Personality is one of the important issues in the field of anthropology which is also of high significance in writing fictions. The Holy Quran has also been devoted largely to the discussion of personality attributes. Quran's diction in describing personalities is so much artistic and literary; that is why in many cases stories have been used to describe different characters. "Joseph Chapter" is one of the most important chapters of Quran with respect to literary and artistic visualization. Characters in the story such as Joseph, Zoleykha, Jacob, Jacob's sons, the King of Egypt, Josef's inmates' companions, women in Zoleykha's feast, etc. in the course of story and the images have an important role. This research tries to examine the Joseph chapter, with emphasis on characterizing and analyzing it in the Quranic context. Results show that characters in this chapter have been used in different images; so that for the expression of high ethical and religious notions Quran uses the ultimate potentiality of every character. This is so while image creation of different figures and characters along with considering human natures have developed the attractions of this fiction.

Studying the relationship between the verses of a chapter of Quran and considering the structure of a chapter is a new method in interpretation and perceiving the meanings of the verses that has been considered in new exegeses.This study explores the Structural relations of Ensan Chapter. While considering the structure of the chapter Ensan in different past commentaries, the essay first studies different attitudes in categorizing the verses. Then it tries to divide all the verses of the chapter into four main categories and shows the semantic relations of these verses so that the integral structure of the chapter is shown.

Like many of Shiite scholars, Imam Khomeini`s view regarding the authority of jurisprudential traditions in comparison with non-jurisprudential ones, is not the same. Imam Khomeini believes in the authority of jurisprudential tradition with single narrator and he bases his principal reason upon common sense and the way that most wise men do (sireye oqala) while rejecting other reasons like consensus and appealing to Quranic and traditional reasons. On the contrary, he does not believe in the authority of non-jurisprudential traditions. Although some of his words demonstrate his belief in the authority of non- jurisprudential traditions, clarity of his speech in their being non- authoritative is undeniable. Anyhow he trusts in this kind of traditions in interpreting the ideological verses of holy Quran, especially with mystical approach.

"Conflict Management" is one of the important issues in management of organizational behavior. Conflict is applied to any disputes that occur between individuals or groups. If the conflict is controlled and moderated, it is necessary for groups and organizational life, because it can stimulate the creativity in individuals. This type of conflict is called functional conflict. But severe and uncontrolled conflicts which are called dysfunctional, cause unhappiness and undermine interpersonal relations and eventually leads to group destruction. Conflict management is keeping the conflict in desired level. If conflict is below average, manager should stimulate it and tries to increase it but if it is beyond average, however, he should seek to reduce it.By studying the presented ways for dysfunctional conflict management this result is obtained that all of these ways may be classified under the five styles of conflict management listed in the experts' books. These styles are: Competition, Devotion, Avoidance, Compromising and Collaboration.There are valuable materials about the conflict in Quran. One of the chapters of Holy Quran which has discussed this topic in different types is the chapter of Josph.By extracting and analyzing the most important of these conflicts and how to manage them by two God's prophets, Jacob and Joseph (peace be upon them), this article intends to achieve the viewpoint of Quran about resolving the dysfunctional conflict and conditions of five dysfunctional conflict management styles.

This paper reviews, analyzes and criticizes the views of seyyed Mahmoud Aloosi – the author of the exegesis Rooh al-maani- on Tathir verse of Holy Quran. Aloosi opposes many Shiite and sunni commentators in the interpreting the verse Tathir and denies that the verse was revealed for five persons named Kasa group (those five persons under the cloak while the verse Tathir was revealed by the angel Gabriel). He also believes that the verse embraces more than the five and it includes some of the wives of the Prophet. This essay based on the verses of the Holy Quran and some narratives of the descendants of the prophet (Ahle bait) and while considering the views of both Shiite and Sunni thinkers criticizes the views of Aloosi.

Stylistics is one of the literary issues to which special attention has been paid by scholars and declaimers in the recent century. Literary style comes from one’s thought which expresses his attitude and insight of realities surrounding him. The kind of word, combinations, sentence structure and the way of meaning in interpretation are the most important factors in manner of literary style. Examples, those texts which are worthy of survey and analysis, are religious texts specially Nahjolbalaghah, because the composer himself is the master of eloquence. Among sermons and epistles, the 53rd epistle to Malik Ashtar while being designated as Egypt’s statesman, is highly considered due to political, ethical, military and social factors. The Internal musical harmony of the epistle with its purpose and the proper usage of methods, according to its subject are some of outstanding qualities of this epistle. In this article the author tries to state the beauties, values and style of this epistle by studying its stylistics notionally, linguistically (phonetically, lexically, syntactically) and literarily.

Among the stories in different chapters of Holy Quran the story of Joseph in "Joseph chapter" is the best one that has been considered by Scholars. Some of the narratives interpreting this chapter collected in Sunni and Shiite Hadith collections have been mixed with Israiliat (fabricated Hadiths by Judaism) and this has made misunderstood the character of this Prophet and is in conflict with Shiite principles of Faith. The origin of much of the narratives of Tabari Exegesis and Al-Dor Al-Mansoor of Soyouti was Old Testemant. What has been narrated in Shiite resources does not go further than mentioning these hadiths or repeating them without any explanation. In this paper all the narratives conflicting with infallibility of Joseph prophet have been criticized so that to prove his infallibility and also to show his real figure based on Holy Quran and firm Hadith. The main idea of the essay is that there is a kind of similarity between Sunni Hadiths concerning Prophet Joseph and what can be found in Torah in this respect.

Botriyah is one of the Zaydi sects. Biographers have mentioned some names among this sect that it seems that they cannot be Zaydists. Finding the cause of this event and investigating the views and beliefs of one of the figures of the group Botriyah help to know better the group in question and the base of its establishment. Therefore, Hakam ibn Otaybah was chosen and his narratives and the historical quotations about him were examined. It seems that those who narrated about Hakam were most efficient for his thoughts being related to Botriyah. Moreover this paper implicitly studies the concept of Shiism and its changes in different attitudes. The article is based on historical narrative resources and it analyzes Hakam ibn Otaibah narratives.
