Comminity-Oriented policing tries to attract the trust of citizens and maintain satisfaction of personnenel and thus benefit from the cooperation of them in solving the problems of community and policing. Police can attract citizens' trust and have their personnel satisfaction best by giving appropriate services. Citizenship organizational behaviours are those wihich are socially suitable and voluntary.The present paper tries to provide citizenship organizational behavior standards and evaluation indices of the quality of services, and tries to explore the relationship between citizention organizational behavior and the quality of services.The findings of the study demonstrated that the organizational structure and cohesiveness directely affect citizenship organizational behaviors. But, the organizational culture affects citizenship organizational behavior throughcharacter of the agents.

The Present study aims at clarifying the sociological factors affecting the view points of Tehrancitizens toward I.r.I police performance. Variables such as fear of crime and citizen satisfaction were examined. Questionaire was used to gather the required deta from the statistical population which involved citizens above 18 years old.Findings of the study shows that there is a significant relationship between "mental security" and "objective security", and that respect and accountabilityare the most important variables affecting citizens' satisfaction.

Police performance can affect all the social, cultural, political, and economic aspects of the state. Human resources play vital role in the advancement of the organizational performance of the police. The present paper tries to provide a statute for LR.I police organizational performance. All higher and middle level managers of LR.I police were the statistical population of the study.Findings of the study shows that the weight of interorganizational factors efficient in a specific process is 75.8% and that of external factors is 9.82%.The highest weight was for management and leadership and the lowest weight was fo rorganizationa culture and the work environment.

Benefitting from policey and decision making networks is a process recommended in the good governance paradigm in order to overcome the challenges related to the complex relations in the organizations.The present study amims at investigating theories and the effects of environmental requirements of the organization on the modification of organization' performance in policy-making methods and tendency toward using network models.Findings of the study shows that the organization management should make changes in structural, management, and culutural levels of the organization in order to implement network ideas in the organization.

The present paper aims at determining L.R.I police managers' higher education economic, political, social, and cultural skills in order to provide an appropriate management model for higher, middle, and operational levels.The statistical population of the study were 200 of managers and commanders working in higher education, heads of the scientific departments, and L.r.I police university faculty members. Questionaire was used to collect the required data. Analysis of the data demonstrated that political, social, and economic skill are respectively the prime skills of higher, middle, and operational level managers.

After about a decade of introducing community-oriented policing in Iran, it seems quite necessary to evaluate I.R.I polie othorities' under standing of aspects and characteristics of such approach. The persent study aims at exploring the amount of knowledge and support on the part of outhorities of the community-oriented policing approach. It also seeks to evaluate the extent to which such approach has been implemented in Iran police.All I.R.I police commanders were the population of the study from which a sample was randomely selected.Questionaire was used to collect the required data. The findings of the study showed that the harms and threats associated with implementing such approach in Iran can be seen to affect I.R.I Police in different degress.

Human resource Is the basic capital of the organization. If the organization does not plan to get prepared for the maintainance of its personnel, great challenges will appear and inefficient, unmotivated personnel would be the result.The present study seeks to evaluate the personnel maintainance of LR.I police from commanders and personnel's point of view. LR.I police personnel were the population of the study from which the statistical sample was vandomely selected. Questionaire was used to collect the required data.The findings of the study demonstrate that the overall grade of the maintainance of LR.I police personnel was lower than average.

Accident is among the consequences of road transportation resulting in damages, wastage of time. An efficient system of transportation is one in which solving problems due to accidents can occure in the most efficient way.This paper aims at examining ICS as the appropriate system of transportation in Iran.The findings of the study shows that the presented ICS has the capabilitites of implementing road transportation network.

Environmental and organizational changes take place so fast and in an unpredictable way that the knowledge of human resources happens to be the only strategic advantage of organizations.When confronting such changes. Exclusive Quality Management is among the most successful management philosophies which can well be efficient in reacting to environmental and organizational changes, the organization's needs and expectations, community and qualitative issues. Such approach in the realm of education and training tries to have needs analysis and curriculum planning for the personnel with a strategic approach.The present study Is a descriptive-analytic one. The required data were gathered by means of interview, observation and documents examination. The findings of the paper demonstrate that The quality of the process of education has measurable and non measurable standards which have been provided for selecting personnel and determining the suitable quality for teachers.
