Abstract

Within the development process full of ups and downs, quite many changes are produced in the society’s values, norms, habits and customs and development demands securing cultural and IDENTITY foundations then making the development factors compatible with these foundations. Also, the Islamic- Iranian model of development is considered to be the development guidance of the country which has also been mentioned in the official and major documents of Iran such as the documents of Development Perspective and CONSTITUTIONAL LAW. The question raised by the study is that what the effect of SECURITY of Islamic-Iranian IDENTITY on success of Islamic-Iranian model of development is. The hypothesis here is that securing IDENTITY provides the ground for gradual actualization of Islamic-Iranian model of development and full disclosure of its components that are hidden in the heart of this IDENTITY. Relying on the theoretical viewpoints of the socialists about SECURITY, we deal with analyzing and explaining the role of SECURITY of IDENTITY in promoting the Islamic-Iranian model of development.
