This research aims to study the pathology of the lack of child labour elimination & present a proper model to help execute this law. This research recognizes the economical factor to be the most effective factor on the execution of law in this regard among all other factors of organizational & management factor, social factor, legal factor, and cultural factor. The researcher has studied the scale of Interaction of the aforementioned factors using factor analysis. Using the results, the researcher has presented a model for the effective factors of child recruitment. To assay his model, the researcher has gathered data from the experts at the council of social affairs through a questionnaire. The research results have shown that the economical factor is the most effective factor on the execution of law in child recruitment and all other factors of organizational & management factor, social factor, legal factor, and cultural factor come after.

This research studies the 4 dimensions of the “Agency Theory” to understand the connection between the Agency Theory of active companies & Tehran stock exchange; And, it assays the effects of it on agency theory factors such as management interest and inattentive workers. The researcher initially gives an introduction on the work done in the past and then presents the theoretical bases of the research. The research has been done through the experimental research method and questionnaires were handed out to 209 companies of Tehran stock exchange which were the sample society. The results have shown that there is no connection between management interest and the factors of ambiguity avoidance, male chauvinism and individualism. But, there is a connection between inattentive workers and the factors of ambiguity avoidance, male chauvinism and individualism.

This research aims to assay the role of story telling at the Intellectual Nurturing Center of Kids & Teenagers (Kanoune Parvareshe Fekriye Koudakan va Nojavanan or KPF) on protecting and strengthening their cultural identity amongst the instructors. Questionnaires were handed out and the research was done through the descriptive research method. The researcher has initially defined culture, identity and various viewpoints of cultural values; then, has studied the effect of mending cultural symbols and social & geographical standards on culture formation and eventually studies how Iran’s Culture and story telling has effected the extent of carrying and maintaining Iran’s cultural heritage through generations. The results show that the research hypotheses are correct and that the activities done by the Intellectual Nurturing Center of Kids & Teenagers (KPF) positively affect their cultural identity by taking notice of religious beliefs, cultural values, legends, cultural heritage and cultural & geographical symbols.

This research aims to study the effect of non-governmental organizations on the cultural behaviors of young adults by using the descriptive-analytical research method to test the sample society which was the licensed members of non-governmental organizations ranging between ages 15 to 29. The 8 factors of logical behavior, group & contribution behavior, planned behavior, responsible behavior, civil behavior, strategic & hopeful behavior, extending behavior and appreciative behavior were studied and then the research hypotheses were tested. The results have shown that non-governmental organizations do not effect the cultural-social behaviors of the members and managing the cultural behaviors of young adults is useless; but, it can strengthen social empowering, enforce the spirit of contribution and develop the public culture of the youth.

This research studies the role of school in reproducing the political system by studying the role of school and the educational system on generation education which affect the reproduction of the political system and the political socialization. Thus, the researcher studies the relation of the educational system, the political system and their historical realm since the formation of modern schools (in the Qajar dynasty) up to now using the viewpoints of experts. The research method is the survey method and questionnaires were handed out to 100 students from the 1st region of Tehran. The results have shown that the research hypotheses were all correct.

To study the role and position of function assaying in succeeding in the cultural activities of cultural consultations of foreign countries, the researcher has initially defined the meaning of “function assaying” and then he has presented a theoretical approach to analyze it by pointing the significance of cultural activities. He has then introduced cultural indices to help describe the research, its goals and its hypotheses and finally manifests the results by the gathered through the questionnaires. The result of this research shows that function assaying is indeed effective in succeeding in the cultural activities of cultural consultations. Thus, planning should be done to distribute cultural activities quantitatively and qualitatively through the right, proper, essential and inevitable indices since the indices are the factors which allow assessment and comparing of the current status and the desired status.

This research aims to study and comparing the skills of cultural & non-cultural executives in Iran. To do so, the researcher initially describes and explains the significance and role of management and management skills in promoting organizational goals and the position of human resource management (HRM) in the process of management. S/he then presents the research, its goals, questions, hypotheses and the results through Inferential & Descriptive Statistics. The analysis of the data gathered from 2 cultural and non-cultural organizations show that the technical skills of the executives at the Islamic Propaganda Organization were more than the Red Crescent Organization. The mean reversion of the comparing done on 3 groups of high-rank executives, middle-rank executives and technical executives show that middle-rank executives had the most technical skills out of high-rank executives and technical executives and they earned the highest range of crisis management skill where the technical executives earned the least in this regard. By comparing the mean of the skills of cultural & non-cultural executives no matter what kind the organizations were, the results showed that the mean of human skills, creativity, positive thinking, entrepreneurship, innovation, consultation, functionality and effectiveness of cultural & non-cultural executives were very different from one another and it was more in the cultural executives.

The thesis intends to determine the marketing mix factors and measure their influence on ‘kanoon parvaresh fekri kodakan va Nojavanan’ ‘Sales from customers’ point of view. In this view, the relationship between the known four factors-each as an indicator of one assumption- and the company’s sale was studied. The mentioned four factors are called as:Product, Price, place, promotion After gathering data using statistical software, it was defined factors. priority is as follows: Product>price>place>promotionTherefore, due to what concluded, in marketing mix indexes, it is necessary to revise in cost managing in order to both strengthen the more effective factors parallel to weaken the cost of the less effective ones, and create customers’ satisfaction and decision to buy products, which finally end to companies’ better sale.
