In this article, several social factors caused cultural-social problems of apartment life will be studied. In description of social-culture problems, there is different cultural structure (moral, emotional, mental, material characteristics) among the different social groups and this can cause imbalances in the society.So a lot of problems, (such as social, cultural once) will be released among these we can point to the dissatisfaction and incompatibility and distance as more important problems.Nationality and education as independent variables relate to the adjustment and cooperation and social distance.  Meanwhile, gender is an independent variable. The aim of this research is investigating and recognizing the social-cultural problems of apartment life and offering the suitable guide lines for improving the social relations.

Problem presentation: The main problem in this article is over considering a class of women who select diverse consumption pattern for showing off themselves as modern women who has been rooted many family problems, mental disorders, stress, and anxiety.Aim: In this field we investigate the way of thinking and visions of users each of them has influence on wide range of society individuals and if we could make some cultures in this field and direct the vision of theses people toward real consumption pattern, and provide suitable conditions, then we are able to say that we can surely make change in macro fields of society.Method of the study: Our research is on survey basis which is performed by methodology, description and explanatory aim. The statistical society is all women over 20 years old who had done shopping from shopping center of Ghaem (Tajrish square). On the average the number of women who enter in to this center per day is 2000 ones of which 322 women were selected by the formula of Kokran as sample size.Findings: The results of the present research using pearson correlation coefficient show that there is a meaningful relationship between external directional variables (the influence of media, friends, peers, on modern consumption pattern), pretend- based consumption (buying expensive products and showing them off in order to obtain financial validity and power), interaction (being influenced by other’s consumption pattern), personification (showing one’s superiority to others) with modern consumption pattern of women. In other words, as the mentioned variables being increased, the pattern of consumption toward modernity will also be increased.Among these, the relationship between economical condition of the persons (the rate of wages received by the person, the husband, the father or the persons under guardianship during one month for a professional job) with the modern pattern of Consumption of women is not meaningful.

This research entitled ″analysis and explanation of effective factors on empowering employees of social security treatment of Golestan province in 2009 has been done with the purpose of recognizing, finding the cause and prioritizing effective factors on empowerment of employees and to provide a scientific framework for safeguarding human resources and increasing utilization. Subjects of this research in include all employees of the treatment section of social security of Golestan province from official to experimental and contractual type of employment, that were 950 people. Coronbach formula has been used to estimate the size of the sample and it has been 250 people. This research is descriptive from the point of view of purpose and application nature, method of gathering data, experimenting hypotheses and conclusion. Sampling has been done after sorting the subjects into cities in the from of simple random sampling and data has been gathered through. Questionnaires each credibility a number of closed questions based on the research variables, and their accuracy and credibility has been confirmed by the SPSS software. Analysis of data in the part of descriptive statistics has been done using tables of frequencies and percentage, circle and columnar graphs, histogram and central tendency indexes and in inferential statistics part has been done using tables of central tendency indexes and variance graph and by Pearson’s coefficient of correlation test. The results of this experiment have confirmed the hypothesis of meaning fullness of the relation between organizational variables and empowerment of employees. In conclusion according to the obtained results, three are as of promoting quantitative and qualitative level of teaching specialized skills to the employees, granting authority and attracting the personnel’s cooperation in organizational affairs and finally attracting employees’ cooperation relatively have the most primacy in the empowerment of the investigated employees.

The previous studies, attempted suicide in transsexuals was high frequency. The main purpose of this study, was understanding the causes and factors leading to suicide trend in transsexuals. This research framework and descriptive studies using qualitative interview and observation tools have been made. First, using the theories field of identity, gender identity, and suicide transsexuals framework plan paid and the theoretical study design researcher- made questionnaire three situation, self-expression and another-expression, with 21 transsexual deep interview was performed. The findings compiled in a situation with SPSS software and then enter the subsidies were described. To describe research findings in addition self-expression and use of pearson descriptive, Verification of example methods were used. Family harassment (as a result of social ignorance phenomenon transsexualism), society harassment (transsexuals out because of gender patterns of society), sexual dissatisfaction, lack of social support (getting license stage) and division social (usually until after the surgery will be continues of both groups of transsexuals) the most important causes of suicide trends were transsexuals study was able to identity them.

