Abstract: 

COBIT framework is an international model for implementation and support of IT controls toward organization and business objectives. This framework submits 6 control metrics for assessing processes and fields. With regard to high amount of investment in IT sector in recent years and defining new fields for more investment, assessing and ranking IT fields has attracted high degrees of importance. Therefore, the multi-criteria decision making methods (MCDM) can be used. When decision making is faced with multiple options and parameters, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) can be used for ranking options and parameters as one of the best techniques. This method has quantitative and qualitative criteria. But it should be noted that the traditional hierarchical analysis, may not fully reflect the human thinking style. In other words, the use of fuzzy sets, is more consistent with the description of human language And so it is better to use fuzzy sets (using fuzzy numbers) to predict long-term decisions in the real world. Therefore, in this study Group Fuzzy AHP (GFAHP) is being used to evaluate and prioritize areas of information technology management and the following process has been done. First, a survey has been done among information technology professionals and then after calculating Inconsistency rate with creating fuzzy digits, we have preauthorized the options with the developmental analysis technique. The study proves that from the point of expert managers, each of four areas have almost equal importance and have a deep attachment to each other.

Abstract: 

The present study aims at determining a proper decision making model for investment. In this regard, the effective criteria for evaluating the performance of mutual funds are extracted through reviewing research literature. Afterwards, the importance of each criterion (sharp, trainer, Jensen, Sortino) will be assessed through using the Shannon entropy. The study sample includes eight mutual funds. Thus, given the small sample size and incomplete information, concept of grey systems theory and grey relational grade is used for ranking the sample. For this purpose, the actual data, in the period of 2008-2010 is used. After ranking, it came out that "Melli bank", "Pouya" and "Sahm Ashna" mutual funds had the best performance in the above-mentioned period.

Abstract: 

Prioritization of regional and national plans or projects is so important due to limited financial resources and rate of return of investment. Today, the topic of decision making is discussed more serious than has previously been considered and newer scientific techniques are introduced because of intense economic competition and increasing technological growing. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is one of these methods which is introduced based on the paired comparisons via Professor Thomas L'Saati at late 70's. The capability of this method is proved in the multi-criterion decision. The main application of this method is for choosing the best alternative (generally for prioritization of available options), when different and antithetic criterion exist for solving an specific problem. AHP method decomposed such problems to simple decision makings based on paired comparisons. It is necessary to be mentioned that other methods such as NPW (Net Present Worth) optimize the problem just based on financial point of view and other parameters like services, ergonomic issues, etc are neglected. In this paper, application of AHP method is considered for optimal buying choice of Texturising Machinery in the textile industry of Alborz Industrial City of Qazvin.

Abstract: 

Budget, as a financial statement of government operation, is the most important ducument that helps the executive systems to achive the goals such as perspective and planned ducument of government ducument and effective execution of its duties. Performance – Based Budget system with result centric aim of this document and through combination between budget credits and the government activities results ties to achive the goals saving, clarification, efficiency and effectiveness. Performance – Based Budget system adds "saving" and "effectiveness" factors to the traditional aspects budgetary. Performance based budget system diffrentiates between "efficiency" and "effectiveness". "Efficiency" cocerns with useful operation of resources, while "effectiveness" concerns with " functions". In the Performance – Based Budget system, the operation classification is such that the aims are represented more clearly, budget evaluation is easier and in the expense distribution method the relationship between inputs and outputs is conncentrated. The most important aim of Performance based budgeting is reforming the public sector management and increasing the effectiveness of this sector expenses. The present research, with regard to the conducted studies has prepared with aim of studing the reasons for lack of Performance based budgeting establishment in the area of executive systems related to the province budgetary systems and concerns with presenting the same methods for decreasing the obstacles. So, among the factors preventing the Performance based budgeting application, we chose managerial factor in the form of environmental, human and technical indexes, and this reserch as been presented in the form of four hypothesis that represents that each one of these indexes are effective on operational budgetary establishment and trinary indexes don't have the same priority. The achived data was analysed with statistical methods and SPSS software. Also the results of research showed that managerial trinary indexes don't have the same priority and finally same methods presented for decreasing these obstacles with regard to the research results.

