To gather the data two questionnaires namely Serokova’s satisfaction and researcher made administrative personnel’s skill adapted from managerial profile questionnaire. Using cronbach’s alpha the reliability of the two questionnaires were 0.96 and 0.93 respectively. To analyze the data descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson’s correlation and stepwise regression) and SPSS software was used. The results showed that the personnel’s communicative skills status and the teacher’s satisfaction were average. The regression analysis showed that the personnel’s statisfaction were increased with higher scores on empathy, feedback, verbal/non-verbal and enlightening. Among communicative skills, the administrative personnels’ had a significant positive correlation with teacher's satisfaction.

The sampling method was ratio simple random sampling. To gather the data two standard questionnaires namely (OHI) and (JDI) for organizational health and job satisfaction respectively were used. To analyse the data descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson's correlation coefficient, and T-Test) were used. The sesuls showed that there was no meaningful relationship between organizational health and teacher’s job satisfaction institutional level, but there was meaningful relationship in administrative and technical level. The results also showed that there was a meaningful difference in regard to organizational health in kaleibar and second district of Tabriz, male and female schools, but there was no significant difference between the two areas in the case of job satisfaction.

The research method was correlational research. The statistical population was all first grad male high-school students in district four of Tabriz which added to 2400 people, out of which, using Morgan's table 331 people were selected as sample size. The sampling method was cluster random sampling. To gather the data three questionnaires namely, the family function, Sheer's self-efficacy and General Health were used. The inferential statistics (Pearson's correlation, and stepwise regression), and SPSS software were used to nanlyse the data. Pierson's correlation coefficient expressed that with decrease of somatic symptoms the rate of family function in the dimension of role, emotional mixture, and total function increases(P<0.01). and also by reducing the anxiety symptoms the rate of family function the dimension of problem solving, relationship, role, emotional mixture, total function increases (P<0.01). By reducing the depression symptoms the rate of family function in the dimension relationship role, emotional mixture and total function increases (P<0.01). With increases social function the rate of family function in the dimension problem solving, relationship, role, emotional mixture, total function increases (P<0.01). Generally, there exit appositive correlation of (0.47) relationship between General Health scale and family function in a significant level of less than (0.01). , there exit appositive correlation of 0.25 to 0.36 between self- efficacy and family function in the dimension relationship, role, emotional mixture and total function (P<0.01). The three factor depression, self-efficacy and in the participant social function total predicting 0.35 of variance family function (0.001).

To gather the data a researcher made questionnaire that had acceptable reliability and validity was used. The descriptive and inferential statistics (MANOVA) were used to analyse the data. The results showed that the hidden curriculum dimensions of teacher's method of teaching in biology mathematics and literature in terms of (scientific spirit, social skills, academic self-concept and attitude toward the lessons) were in the intermediate level. Abstract:

The aim of the present study was to investigate the attentional bias in relation to anxiety faces (happy, angry and neutral) among the female adolescents with high and low state-trait anxiety. The sample size was 60 adolescents female aged 16 to 18 with high state-trait anxiety (n=30). To gather the data the Spilberger state-trait anxiety inventory was used. To assess the selective process, picture-pair Dot probe task was used. To analyse the data, analysis of variance with repeated measurement was used. The results showed that interaction between the state-trait anxiety and attentional bias was only significant for angry faces and for other emotional faces (happy and neutral) was not significant. This study indicated that the adolescents with high state-trait anxiety showed considerable vigilant comparing with angry faces, while the adolescents with low state-trait anxiety showed considerable avoidant comparing with the same faces.

The statistical population was all the patients (male and female) affected by obsessive-compulsive disorder refereed to existing therapeutic centers in Tabriz. The method of research was causal-comparative. The sample size included 30 accessible patients (18 female-12 male) form clinics and psychiatry centers in Tabriz and 30 healthy individuals (18 female-12 male) which were matched through demographic information. The data were collected through two standard questionnaires namely; Maudsley obsessive-compulsive inventory and five factor neo personality inventory were analyses. The descriptive and inferential statistics (multi-variate analysis) and SPSS software were used. The results showed that there was a significant difference in total marks between the two groups in neuroticism trait and its four sub-scales (anxiety, depression, self-consciousness and vulnerability). The people affected by (OCD) in this trait and its six-subscales scored higher marks from four of the subscales, but in neuroticism two sub-scales and extraversion, flexibility, pleasantness, consciousness and their sub-scales between the two group the significant difference was not observed. It seemed the people affected by (OCD) in comparison with the normal people at least in neuroticism personality trait have the most important and the highest difference in marks.

Thus among male and female third grade high school students in four district of education in 2011-2012 in Shiraz. Using multiple stage cluster random sampling method the sample size was 222 (115 female, 107 male) were selected and using Jerabek social anxiety scale (JSAS) (1996), self-esteem (Rosenberg, 1965) and multidimensional perfectionism scale (Hewitt and Flett, 1991), were tested. Using simultaneous multiple regression analysis and Bar on and Kenny methods (1986), were analyzed. Results showed that socially prescribed perfectionism was positive predictor of social anxiety. Socially oriented perfectionism was negative predictor and self-oriented perfectionism was positive predictor of self-esteem. Self-esteem as a mediator played a role in relation to socially oriented perfectionism and social anxiety.
