High-speed responsiveness and flexibility are currently two important survival requirements for modern organizations directed by humans whose appropriate functioning can lead the organizations to the achievement of their major goals. This applied and descriptive correlational study surveys the relationship between entrepreneurial agility and human resources practices, with respect to the moderating role of organization size, in active manufacturing companies in industrial town of Beshel. The research data were collected via two questionnaires that were administered to employees working in 60 companies recruited based on Cochran formula from the research population that was 71 active manufacturing companies of industrial town of Beshel. Entrepreneurial agility was measured via the questionnaire designed by Kharabe, and human resources practices were quantified employing the questionnaires developed by Vlachos (2009), Herdman (2008) and Kooij (2010) in combination. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated through Cronbach's alpha and were found to be 0. 89 for the Entrepreneurial Agility Questionnaire and 0. 92 for the Human Resources Practices. The obtained research data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling and PLS. According to the values obtained for the path coefficients and t-statistics, the findings showed that entrepreneurial agility was positively and significantly associated with human resource practices.

The keys to long-term economic survival in today's dynamic and competitive working environment are organizations’ adaptability and environmental compatibility viably through in-service learning. In this state of flux, organizational survival, competition and growth depends more than ever on improving organizational learning capacity. The purpose of the present enquiry, thus, was to explain the employee organizational learning model based on improving employees’ productivity and reducing their burnout at Payam-e Noor University, Tabriz Branch. The research population comprised the employees at Payam-e Noor University, Tabriz Branch and the research data were accumulated using three questionnaires. Learning was operationalized based on Gomez et al. (2005), productivity was quantified employing the Harry and Goldsmith model (1980) and job burnout was measured using David Gold model (1989). The research data were analyzed via SPSS software; Descriptive statistics of the data were calculated and the research hypotheses were tested via Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of the data analyses revealed that organizational learning has a significant and positive relationship with productivity and a significant and inverse relationship with burnout.

The purpose of the present correlational study was to examine the effect of internal marketing and enterprise entrepreneurship on performance of Tejarat Bank with regard to productivity, finance and staff development. The research data were collected via five piloted Likert scale questionnaires administered to a sample of 76 who were selected using a clustered sampling from a population of 95 directors and deputies of branches of Tejarat Bank in Ardebil province. The SPSS version 17 and Smart PLS were employed to statistically analyze the research data and answer the research hypotheses through Structural Equation Modelling and the Path Analysis Technique. The results revealed that the performance of Tejarat Bank in three areas of productivity, financial, and staff development was significantly and positively correlated with internal marketing as well as with organizational entrepreneurship. The findings underscore the key role of employees’ motivation in today's fast and competitive banking, and thereby, the importance of acknowledging employees’ needs and reinforcing their positive behaviors which is a growing challenge. It is thus suggested that Tejarat Bank should consider more closely the significance of domestic marketing and organizational entrepreneurship in order to maintain its distinctive character among customers for whom adequate performance is the main selection criterion.

The present enquiry explored the extent to which potential professional motivation at various empowering and preventive organizational structures can affect organizational indifference among faculty members and employees at different branches of Islamic Azad University, Kohgiloyeh and Boier Ahmad Branch. A descriptive survey design was adopted to conduct the study and the research data were gleaned via direct observation, interview and library research tools. The research population comprised 334 faculty members and 452 employees at various branches of Islamic Azad University in Kohgiloyeh and Boier Ahmad Province during the academic year of 2014-2015. A random sample of 400 participants were selected using relative stratified sampling procedure. The accumulated research data were analysed using SPSS and AMOS software and Baron and Kenny’ s (1986) Structural Equation Modelling. The findings revealed that potential motivation can promote cheerful working atmosphere, enhance satisfaction and respect for and compliance with workplace rules and regulations, reduce employee absence and increased personal endeavor to achieve organizational goals and implement organizational policies.

Banks are considered as vital circulatory system of finance and financial institutions that collect assets from various sources and allocate them to sectors that need market liquidity. Despite existing limitations, the present enquiry aimed to examine the efficiency of bank management through the use of Data Envelopment Analysis Model. Typical Models of Data Envelopment Analysis employed in evaluation of organizational performance are based on the black box events, that is, the input into units under scrutiny converted into output regardless of the intermediate stages. However, providing bank services is a complex process comprising different interconnected stages and the interwoven stages involved necessitated the use of Network Data Envelopment Analysis, in the present study, to design a Bank Performance Measurement Model. Thus, the aim of this scrutiny was to identify managerial weaknesses by calculating the management efficiency using the Network Model and to offer viable solutions. To serve the purpose, the banking data accumulated in 19 private bank branches in Tehran during the year 2014 were surveyed to estimate both the overall efficiency and the efficiency of each bank segment. The findings indicated significantly lower levels of efficiency in Network Collective Models compared to Simple Collective Models. Also, the NSBM model rendered a more precise measure of efficiency in comparison to the SBM model which can enable managers to identify and rectify inefficiencies in each sector.

The purpose of the current study was to explore the extent to which green marketing might affect customers’ shopping intentions and corporate image at Shuttle Company. The research sample comprised 384 customers who were randomly selected from among the customers based on Morgan table. A researcher-made questionnaire was administered to the participants to collect the research data that were further analyzed using SPSS 22 version and SMART PLS software and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results verified the significant positive effect of green marketing awareness on social responsibility, product image and corporate credibility. Moreover, the findings indicated that social responsibility, product image and corporate credibility could in turn significantly and positively influence customers’ shopping intention. The findings offer implications for the managers of the firms focused on green marketing and are concerned with consumers’ shopping intentions.

Scrutiny of energy consumption behavioural patterns in various economic sectors represent an essential step in energy consumption planning and management. Delineation of determinants of energy demand is highly significant in Iran which is a country with rich energy resources, abundant oil and gas supplies, heavy minerals and potential resources. Therefore, using Panel Data Methods, this study explored the effects of urbanization and human capital on energy consumption in Iranian agriculture, industry and services sectors over a 17-year period between 1996 and 2016. The results showed that human capital, workforce productivity, interactive effect of human capital on workforce productivity and the squared value of economic sectors had negative effects while the added value had positive impacts on energy consumption during the specified period. The results of the analyses indicated that human capital and workforce productivity in economic sectors had negative significant interactive effects on energy consumption at the critical value of. 01 implying that an increase in human capital and corresponding workforce enhancement will facilitate economizing on energy consumption. Moreover, the estimated coefficients of added value and squared added value of economic activities revealed an inverse U-shaped relationship between added values of economic sectors and energy consumption.

This descriptive research aimed to develop an effective strategic service model for supporting the establishment of start-ups by Incubator Centers in Iran. The research sample comprised 191 approved centers and the research units belonging to 1337 members of the Board of Trustees. The research data were gleaned through a researcher-made and piloted questionnaire that was found to enjoy an acceptable reliability. The collected data were analyzed quantitatively via descriptive and inferential statistics. The normality of the research data was checked via the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to determine either parametric or nonparametric analyses were required. Further, the research questions were answered through Structural Equations Modelling. The findings indicated that the service types offered and the intervention phase in Incubator Centers were influenced by the origin of the ideas as well as the activity sector.
