Abstract: 

مطالعه حاضر با اهداف، مقایسه هوش هیجانی و شناختی مدیران مقاطع ابتدایی دوره های سه گانه آموزش و پرورش و رابطه آن با عملکرد شغلی آنها در منطقه لنجان اصفهان در سال 1388 انجام شده است. در این مطالعه از روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و نیز علی، مقایسه ای به صورت مقطعی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری مورد پژوهش 306 نفر بود که از میان آنها 146 نفر از مدیران مدارس سه مقطع ابتدایی، راهنمایی و دبیرستان منطقه لنجان به صورت نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. داده های پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون هوش هیجانی شیرینگ، پرسشنامه ریون (عباسی، 1384) و پرسشنامه عملکرد شغلی سرپرست (موتوویدلوون اسکاتر 1994، به نقل از خاکسار،1384) جمع آوری شدند و با استفاده از شاخص های آماری نظیر میانگین، انحراف معیار، تحلیل واریانس و آزمون توکی و ضریب همبستگی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها نشان داد که، بین هوش هیجانی، هوش شناختی و عملکرد شغلی مدیران سه مقطع ابتدایی، راهنمایی و متوسطه تفاوت معنا دار وجود دارد (P<0.05) بین هوش هیجانی در کل و مولفه های آن، (خودآگاهی، خودانگیزی، مهارت اجتماعی) با عملکرد شغلی رابطه معنی دار وجود دارد (P<0.05) اما بین هوش شناختی و عملکرد شغلی مدیران مقطع ابتدایی رابطه معنا داری در سطح (P<0.05) وجود نداشت. بین هوش هیجانی و عملکرد شغلی مدیران مقطع راهنمایی نیز رابطه معنا داری در سطح (P<0.05) مشاهده نشد.

Abstract: 

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship of personnel's perceived organizational justice and trust (Organizational trust and trust in supervisor). The sample consisted of 290 employees of Foolad Mobarakeh in 2008 (1387 S.C.). Hartog & Koopman`s Trust in supervisor questionnaire (a=0/87), Moorman, Blakely & Niehoff`s organizational trust questionnaire (a=0/66), Colquitt`s distributive jus­ tice questionnaire (a=0/91), and Niehoff & Moorman`s procedural justice question­ naire (a=0/86), were used. The validity and re-ability of the questionnaires were confirmed. In order to analyse the data relational method (cor­ relation and regression) was used. Findings showed positive and significant relationships between components of organizational justice and trust. Also, organizational justice components could predict trust components (p£o.o1). Finally, with respect to the research results, suggestions were proposed for other researchers and organizational managers.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this article is to compare the emotional and cognitive intelligence of managers of triple periods of education and its relation with their occupational performance relation. emotional intelligence and occupational performance of managers of elementary in lenjan area. The method is descriptive (type of correlation). The population statistics (of study) includes 306 and The sample (of study) includes 146 managers of elementary, guidance and high school periods in lenjan area that they undertake management of schools now. Of course they were selected by simple random sampling method. Data of research collected by using Shirring's emotional intelligence questionaire, Reyon's questionaire and Moto vidloon scatter's occupational performance and analyzed by "spss" softwave and coeffient correlation, mean, standard deviation and percent in meaningful level P<0/05. The Findings indicate that there is meaningful difference between cognitive and emotional intelligence and occupational performance of managers of three periods of elementary, guidance and high school (P<0/05).Between components of emotional intelligence (self-sentience, social skill and self- motive) and general emotional intelligence with occupational performance is meaningful relation P<0.05, between cognitive intelligence and occupational performance of managers of elementary period is meaningful relation in level P<O.05, between emotional intelligence and occupational performance of managers of guidance period is no meaningful relation in level P<0.05.

Abstract: 

This study was conducted to examine the relationship between organizational intelligence with, organizational citizenship (OCB). For this purpose, 272 employees were randomly select­ed. The instruments of study were organiza­tional intelligence (Albrecht, 2003) organiza­tional citizenship (Lee and Allen, 2002). Results indicated that there were significant relationships between organizational intellige­nce with citizenship (OCB) behaviors (P<0.01). Among organizational intelligences sub scales, there was positive significant relationship between strategic vision and heart with organi­zational citizenship behaviors (P<0.01) and negative relationship between appetite for change with organizational citizen-ship behave (P<0.01).

