Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is surveying the interactive influence of strategic orientation, culture and new product development capability on new product development performance of companies accepted in Tehran stock exchange. This research is applied In terms of the goal and descriptive-survey in terms of data gathering method. The population of this study consists of companies in the stock exchange. The sampling method is quota stratified random. According to share of each industry, in total, 167 questionnaires were collected from companies. To test the hypotheses, we used structural equation modeling with Lisrel 8. 53. The results showed that strategic orientation, culture and the new product development capability influence on new products development performance. The impact of strategic orientation is more. New product development capability has the second influence and culture has the third influence on new product development performance. The results also showed that the strategic orientation and new product development capability impact on organizational culture.

Abstract: 

This article has tried to simulate the behavior of national Iranian copper industries company’ s stock in the stock exchange market and help the share holder and policy makers to analyze the fluctuations and forecast the future of the stock. For the aim of simulation, first we have identified the influential factors in stock price in the stock exchange market and the influential factors incopper price in the market. The relation between different variables is shown by causal diagrams using system dynamics approach. Then the research model is simulated and analyzed by Vensim DSS. The results showed that production costs and copper’ s world price are the most important factors in shaping the fluctuations of the stock price. At the end different scenarios such as reducing the subsidies in the second phase are examined and the results are discussed.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this paper is to assess the current situation and the strategic pattern of teleworking in governmental agencies. In order to collect the required data, 110 questionnaires concerning factors which influence adoption of teleworking collected and analyzed. The data collection was being done in the Ministry of Commerce headquarters in Tehran. Based on the research model, factors affecting the adoption of teleworking are being investigated in seven categories using correlation and regression analysis: The attitude of the staff, teleworking infrastructures, nature of work, organizational design, social and environmental concerns, increasing capacity of employing the labor force, and staff awareness of the benefits of teleworking. The results showed that The attitude of the staff, teleworking infrastructures, social and environmental concerns, increasing capacity of employing the labor force, and staff awareness of the benefits of teleworking has a significant positive impact on the adoption of teleworking, although the nature of work and organizational design has no significant effect on the adoption of teleworking.

Abstract: 

Based on the value system efficiency of human resources as the most important and influential factor in increasing the efficiency of an organization. Purpose of this paper is typology of human resource efficiency policies and how is different mentalities and perspectives among participants in about the research subject area of Razavi Khorasan education. For a more comprehensive and more complete explanation of productivity of human resource policies, the methodology of (Q) is used. The combined method of classifying participants a deeper viewpoints of the subject could provide. The method of factor analysis and Q-factor typology of arrays and interviews with participants during sorting was achieved, the views and opinions of the participants in four categories have been identified. Analysis results show that the role of "similar" to evaluate the basis for the emergence of new roles for HR productivity in education policy. As the "merit selection to enhance productivity, " "Creative educatable" and "lack of policy enforcement efficiency Critics'. and weakness is as well as productivity of the proposed policy coordination activities with the ultimate aim of human resources, human resources and not the importance mental skills, human and teamwork.

Abstract: 

The current research is a qualitative evaluation of a case study has been conducted in Iranian oil company to recognize problems and structural defect, and the corresponding results of the first phase implies the weakness of performance evaluation of the organization, lack of distributive and procedural justice, inappropriate concentration of civil foundation in capital, Tehran, task-oriented (against process-oriented), source-axis (against knowledge-founded) and being undeveloped low trust in beneficiaries in organization, and ultimately necessary to promote for EFQM models with ethics-oriented approaches. The results were evaluated on credit based on descriptive statistical methods and on a quantitatively approach through 156 persons of the management of the organization. The similarity of deducted data on quantitative and quality reasoning and recognized reconciliations with Total Quality Management model structure leads the researchers to introduce new basis in the performance evaluation area according to software and hardware of the Oil Ministry, and the ethics oriented EFQM model has been introduced as the suggested one to evaluate performances in Oil Ministry and subordinate companies.

Abstract: 

Strategic alignment is the extent to which business strategy, and information technology (IT) strategy, business structure and IT structure are fit. The factors affecting the business-IT strategic alignment has been studied in several previous researches. Most of the studies have been conducted in developed countries particularly the USA and Canada. There is a debate in the literature that we should investigate the business-IT alignment theories in various countries with different cultures and environments. This brings the capability of theory generation. In this research, we first investigate the literature to extract the antecedents. Then, we categorize them and develop a theoretical model as a path diagram of a structural equation model. We aim to empirically investigate if these antecedents are effective in the strategic alignment in a developing country. For this purpose, we run the survey-based questionnaire and analyze the models based on PLS-SEM. Based on the results; there is a difference between factors affecting the business-IT strategic alignment in the developed countries and a developing country.

Abstract: 

The study purpose to develop managerial competency model in Isfahan Province Gas Company. Semi-structured interviews and Managerial Competencies Questionnaire were conducted with 15 managers selected purposefully (maximum variation sampling) from among the different levels of management in Isfahan Gas Company. Also, Gas monthly magazine (Nedaye Gas), job description of managers, web sites of National Iranian Gas Company and thirty provinces studied. Then concepts were collected and categorized into 8 main categories and 78 sub categories. Finally، reliability and validity of model accepted.
