The current study aims at investigating the impact of Meimeh Islamic Azad University establishment on educational, socio-cultural, and economic dimensions of this district. The research method employed in this study was the electrical method. The statistical population consisted of the whole population of Meimeh district including the two urban and rural centers. Utilizing the Cohen, et al,'s sample estimating formula (2001), sample size has been estimated to be 360. Use has been made of relative-random sampling technique. Use has also been made of the available documents at the university pecuniary and educational affairs, as well as the traders guild to collect anthropological and complimentary data. To analyze the compiled data, some proper descriptive and inferential statistical operations consistent with the research purposes were performed. The results of the one-sample t-test indicate that the establishment of this university has greatly influenced the educational, socio-cultural, and economic dimensions of this district. However, the negative impacts of Islamic Azad University establishment regarding the increase in moral and behavioral problems of such establishment reveal that, this university with such payments as: direct and indirect taxes, insurance share, tolls and the like to state organizations and institutions, has played a significant role in boosting the financial resources of such organizations. It has also created an opportunity for a more effective bank deposit development, so the financial banking operations have been greatly influenced. Generally speaking, Meimeh Islamic Azad University, since its establishment, has positively and constructively influenced the growth and development of various educational and socio-cultural dimensions of this area, particularly for the girls and women residing in this area. It has caused a great deal of cultural exchange and development and increased the economic welfare level of the families as well.