Abstract: 

So far, some interesting studies in the field of accounting and environmental factors affect the world has been thoroughly. This may stem from the importance of coordination with international accounting standards is the world's national accounting. Gray with a combined value of the cultural dimensions of values determined by Houfsted and accounting, accounting systems provide a model for studying the influence. The aim of this study is to explore this issue between environmental factors and the ability to compare the qualitative characteristics of accounting information is there or not. To achieve the objectives of this study is the use of SEM. SEM is a multivariate analysis technique is very general and powerful family and multiple regressions to develop a more accurate expression "general linear model". This method allows the researcher to a set of regression equations to examine the species at the same time. The above results indicate that the characteristic feature comparison between Houfsted cultural values (power distance, uncertainty about the future, individualism, and Man adjective horizons of the community) has established the following relationship: consistency and variable direct relationship exists between the power, but Man adjective variables and horizons of the people there is an inverse relationship. Procedures vary between identity and individualism, the negative relationship is established, but with the uncertainty of future variables and significant direct association was observed. Another contribution to this article, the need for greater coordination of national accounting, international accounting standards in different countries of the world Features that are seen as affecting the quality of information.

Abstract: 

In this disser, due to the ever increasing importance of investment companies in the stok market and their role in the economic development of the country, by utilizing AHP technique and applying experts views in the Tehran stock Exchange. A great attempt has been made in ranking important factors of companiens.-Further more the most important concepts in the research that is risk, outcome, profits, stok net value, exchangeability and Devident policy are discussed in detail.-In the other part there is a review of researches about investment companies. It covers research from inside the country and abroad.- Questionnaires related to AHP technique are analyzed and the results are given. To do the statistics EXPERT CHOICE 2000 package group version is utilized.

Abstract: 

Purpose of this paper is consideration effect of corporate governance on firm productivity and examination relation between internal corporate governance, external market discipline and total factor productivity using listed companies data during 2001-2010. The paper methodology is analytic method, and analogical method based on using issued report by TSEM, companies tadbir pardaz and rahavard novin software, codal site and econometrics models. Our survey shows that only 2 indicators of 5 introduce CG indicators- transparency and shareholders right-effect on total factor productivity. On the other hand, there is significant relationship between internal corporate governance, external market discipline and TFP, and External market discipline indicators have direct and indirect effect on TFP.

Abstract: 

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), as popular organizations, because of the more mentally and practically independence, can be as the best references to defend people against social, cultural, economical and political rights and can help to edit the governmental developing programs with presentation of needed feedbacks at policies and programs and also contributed at policy changes and be as an important sponsors and helpers in social changes and popular society. The purpose of this research is consideration of the roles and positions of servicing-marketing mix elements in absorbing the financial and human resources and also cooperating and operating common projects with governmental organizations and international agencies. This study is a descriptive research in order to have an answer to the main question. A questionnaire has been used to gather the needed data. Data has been analyses by SPSS's software. For analyzing of gathered data, deductive and descriptive statistical ways were used. Findings of the research indicate a positive relationship between all independent variables with the absorbing the financial and human resources and cooperating and operating common projects with governmental organizations and international agencies. Today, NGOs need marketing techniques and academic principals for developing and achieving to their own goals.

Present research is aiming at relationship between variables and as a guidance for organization for increasing empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment and decreasing job stress. Inspite of relationship study between variables, if talks about relationship study between charactristic of demografik factoriery (age, gendre, educational level) by four study main variables. This research explains correlation according to practical objective and the way of collecting information. Population personnel head office in Petropars company are 480 that choase 270 by using of sample quantity setting formula. Collecting information and the way of random sampling is used by answering sheet. In this research you will find information analysis test, one sample T- test, sign test, Friedman ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient. Then it talks about guesstimates study after doing factor analysis variables and find their parameters by using of degree average to priority of their parameters and variables. According to the results of this research by guesstimates, there is significance relationship between empowerment and organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment, job stress and organizational commitment, empowerment and job satisfaction, job satisfaction and job stress and between empowerment and job stress. The result of study charactristic of demografik factoriery (age, gendre, educational level) with research variables. There is significance relationship between empowerment and organizational commitment with educational level and between job satisfaction and job stress with age of people.
