The paper's aim is to explain the software methodology for strategic knowledge to enhance the organizational safety which it can in turn be to improve the organizational plans achievements. The usage of knowledge software methodology is to provide the ground of imagination, innovation, thinking and feeling, attention and intuition map to O. S's development (SOD). Then, the paper tried to provide a strategy formulation to develop a four dimensions model as we said "SHABA". Our challenges are the O. S's tardiness for personnel and organizational thinking, mind and honor problems. We tried to use the theory building mechanism to formulate the four theories of thought, mind, honor architecture and related mechanism by its principals and propositions. The research procedure involves the six steps: anatomy, reasoning, analysis, explanation, approach and resulting. Finally, we recommend to implement the software reengineering for the ideas and approaches at the level of organizational and personnel's works and activities. It is necessary to institutionalize the O. S's patterns by policy making and legitimating. Therefore, we can enhance the velocity of the multi-dimensions of O. S's readiness for Iranian organization.