Abstract: The present study aims at identifying in a qualitative manner, the family factors on people's drug abuse inclinations. Therefore, the primary family of the drug dependent individuals has been on the focus of this research which has been carried out in a qualitative method. The research participants included thirty five respondents (twenty five male and ten female) who had all been selected from among those who had voluntarily referred to the "Treatment and care centre for self-referent drug dependents" affiliated to Rasht Welfare Organization. These participants took part in interview sessions and replied the questions raised during the interviews. Upon the approval of the interviewees, all the elicited data were recorded on papers and were coded for detailed review and analysis of the data and the items related to the research questions were singled out. The research results shows that the family risk factors proved effective on driving people to drug abuse and even on their drug dependence. The results also indicated that primary family played a crucial role, either directly or indirectly, in enticing children and youngsters to drug abuse. A considerable number of interviewees had mentioned their poor welfare conditions within their primary family as a contributing factor which pushed them to drug abuse. The complained that most of their basic needs in their primary family had remained unmet and that their parents had neglected to meet those needs. The interviewees also mentioned that poor parentship might also play a part in their drug dependent. Based on the research findings, certain recommendations and viable propositions have been offered to the related policy makers and decision makers. Meanwhile certain suggestions have also been made for further research.

Question: Crime or aberration is a dangerous light that shows the weakness or social shortages, and it has different factors which in this research the writer have been attended to the causes and social factors such as: educations, unorganized family, poverty, religion, and relation with unsuitable people, living in poor and unsuitable place, unsuccessful marriage. The basic target of this research is effective social factors on prisoner women’s crimes that must be identify and consider. Additional target of this research is investigation of crimes according to ages and educational groups, marriage situation, economic situation, residential area, and investigation of belonging amount, family dissolution, religion, marriage age of criminal women in compare with none criminal women. The research method of this investigation is measurable method. Gathering method of necessary data about employed variants is used from questionnaire. Statistical society in this research include: all of prisoner women of Golestan province’s prisons in 1387. Sampling method is accomplished systematically, and sampling capacity is used with application of sampling assessment formula, that is 90 percent and for data analysis is used from described and illative charts for the hypothesis exemption from counterpart (T). The founds and investigation results consist: social belongings between criminal women in compare with none criminal women that there is no meaningful variation, in other words, social belongings was not effective in imprisonment, and family dissolution factor, marriage age, living environment, economic and social base among criminal women in compare with none criminal women exisst meaningful variation, in other words, following factors was effective in imprisonment of women.

In the recent research, the effect of youth status of Tehran on their attitude towards democratic values has been studied. The method of this research was survey study and the  sample consists of 391 girls and Boys aged from 18-29 dwelled in Tehran and they are selected randomly. The tools used in this Research were questionnaires. Given data has been analyzed by 2 ways that are descriptive and inferential. The most important result showed that:There is a direct relationship between economic, culture assess and attitude towards democratic values. The Cultural and economic assess and the tendency towards democratic values will be increased together harmoniously. There is an indirect relationship between social assesses and tendency towards democratic values, when the social position goes down, the tendency to the democratic values will be decreased. The results also indicate that there is a relationship between age, education and tendency towards democratic values. It means with increasing in age and education caused increasing in social values but there is no relationship between marital status and democratic values. People with high position in social status have grate tendency towards democratic issues and vice versa.

The current project examines the concept of “Ego identity status” between girls aged 18-22 and their mothers. Therefore, the project's statistical population was selected through a cluster sampling and a number of 50 under-graduate girl students aged 18-22 from Tabatabai University in Tehran along with their mothers were chosen randomly. The questionnaire had 8 questions which was based on the Marsia’ theory and the concept of “Ego identity status” (EOM-EISII).The questionnaire was complied after a series of preliminary studies were carried out on 30 people and the studies then were revised by some experts.The questionnaire also used concept analysis and comparisons between two groups that were examined by Fisher’s real test.The results showed that in six areas of job, religion, relations with others, making friends, dealing with the opposite sex and defining the spousal role, there is a meaningful relation between all kinds of girls and their mothers' identity status, and in the three areas of life style, politics and spending free time, there is no meaningful difference between girls and that of their mothers.
