Abstract: 

This research article is following the implementation and institutionalizing of organizational entrepreneurship. Organizational entrepreneurship means implementing entrepreneurial process inside the organization using characteristics like emotion of perseverance, risk propensity, creation and innovation.The main question of research is whether factors and required main coverage for implementing organizational entrepreneurship in this company exists. This main question has been the origin for seven hypothesizes for this research. The main tool of research is questionnaire and data analysis method was descriptive and inferential statistics.Reliability of questionnaire was confirmed and %96 chronbach’s Alpha was computed. Data analysis shows that the support amount of executives for creative and innovative people, and training courses for employees were of suitable situation for implementing organizational entrepreneurship but organization structure, executive leadership style, possessing strategic approach, amount of concern for team works between employees and favoring IT and communications for implementation of organizational entrepreneurship were not in suitable situation. At the end of the article, some suggestions for advancing above mentioned factors for implementing organizational entrepreneurship were offered.

Abstract: 

This research is done for evaluation between financing structure and the combination of resources investment for different assets of TSC accepted companies. Financing process and the optimum combination of financing structure on the one hand, and decision making for achieved resources investment in different sectors of assets on the other hand, are among issues which are important in management decision making. In the present research, we are to answer this question that whether decided investment, for assets of TSE companies, is affected by their financing structure.In this study, explanation of the relation between indicators identifying financing structure and decisions of investment for assets combination is done through using multiple regression models and data of 94 TSE selected companies for a 10- year period of 77-86.Each component of assets, defined in a model and has absolute correlation with financing structure which following a specific pattern, is not explainable. As we observed, investments does not have any significant relation to indexes of financing structure. However, some items of assets have separately relation to some identifying indexes. Findings show the confirmation of main hypothesis of the research regarding the relation between financing structure and related decisions of resource investments in asset structure, so some specific variables introduces financing structure of companies.

Abstract: 

Management of an organization requires special characteristics for adapting to changes for survival and growth in new surroundings, and managers generally have difficulty for responding in them. Nowadays, science has identified the power and influence of emotions in inherent life of humans and is exploring and explaining the position of emotions and feelings in human activities, behaviors and movements. One of the most important features that can help managers for responding these changes is emotional intelligent.Emotional intelligent is new achievement of psychology which has recently entered in management field, and includes realizing and identifying feelings and emotions of people, and using them for suitable decision making in daily life. This study is exerted for the purpose determining the relation of emotional intelligent and style of managers’ decision making in two governmental and non governmental universities. In this research, one main and two secondary questions were considered. The main question is whether emotional intelligent has significant relation to managers’ decision making, and secondary questions are based on programmed and nonprogrammed decision making of Herbert Simon’s, and include: 1- is there any significant relation between emotional intelligent and managers’ programmed decision making approach? And 2- is there any significant relation between emotional intelligent and managers’ non programmed decision making approach? For this purpose, we used standard questionnaire of Graves and Bradbury, which is based on four component of emotional intelligent, and decision making questionnaire, developed by guide and counselor, reliability test shows%74 Alpha chronbach’s coefficient. Total number of population in this study is 47 people including Behshahr Science and Industry University and all Islamic Azad University managers of Ghaemshahr. Finding shows that in general, the managers possess good level of emotional level.ther was a significant relation to managers’ emotional intelligent and their decision making approach, and there was a relation between Managers’ emotional intelligent and programmed and nonprogrammed decision making. The latter relation was more in nongovernmental university than governmental one.

Abstract: 

This research is done aiming study of affecting trade name development strategy on customers’ mental position of service companies in Pasargad Bank and its subsidiaries using trade name of Pasargad like Pasargad Insurance Company, Pasargad International Company, Pasargad Electronic service Company and Pasargad Bank Broker company in Tehran. The research method is correlation and the random volume of sample has been 270 of the said companies’ customers. The most important h gained result is the use of trade name strategy development that is the use of a trade name that offer a service heading new services introduction causes effect on mental position of that trade name in the mind of customer, so if suitability exists between offered services of the company i.e. the kind and span of services occurs in one similar level, and realized quality from services to be satisfying the customers, the trade name on the customer mind will be developed, because the customers will perceive an attitude in their mind from a trade name, if they satisfy the services. The positive mind perspective will cause customer persuasion for repetitive use of that offered service or new services and others’ persuasion to use these services.

