The Islamic and public nature of the Islamic Revolution and the originated regime out of it has been with enmity of the powers of the East and West on the one hand, and on the other hand, it turned the Islamic Iran to the focus of the oppressed nations especially the Muslims. Accordingly, the leader of the Islamic Revolution proposed the thought and politics of exporting the revolution to convey the thoughts, teachings and experiences of the Islamic Revolution to other countries from the first days of the revolution in which people and cultural elements had the role of being audience and message. Therefore, public diplomacy in foreign politics of Iran was taken into account by Islamic Republic Governments as a tool and method for giving form to public thoughts. Public diplomacy played a significant role in exporting the revolution and the Islamic Republic Regime has made attempts to benefit its capacity to promote revolutionary values and Islamic culture and ideology.

A comprehensive survey on the universal effects and reflection of the Islamic Revolution on the other nations shows that due to cultural and geographical proximity and distance of different societies with that of Iran, the impact rate of the Islamic Revolution has been different. The main hypothesis of the study is that among the whole of the affecting factors, the cultural and political factors receive the greatest share in the north and south Caucasus and some central Asian countries. The study aims at investigating the political cultural effects of the Islamic Revolution on developments of the Caspian Sea littoral states. The results indicate that regardless of various obstacles, the Islamic Revolution has been capable to exert significant effects in these areas.

This paper aims at investigating the political socialization in textbooks of the high school students after the Islamic Revolution. Since four books of Social Sciences, History, Persian Literature, and Islamic Theology contain this concept, the population of the study includes the mentioned books at high school during three decades after the Islamic Revolution. The research method in this study is content analysis and the unit of content analysis is field unit. The findings of the study show that the books in 60s with 39.5 percent and the books in 70s with 27.3 percent have had the highest and the lowest amounts of socialization, respectively. Also, the findings have emphasized that the books of Social Sciences with 59.1 percent had the highest amount of socialization, and Persian Literature with 4.5 percent had the lowest amount and History Books with 26.8 percent and Islamic M’arif ones with 9.5 percent are in the second and third ranks, respectively.

After the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, America attempted to isolate Iran by various plots. Imposing sanctions from the west, though bringing about some problems for Iran, it had positive economic, political, cultural, psychological results for Iran. Nevertheless, to cover the contradiction between promise and practice and under the influence of Jewish lobby, the US continues to apply the politics of imposing sanctions against Iran. By answering this question that what factors were effective to prevent the US from reaching its desired purposes, the paper intends to test this hypothesis that the wise leadership of Imam Khomeini and association of people highly trimmed and sometimes neutralized the effects of sanctions.

Within the development process full of ups and downs, quite many changes are produced in the society’s values, norms, habits and customs and development demands securing cultural and identity foundations then making the development factors compatible with these foundations. Also, the Islamic- Iranian model of development is considered to be the development guidance of the country which has also been mentioned in the official and major documents of Iran such as the documents of Development Perspective and Constitutional Law. The question raised by the study is that what the effect of security of Islamic-Iranian identity on success of Islamic-Iranian model of development is. The hypothesis here is that securing identity provides the ground for gradual actualization of Islamic-Iranian model of development and full disclosure of its components that are hidden in the heart of this identity. Relying on the theoretical viewpoints of the socialists about security, we deal with analyzing and explaining the role of security of identity in promoting the Islamic-Iranian model of development.

In the absence of effective political parties in the Iranian society from the Constitutional Revolution up to the Islamic Revolution, due to is religious origin and social base in society, the religious authority was able to fulfill some functions of the political parties in the society. Although the political functions of the religious authority in Iran have been raised from its religious origin, they are a prominent aspect from activities of this institution. The techniques of exercising power in the religious authority institution are different from those of the active political institutions in the west; however, in a period of political history of Iran, this institution has been able to perform the functions being performed by political parties in western societies. Although it is not the aim of this paper to reduce the role of religious authority institution to the functions of the parties as well as the functions of this institution are far beyond the political parties, the functions of religious authority institution can be investigated by designing a framework about the parties activities in western societies.

The election field is one of the channels being considered by the enemies of Islamic system of Iran to confront with an Islamic Republic and by recognizing the conditions of each period a special scenario they have intended to achieve their purposes. In this regard, presidential election in 2009 has been one of the most important political events of the history of the Islamic Republic of Iran that the domestic and foreign opponents were pretty determined to defeat the system and to realize their thirty-year-old dream. Explaining the procedure of the opponents actions before and after the elections, the paper intends to prove this hypothesis that despite of the difficulties and problems created by these actions and events, under the leadership and measures of the leader of the Revolution and his wise strategies, the Islamic system could overcome these hardships against enemies and opponents of the country.

Extensive influence of secular and atheistic beliefs to the Islam world in form of different ideologies has exerted strong effects on understanding of traditional and religious beliefs has raised considerable challenges on them. Also, abundance of currents of thoughts has shown that the relations between two concepts of Islam and Development have produced a great effect on the way they are formulated. The streams such as Arab civilization-oriented secular and westernized stream, Salafiyat-e Takfiri, Islamic civilization-oriented and Islamic fundamentalist ones are the outstanding movements of the Arab world among which the secular one, because of possessing media tools, has been to some extent effective in literature and discourse of the other movements. The secular ones are in pursue to achieve a pseudo-liberal or non-religious political regime and in this regard they benefit domestic and foreign supports. The Islamists are in seek of reviving Islamic Caliphate or a democracy inspired from religion; however, because of Takfiri Salafis actions they are encountered by severe accusations and the future developments will be indicative of more serious conflicts of these two streams.

In this research, it has been attempted to use broadcasting or dissemination theory which is one of the common theories about explaining how ideas and thoughts could be developed and it is the theoretical framework of this research as a model to export values of the Islamic Revolution through Ibrahimi Hajj Rituals. The study seeks to answer the question in that whether it is possible to export the values and ideals of Islamic Revolution to Islam World through the path of Ibrahimi Hajj. And in the case of a positive answer to this question, how the amount and form of this exportation will be. The results of the study show that despite of actual obstacles on its way, Ibrahimi Hajj enjoys many potential capacities in different aspects and levels to export the values of the Islamic Revolution and it can be possible to spread the values of the Islamic Revolution to the target countries through this way.

During his life by various tools such as sending messages or interviewing and lecturing, Imam Khomeini began to disseminate his thoughts. This study is an attempt to answer the questions in that what processes are shown by Imam Khomeini’s speeches contained in “Imam’s Sahifeh” during his lifetime and what topics are included. Also, what topics were emphasized on by Imam Khomeini? The paper has used a mixed method of research which includes both qualitative and quantitative methods. For this purpose, by analyzing the twenty-two volume collection of Imam’s Sahifeh at first, his speeches were identified and then by a qualitative analysis, their positions among the rest of his propaganda activities were determined and finally, by specifying some indices, a content analysis of Imam Khomeinin’s speeches is proposed.
