Low cost model in airline industry is a success and certain innovation through the last three decades. But choosing this model is not a guarantee for success by itself. For continuance and stability in this complicated and unstable industry, each company needs to use and implement the principles and concepts of strategic management. Top managers are responsible about each company's successfulness, so this research try to investigate the top management role's in four dimensions: Strategy Formulation, Strategy Implementation, Coordination of Human Resources with Strategies and Strategy Evaluation. Population of this research is top and middle managers of Kishair and the questionnaire were distributed among 59 randomly selected managers. One-Sample t Test analysis shows all of four dimensions are so important in top management role. For each dimension some factors has determined and One-Way ANOVA analysis compared their differences, at last these differences were analyzed with Duncan's Posthoc analysis.
