Abstract: 

The aim of this project “Analysis of effects of work counseling on method of work adjustment of Davis on decreasing the Burnout of Behbahen s Islamic Azad university's employees” .The method of research is practical and the statistical society consists of 157 male workers in the mentioned university in 1387. For this research a total of 40 male workers participated in the MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory) questionnaire whose points were above 50% which were chosen randomly. 20 of which were chosen randomly as test group and 20 as witness group. The test group participated in 8 sessions of counseling and each session lasted for 90 minutes. The counseling session conducted in the model of Davis work adjustment. At the end of the sessions (a month later), follow up session was conducted. The analysis the data with the use of ’t-test’ independent group, Multivariate Analysis Of Variance (MANOVA) and Multivariate Analysis Of Covariance (MANCOVA) in the level of 0.05%, the following result obtained. The main hypothesis regarding the effects of method of Burnout reduction of employees was approved. The secondary hypothesis of first to third regarding effects of method on reduction of emotional burnout, reduction of depersonalization and reduction of the self achievment feeling of the workers in two instances of pre test and follow up were approvd.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of play therapy on phobia in 5-11 years old children in Isfahan. Therefore, children who were refered to Isfahan clinics (Children and Adolescent's Clinic of Isfahan Medical Sciences University and Children Psychiatric Clinic of Noor Hospital) were selected as a random cluster, that is, 30 children who were diagnosed as phobic were selected, and randomly divided into experimental and control groups (15 subjects each). The experimental group received group play therapy in 6 weekly sessions and the control group did not receive any intervention. The parent form of the sub-scales of phobia of the Child Abnormal Symptoms Inventory (CSI-4) was administered to all subjects as the pre, post and follow up tests. The results of analysis covariance showed that the difference between the mean post test scores of phobia in the two groups was not significant. But the experimental group significantly scored less than the control group in the phobia follow-up test (P<0.01).

Abstract: 

The aim of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of information dissemination training about consequences of girls-boys harmful relations on attitude of girl's students of high school's students of shahinshar city toward sons and girls relationships. For this purpose using a semi-experimental research method with two group, pre-test, post-test and one month follow- up was conducted. Statistical population was consisted of total female high school students in first and second grade. Research sample was selected through clastering sampling method on the basis of grade and assigned to euprimental and control groups. Experimental group received prevention of harmful relationships training intervention for six 1.5 hour session. The measurement of this research was attitude toward relationships of sons and girls questionnaire developed by the researcher. This 41 item questionnaire has five subscales. Scoring method of this questionnaire was in “I agree”, “I disagree” format. Questionnaire reliability was computed through coefficient correlation and fundamental factors were determined through factorial analysis. The results of multivariate variance controlling pretest scores showed that overall prevention of harmful relationships training has caused attitude change in students in post-test and follow-up points. The results showed that training has caused attitude improvement toward “harm for future marital life” and harm for “family relationships” categories in female students but this change in “social harms” has occurred only in post-test point and was not permanent in follow-up point also this intervention had no significant effect on attitudes toward “psychological-emotional harms” and “academic problems”.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was investigation of relationship between extraversion, neuroticisim, forgiveness and Islamic coping strategies with happiness. Statistical universe was college students of Islamic Azad University of Ahvaz (16750 person), and Chamran University (12921 person). Subjects were 400 college students who selected randomly thorough stratified sampling from these universities. Instruments of this research were Oxford Happiness Questionnaire, NEO-FFI, Interpersonal forgiveness Inventory (P<0.000 - P<0.01) and Islamic coping strategies scale (P<0.000-P<0.01). Method of this research was descriptive and correlation. Data analyzad with multiple regression analysis. Results of multiple regression method indicated that there was a multiple significant correlation between four variables of predictor and dependent variable (P<0.000), and these four variables, accounted 43/4 percent of happiness variance. Results of stepwise regression showed that intotal, among four predictors variables, neuroticism, and then extraversion, were the most strong predictors for happiness. These findings emphasized the important role of these four variables that studied in this research as effective factors to improve feeling of happiness.

Abstract: 

The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between perspective, knowledge and sources of information about the addiction, With tendency to drug abuse in khorasgan students. This type of descriptive study is correlation and the samples included 200 students whom where selected randomly The research tool was researcher made questionnaire and its validity was calculated by the use of crunbach Alfa the data were analyzed and the results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between perspectives to addiction as a curable disease with the rate at using drug (P<0.05).

Abstract: 

The aim of this research to study the relationship between emotional intelligence and the spillover phenomenon of work - family and family - work among the personnel of Naein’s plants and small industry. The spillover of work to family and family to work refers to the effect of factors relative to work environment on family and vice versa. The descriptive research method is the correlation type .In this research, among 1568 people, 310 people were selected as sample by using of multistage cluster sampling procedure. In this research, the applied tools were three questionnaires: the work- family and family- work spillover questionnaire (Marks & Grezeuaks, 2000), emotional intelligence questionnaire (Bar & owen, 1997) and demographics questionnaire which was about age, education and monthly earning amount. The analysis results demonstrated that there is a meaningful and negative relationship between emotional intelligence and negative spillover phenomenon of work - family and family - work (p<0.001). It means the higher the emotional intelligence , the lower the negative spillover (conflict) of work - family and family - work , and more positive conflict of work-family (p<0.05) and family - work (p<0.001). The results of relationship between individual characteristics - including age and education - and spillover of work - family and family - work indicated that there isn't any meaningful relation. There was only a meaningful relationship between income amount and negative spillover of family - work.

Abstract: 

This study investigated the main characteristics and relationship (SCL-90-R) with Imposter syndrome among medical students of Isfahan University of Pharmacy and the number of 120 medical students 60=n and Pharmacy 60=n the way class of all students between the two fields were selected to run. Tool was test term measure personality characteristics (SCL-90-R) and Imposter syndrome measurement scale feature data from questionnaires to the research objectives using descriptive and inferential statistics (correlation and regression tests simultaneously) the analysis was analyzed and the results were. Among the personality characteristics; mental Parish, Paranoid thoughts, fear, aggression, anxiety, depression, sensitivity and interaction with obsession and compulsion Imposter syndrome are having a significant relationship (P<0.01). Also among all characteristics and (SCL-90-R), dimension Paranoid thoughts, aggression, sensitivity in relationships, and compulsive and physical complaints, unable to predict Imposter syndrome was significant.

Abstract: 

The present study has purposes the comparison of Identity Style among undergraduate in Tehran state universities based on gender, educational course, residend and non residend. 803 students undergraduate (360 boys and 443 girls with mean 20.92) were selected multistage method form statistical population (undergraduate in Tehran state universities) and compelated the identity style inventory in (1998) by White, J.M., Wampler, R.S. & Winn, K.I. The mean score of informational identity style in girls was higher than boys and the mean score of diffuse/ avoident identity style in boys was higher than girls also the mean score commitment in girls was higher than boys. The mean score of informative identity style in humanity sciences was higher than technology and engineering student and the rest differences werenot significant. The only difference in normative identity style was between humanity sciences students with the three other groups and the mean score the above first groups had been abtained higher than the rest groups. The mean score in normative and informational identity style were higher in non resident than resident students.
