Abstract: 

Understanding the components of excellence and their relationships from the perspectives of the Holy Quran requires an inductive reasoning of the signs of excellence in the holy Quran. This qualitative research is conducted through grounded theory and processes approach. Having derived 1500 verses from the holy Quran, 2500 signs were identified as indications of excellence. 32 main concepts of these indications were selected as 32 main components of excellence from which six categories including symbols of divine man, Islamic training, divine insight, divine mastery, fulfillment of divine decree, and divine perfection were identified in the axial coding phase. In the third stage, selective coding was performed and relations between categories and concepts were explained and analyzed by writing memos. The results indicated that they could satisfy infrastructures and basic theoretical bases for designing an excellence model based on the divine excellence model, the holy prophet, at theoretical levels for the commanders and managers of Sepah.

Abstract: 

Personal Productivity depends on the knowledge and experience. The important point in making use of an individual's experimental knowledge relates to the fact that his behavior follows a special rule under similar condition. Our own experience and that of the others prove that our actions and reactions against phenomena are correct. Human knowledge is divided into two general groups: a. explicit knowledge, and b. tacit knowledge. Each type of knowledge may convert into the other one. If tacit knowledge of the human resource refers to the knowledge he or she gets at workplace, a question arises here asking: 'How can this experimental hidden knowledge change into explicit knowledge?' This research is a case study conducted on the high ranking employees of power and water industry. In this research, hermeneutics quality method and survey method are combined. The main goal of this research is finding a process to convert tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge, and theorizing this process by inferring some of its principles.

Abstract: 

It is necessary to study organizational culture to understand what happens in the organization and to find the answers to questions such as: Why do people behave in a certain way? Why do people decide in a certain way? If organizational culture is not recognized properly, its phenomena cannot be explained correctly. This research is indented to have a comparative study on three generations of the first, second, and third decade employees to a military organization. The views of these three generations are compared according to organizational culture values (regarding four organizational values of 'mission oriented', 'change oriented', 'bureaucratic' and 'human oriented' organizational cultures). The results indicated that all components of the four organizational cultures exist at acceptable levels. However, some components of human oriented and change oriented culture need more consideration. The views of the subjects are significantly different with regard to change culture. It needs more attempt to improve the subjects viewpoint in this regard.

Abstract: 

This research is intended to design strategies of human resource through Miles and Snow model in an active industrial center of oil, gas and cement. The research followed an applied approach using survey method. Research population included 1100 employees and experts of the same center, 285 subjects of whom were selected as sample by a stratified and systematic random selection. For designing human resource strategies, SWOT as well as IFE and EFE matrix were used. Interviews, questionnaires and library data were applied for collecting data. According to research findings, in spite of the corporation's weakness in internal factor appraisal (1.925), there was a good opportunity for it (2.389) in the external market. Therefore, the general suggested strategy for the corporation in relation to human resource is to follow an analytic strategy. In other words, the corporation has to follow a combined strategy of both training and hiring strategy.

Abstract: 

Understanding the factors which influence the performance of human resources is essential to execute effective human resource management. In the mainstream literature, educating and training human resources are two main factors which determine the human resources productivity. This paper is intended to investigate the effects of education and training, along with several other factors, on the productivity of human resources in several manufacturing firms by examining their periodical data. The results revealed that education level, physical capital, research and development activities, export, and wage rate positively affect human resources productivity. Moreover, an increase in training expenditure of the firms had a negative effect on productivity. Results of experimental analysis declared that the type of ownership was not an important determinant of labor productivity. In fact, no significant difference was found between labor productivity in the private firms and public ones.

Abstract: 

Succession planning is one of the most important survival strategies for effective operation in today's turbulent world. Apart from the importance of this matter, in any organization, a diverse set of facilitating and preventive factors is emerged in succession planning process which creates a challenging force field for and against it. Using qualitative research method and content analysis, facilitating and preventive methods in practicing succession planning are investigated in I took Company. Interviews are employed to gather data. The results of the research emphasized on new factors which prevent the development of succession planning in terms of common organizational culture in Iranian organizations through dishonesty in data furnishing, mutual distrust, envy at colleagues, as well universal factors such as the lack of top managers. support, cost-benefit relationship and lack of employees general motivation. However, remarkable facilitating factors in improving the knowledge level of managers and developing employees which create a valuable opportunity for succession planning can be observed as well.

Abstract: 

The main objective of the research is to investigate and identify factors influencing communication management based on the promotion of knowledge workers. motivation in knowledge-based organizations. This research followed an applied approach by a descriptive-survey method. After a deep investigation, the effective factors were identified and the initial model was designed. The results indicated that the main elements of the model include 'organizational trust, work quality, consideration to creative ideas and innovative activities, managers' style of communication and interaction with knowledge workers, effective team work and projects, comprehensive principles and ethical values, and establishing constant processes rather than relying on individuals.

Abstract: 

This research is based on a suggestive model presented by Ikwukannane (2007). According to this model, it is possible to determine the probability of employees' staying in the organization or leaving it. In this model the probability of staying or leaving (E-(p.i) or 1-(p.i)) is supposed to have positive relation with "intention to leave". Descriptive-survey and field study methods are used in this research. The research population contains employees and managers of the higher education and research institute of Jihade Keshavarzi. The results indicated that the employees were not satisfied with their stay in the organization. Yet, they did not intend to leave it. The reasons of these results, which are different from dominant literature, may stem from other intervening factors, such as unemployment rate in Iran. However, the simple formula which is presented in this paper can be used as a proper instrument to find out the probability of staying or leaving of the employees to the organizations' managers and human resource strategists.
