Detecting changes in satellite images is an important technique in analyzing remote sensing satellite images. It can be useful in estimating and evaluating areas destroyed in natural disasters and military applications. From the passive defense point of view, detecting the earth changes is very important in the construction, operation, and protection of essential and highly sensitive centers that should be camouflaged, concealed, and decepted. In this respect, establishing useful and effective strategies for designing these centers will facilitate above-mentioned method. Familiarity of experts who are in charge of designing and construction of very sensitive centers with the knowledge of camouflage, concealment and deception will increase safety and security of such centers. Analyzing satellite images requires several steps (pre-processing steps) such as registration, classification, change detection and data fusion. This article first tries to describe the techniques of registration, classification, change detection, and data fusion of satellite images. Finally, an algorithm is provided for registration, classification, change detection, and data fusion of satellite images. Results show that using the data fusion method of Dempster-Shepher is the best practice in this regard.