Abstract: 

After pervasiveness of experts during third wave of immigration from 1370 and afterward, the issue of expert human resource and preventing their immigration was under consideration of managers and society decision makers.The goal of present study is study and exploring the motives of experts’ immigration and offering applied solutions for their retention, control and return. The study is attribution and survey type, studied population is higher graduators of bachelors and upper. Six hypothesizes were developed, sampling was through random method with the volume of 100 graduated experts. Findings show the more economic opportunity differences between different regions of the country the more willingness will occur for immigration to metropolises. Furthermore, there is a significant relation between experts’ immigration and providing of development contexts and achievement of desired economic situation. Based on finding, immigrants having higher excellent education have more geographical movement than other levels. Fundamental support of researchers and satisfying their main needs has higher role, among other ways, for their return.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, increasing growth of developing international companies, and their tight rivalry for possessing more share of market, have created hard atmosphere for managers’ decision making.In such surrounding, which even one mistake or wrong decision of managers may cause their permanent failure, possessing competitive strategies is unavoidable issue. Actually, competitive strategies indicate direction of managers’ performance for defeating powerful competitors in international markets. The purpose of this study is diagnosis of competitive strategies of superior export companies in Iran. The population is 44 superior export Iranian companies, using random sampling, with the volume extracted from Morgan table which showed 36 required samples. Questions were designed based on research model, and a questionnaire was provided for sample companies, from among them 27 companies responded to questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS software, using binomial statistics test.Finding shows that most Iranian Export companies use cost leadership strategy, and they rarely use differentiation and focus.

Abstract: 

Dividend profit is part of profit that is paid to the shareholders in cash. Dividend distribution is the oldest and the most common method to transfer the pay off to the stockholders. Company management should always decide on maintaining and distribution of some or all the dividend profit. So it is important for the financial management to determine the most proper policy toward dividend and factors influencing this policy. Many factors may influence determining dividend policy such as: company size, investment opportunities, company leverage, agency expense, signaling effect, profitability stability, foreign financial support limitation, stockholders' structure and tax.This study was conducted to determine the effect of company size, investment opportunities and dividend policy of previous year on dividend policy of accepted chemical and medicinal companies in Tehran Security Exchange and to show the influencing level of each of these factors. Therefore, the hypothesis testing was conducted in Tehran Security Exchange among 39 companies out of accepted set of chemical and medicinal companies.In order to study the hypothesis testing, the researcher used the multi-variable regression and student t-test to analyze the obtained data under the SPSS software.The result out of the analysis of the data represents dividend profit policy is influenced by last year’s dividend profit. The result is in accordance white Linter model, but it is not affected by the size and investment opportunities of the company.

Abstract: 

In this article, according to careful theoretical and empirical study of diverse researchers and authors for main factors of successful implementation of knowledge management, we identified 12 major and minor factors. Based on these successful main factors and other related elements, a tool in the frame questionnaire for determining their importance and priority from the stand point of management experts was developed. Reliability and validity including structural validity by factor analysis were studied and confirmed by using statistical tests. Then the importance and priorities of these factors were analyzed. According this analysis leadership, support of executives and organizational culture was the most important successful factors and rewarding, motivating exampling bests (optimizing) were of least importance. The importance and ranking of these successful main factors set can be used as a guide for organizations in the country specially the small and medium sector for prioritizing and formulating knowledge management activities. In addition, researchers can use this tool for better realizing their activities related to knowledge management and developing models for expanding knowledge management area.

Abstract: 

This paper aims to investigate and extend the trust-relationship commitment model to an internet banking setting .The paper shows that in testing whether attraction might be related to belief in and use of the internet banking, this research sampled 276 bank customers’ responses via a cross-sectional survey in mashhad, iran.The findings in the paper indicate that trust, shared value and attraction have significant positive impact on commitment. So on both communication and opportunistic behavior have significant positive impact on trust. This research shows that, communication has positive impact on trust.Thus, management attention might be fruitfully focused on the development of such beliefs on the part of the users.Similarly, banks may consider offering a low-cost service by passing on some of their gains from reduced operating cost to customers. This may lead to better customer loyalty towards the service.