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to examin the effectiveness of training the practical educational methods of the prophet Mohammad on the religious thinking and attitudes, the religious beliefs and the mental health of high school girl students in Ahvaz. The sample consists of 80 girl students which were choosen selected by the use of cluster random sampling and they were divided in to two groups of 40 students, control and experimental groups.This research is an experimental type in which pretest and posttest are administered on the control group. The instruments used in this research were Aryan Thinking Religious test, Allport test and scl-25 test for considering the mantal health. At first, the pretest was administered to two groups. Then the experimental group participated in 17 sessions, each session was about 50 minutes. In these sessions the practical educational methods of the holy prophet was taught. After that, two groups were tested (post test) again. the results of multivariable variance on the Level (P<0/0001) analysis showed that the prophet practical educational methods training increased the religious thinking and improved the general mental health, but between the control and experimental groups no significant differences in religious believes were observed.

Abstract: 

The present study is devoted to the-Comparison of the Trait anxiety, State anxiety and Self-confidence in three sport Teams 01olleyball, Basketball and Handball) and three Individual sports. (Track and field, Wrestling and Badminton). Subjects were consisted of 90 male athletes for each major and Totally 540 people were selectes randomly from 12 Provinces. Sport competition anxiety test (SCAT) (a=0/825) and Competitive state anxiety inventory (CSAI-2) (a=0/839).were used for collection Data analyzed by t test and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results showed that what athletes of individual sports in the comparison with athletes of group sports had greater Trait anxiety but less self - confidence. Correlation between components somatic and cognitive of state anxiety similariy, between somatic component of state anxiety and trait anxiety, and somatic component and traite anxiety at (P=0/05) was average and positive, but between cognitive component of state anxiety and self-confidence at (P=0/05) was poor and negative. Likewise, correlation between somatic component of state anxiety and self-confidence at (P=0/05) was poor and negative.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study which was investigated the relationship between emotional intelligence and its components, including awareness, self-control, empathy, social skills and self-motivation and crisis control ability resulting from human resources was conducted in 1388. the statistical population of this research, consisted of 135 participants among the Kerman sports boards chairpersons; the sample size due to the small statistical popular was of the same number. This study used a correlation survey method. To measured emotional intelligence and the crisis control ability, the Sybrya Shring emotional intelligence questionnaire and a researcher constructed scale were used respectively the validity (0.73) and reliability (0.96) the measures were estimated. Data analyses were conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed there was a significant relationship between emotional intelligence with the ability to control the crisis (r=0/32, P<0.01).Also there were significant relationship among between the components of emotional intelligence, awareness, empathy, social skills, self-motivation with the ability to control the crisis (P<0.01). But there appeared no significant relationships between components self-control, with the ability to control the crisis (r=0.13). Finally, between emotional intelligence and its components in termed of gender, position, education and work history of subjects no significant difference was observed.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to construt and validate a scale for evaluating the tolerance of ambiguity for university students. The population of this study consisted of students of Islamic Azad University, Mobarakeh branch, and Payame Noor University of Mobarakeh. The sample of study included 400 persons which selected randomly. To investigate the construction validity of primary questionnaire, the statistical factor analysis was employed. The results from factor analysis with main component method and varimax circulation method showed that for 33-questions, 7 factors were obtained.These factors called: affective ambiguity, avoidance of complexity, avoidance of unregulated, avoidance of lake of risk - taking, avoidance of challenging, avoidance of aesthetical ambiguity and lake of being predicted.The total special value for 33 questions was equal to 14.73, KMO (sufficient of sampling), 0.86 and Bartletts test of spherical was 3795.18, with P<0.0001. The investigation of simultaneous validity Mac Donald 20 questions scale was used and obtained validity coefficient was equal to 0.54 (P<0.01).To study scalereli ability methods of Chronbach alpha and test- retest.were applied The obtained coefficients for total scale was 0.77 and 0.75, (P< 0.001) respectively. Also reliability coefficients for constructed scale factors were: affective ambiguity 0.80, avoidance of complexity 0.65, avoidance of unregulated 0.69, avoidance of lake of risk- taking 0.59, avoidance of challenging 0.54, avoidance of aesthetical ambiguity 0.55 and lake of being predicted 0.47, (P<0.001). The quality interpretation of results showed that 32.5% of subjects had high in tolerance of ambiguity and 30.29% were low.
