Abstract: 

Today, many companies have multiple channels, such as sales force, direct mail / catalog, internet and broadcast channels, telephone, etc. for providing goods and services to its customers. Multiple distribution channels, despite having benefits, several challenges such as the incidence of conflict, allocation of product, free ride some members have being emerged. The aim of this study was to identify the coordination of multi channels of distribution on suppliers’ performance in electronic industry with the social exchange approach. Survey of suppliers of electronic components in Tehran that 247 people in the marketing and sales manager, the sample was selected. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling techniques. Findings show that social factors such as trust and commitment to the coordination of multiple distributions channels and improve supplier performance. With increasing environmental uncertainty, the impact of component trust and commitment in supplier performance increase and promote coordination between distributed supply chain members is greater.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this research is measuring the service quality of Parsian Bank in Hamedan province from the customers'' viewpoints. This research is typically applied and methodologically is descriptive-surveying. Statistical population are all customers that have different accounts in all branches this bank in Hamedan province.The sample of 384 customers volume has been selected randomly by using Morgan Table. Library and survey methods were used for gathering information. Data collection instrument was a researcher designed questionnaire consisting of 21 items. Content validity of the questionnaire was reviewed and required modification executed. The reliability of the instrument was calculated 87% through Cranbach’s Alpha and by using SPSS software. Data collected were analyzed by using nonparametric statistic (Wilcoxon) and T-Test. The findings of the study showed that customers'' conceptions were higher than their expectancies in different aspects of quality such as service systems, behavioral, machine, and accurate exchange services, in other word the subjects are very happy from quality of Parsian Bank services in Hamedan province.

Abstract: 

Organizational entrepreneurship as one of the main forms of entrepreneurship has a key role in success of organizations. On the other hand, most of the research has not been considered seriously the role of social capital as the most important factor, among the various factors influencing organizational entrepreneurship development. Therefore, the main purpose of this descriptive- correlative research was to study of the role of social capital components in organizational entrepreneurship in the Jihad-e-Agriculture organization. The statistical population of the research consisted of all experts in the Jihad-e-Agriculture organization of Zahedan County (N= 180). According to the Bartlett, Kotrlik & Higgins table, a sample size of 150 was selected using a simple random sampling technique. The standard questionnaires were used to collect data. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts. The construct validity and the composite reliability of the research instrument were tested by estimating the measurement model and they were satisfied after making necessary corrections. The results showed that the main hypotheses of the research have accepted and three components of social capital including cognitive, communicative and structural had a positive and significant impact on dependent variable. The components totally explained about 43 percent of variances of organizational entrepreneurship in the Jihad-e-Agriculture organization of Zahedan County. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that increasing social capital in the organization directly results in reinforcing and developing organizational entrepreneurship in the Jihad-e-Agriculture organization.

Abstract: 

Organizational culture is that has attracted the attention of a large number of specialists and interested people to management science because of its publicity, and the term “culture “ alone with is synonyms has arrived into management literature in last decades. This topic has attracted such a great attention that has made managers very careful in decision making in all organization fields. On the other hand, because of high cost in organization and allocation of large amount of budget to properties the need for properly use of properties and equipment have been emphasized, and many theories and ideas have aroused in this respect. In Iran no systematic research has been made about the relationship between culture and property maintenance so far. Or at least it has been limited. Therefore we recognized the necessity for an exclusive research in this field. This research has been designed and performed to understand the relationship between cultural characteristic and quality of property maintenance in government agencies. A sample of 220 of the staff of the organization under research participated in the research all of them have been chosen randomly and according to classified sampling method. The research made questionnaire was used the collecting of information which its validity and reliability were proved data acceptable after performance. Statistical data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistical methods and perspective statistical methods In SPSS program research finding show that there is meaningful relationship between current cultural characteristics and the quality of property maintenance i.e. the better cultural characteristics, the better quality of properties maintenance.

Abstract: 

Talent management strategy (TMS) is one of the new paradigms in human resources management (HRM) that centers on identification, employment, training, promotion and maintenance in an organization. The purpose and method of this study is based on correlation descriptive-survey process. The statistical population of the current research contains the whole faculty members of Isfahan University. By means of two-stage cluster sampling, 213 people were chosen and categorized as samples randomly. The questionnaire that is used to collect the participants’ this questionnaire’s Cronbach’s (alpha) for the whole questionnaire is 0.722. To test research hypotheses, structural equation modeling technique is used. The result of this study, reveal that TMS has a positive and meaningful effect on the performance of faculty members in Isfahan University.

Abstract: 

This research was conducted to investigation organizational climate role in entrepreneurial R&D in Agricultural Technology management that was implemented as a correlation research by using casual model. Statistical population of the study was consisted of 2768 agricultural research experts in Iran, One out of each six regional groups of Provinces was randomly selected and 320 researchers were randomly selected from theses six provinces based on Cochran’s sampling methodology. Research instrument consisted Likert scale for latent variables measurement. Validity of the questionnaire was analyzed using of Average Variance Extracted (AVE) that is a one method of Discriminant validity. Also Composite reliability coefficients were calculated for the questionnaire’s parts. These amounts show that questionnaire has a high ability for data gathering. Structural equation modeling was employed by LISREL 8.8 software package. The results of research shown that among organizational climate factor, Human resource management has a central role in its formulation. Along with Path analysis results shown organizational climate factors have a significant effect in forecasting of Entrepreneurial R&D dimensions in Iranian agricultural research institutes.

Abstract: 

In this study we have tried to identify the most important factors in employee turnover; and using deep understanding and then prioritizing of these factors, appropriate recommendations to reduce their negative effects will be presented. The above factors in the two main hypotheses and also five sub-hypotheses has been investigated and analyzed. In this study using descriptive method and also using appropriated statistical tests tests the research hypotheses has been analyzed. Results showed that Lack of job security in the first place, the difference in salary and benefits in the second, the lack of proper promotion in the third place and reduce organizational commitment in the fourth place have been influenced on the employees’ turnover; But the difference in the valuation regarding to the existing system, there is no significant difference in the valuation of the petrochemical industry. Finally, according to the results both theoretical and practical suggestions have been provided.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to design an appropriate organizational culture for the military and police organizations. The main research question is that what is native model of recognition and management of organizational culture for the military and police? In order to achieve an accurate and definitive model to investigate the above question the first step is to review the existing models in the scientific literature. After that by considering special features of military and police organization, dimensions, components and indicators of proposed model were designed. Then, the model was evaluated by experts. The model has 5 dimensions, 20 properties, and 94 indicators. Validity was confirmed by expert with 93.7. The aim of the research is practical and the data collection method is survey. Data is analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics methods. In the results five types of cultures are appeared: idealistic, excellence-oriented, change-oriented, rule-oriented, and ideologic culture. Among them excellence-oriented culture is the first rank and rule-oriented culture is the last rank. The proposed model can be used for evaluting different aspects of the organizational culture by considering the special properties of the society.
