilan, Arjmand and Javadabad). In 2016, among these cities, four cities of Varamin, Roodehen, Firouzkooh and Pishva were selected randomly. A sample of 200 individuals divided by groups, 100 ordinary women and 100 delinquent women were selected as the sample and comparison. The participants were evaluated by the three Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale Questionnaire (DERS), Lazarus and Folkman Stress Coping Strategies and Social Adaptation from the California Personality Questionnaire. Results: The results of t-test showed that social adjustment and some of its components (self-control and tolerance) in women with delinquency are lower than normal women. Also, emotional self-regulation skills (target behavior, impulse control, emotional awareness, access to strategies, emotional transparency), and the overall ability to regulate the emotional status of offenders are significantly lower than that of normal women. Criminal women are more likely to use excitement strategies than problem-oriented strategies than normal women, and in general, women offenders use less copyrighted strategies than ordinary women. Conclusion: The methods of coping with stress, emotional self-regulation and social adjustment of offenders are different with ordinary people, which shows that these factors are effective in preventing delinquency and helping individuals to increase adaptability to changes and stressors. Abstract: 

The aim of present investigation is to observe the relationship between emotional intelligence and method of problem solving and student general health in Islamic Azad University, Zone 12. The statistical population of this investigation includes all university students of Islamic Azad University which were studying in the first semester of academic year of 1388-1389. The method of sampling conducted was simple random sampling. Applying Morgan table, 384 subjects from the branches of Roodehen, Parand, Ghazvin, and Karaj. The research tools were emotional intelligence and general health questionnaires. The related index of Alpha Kronbach appeared to be 0.92, 0.84 respectively. The results of the study showed that there is no relationship between emotional intelligence and general health.

Abstract: 

The aim of the present study is to investigat the relationship between the emotional intelligence with problem solving styles and students general health in 12th district of Islamic Azad University. The stiatintical population included all the students in 12th district Islamic Azad University which were studying in mid term of first education year 1388-1389.t he method was simple stratified random sampling. Using Morgan table, 384 people were selected among the 12th district Islamic Azad University branches (Roodehen, Parand, Ghazvin, Karaj).The data were collected through three standard question naires namely: emotional intellgence, general health, and solving problem, the reliability of the questionnaires using Cronbach Alfa were 0.92, 0.89 and 0.84 respectively. The results showed that in regard to persons correlation coefficient between emotional intelligence and probleom solvingther is a linear relation. But these is no relation between emotional inteligence and emotional hntelligence and problem solving don't have any effect on general health.
