Abstract: 

Rapid changes in the manufacturing industries, including heavy competition in global markets and technological innovation has been the development of computer systems. These changes made those companies which could adjust their operations with the new conditions to be globally successful companies and those which didn’t have such ability to get out of the competition.With the increasing share of technology and other components the burden expenses in the production of goods and services, traditional costing methods don’t provide the accurate information about the burden cost and their sharing. Not meeting the management required information by traditional costing systems has urged the management accountants to innovate and use the systems and methods that respond to the needs of companies and it has shifted the economic units to the use of Activity-Based Costing (ABC) that has considerable advantages over traditional volume based costing.The employed methods in this system are a two-stage process which results in allocation of burden cost to products or production services. In the first stage, the major activities are identified and based on the used resources in each activity the production burden cost is allocated to those activities.After allocating the production burden cost to the activities, then in the second stage, the burden production cost related to each activity comparing with the amount of stimulus spending in each of the production lines are assigned to these lines.It is worth mentioning that in ABC system the allocated direct material cost and the direct labor cost to each product are exactly the same as the traditional volume-based allocation, however, the general difference is in allocating the production burden cost to each of the products which distinguishes the ABC system from the traditional system.

Abstract: 

The present study aims at investigating the relationship between characteristics required for administrative and logistic ordinations and the function of their staff. As such, after studying the job description of this ordination and the available literature, and also consulting with the managers, the mentioned characteristics were included in a researcher-made questionnaire form. A sample of 72 members of managers for ranking the characteristics and rates and 187 staff members for responding to the researcher-made questionnaire and annual performance were randomly selected. So, the present study is descriptive in nature. The findings of this study indicate that, firstly, various characteristics are needed to achieve success in administrative and logistic ordination; among those characteristics conscientiousness, punctuality, speed, secrecy, discipline, humor, obedience, and accuracy have the highest average.Secondly, there is a significant relationship between the considered characteristics and the performance scores (r=.40) that this correlation is high for various factors.Thirdly, there is no significant relationship between the military educated and classic staff in terms of the mentioned characteristics. Thus, considering this point it can be said that the especial factors and characteristics are required to achieve success in this ordination.

Abstract: 

The traditional motivational ways, which had been designed for hand force of employees based on the organization’s needs, are not suitable in the present conditions. At the present time, due to the complexity and dynamics of the competitive environment, the organizations’ need to intellectual and creative workforce have been increased; thus, identifying the new ways of creating motivation in employees with the aim of maintaining and strengthening competitive advantage is essential. The present study aims at analyzing the factors affecting the staff empowerment and introducing its improvement guidelines in Sistan and Baluchestan University. In this regard, in addition to the approaches description, this study addresses the effective factors and dimensions, and different ways of empowerment. Job enrichment, delegation, performance-based bonuses, collaborative management, recommendations system, teamwork creation, and participation in scoping are the main ways of empowerment which are assessed in this study. In this vein, the results of this study confirm all the above mentioned items. In this paper, it is shown that the staff empowerment is only possible if the collaborative management is accompanied with delegation and people’s performance is reinforced by performance-based bonus. However, the empowerment is a gradual and step by step process and thus the organizations empowerment programs should be started with job enrichment. At this level, the employees shall be granted within their jurisdiction frame and if they have a successful performance, they shall be rewarded.

Abstract: 

Satisfaction with the communal transportation service is a motivating factor and also the factor for improving physical and mental health of employees and increasing the efficacy and effectiveness in the organization.The present study addresses the degree of satisfaction of the police headquarters staff with intra-city transportation services. This study is conducted to visualize the current condition and presenting the flaws and problems in police transportation services and also to offer some practical suggestions to appropriate authorities for improving the quality of transportation services. In terms of the goal, this study is implicational and it has been conducted in descriptive survey method. The population sample contains 1200 employees of police headquarters and the statistical sample includes 175 people. The obtained results indicate that the staff members were satisfied with 5 characteristics including professional ethics, availability of services, respecting for the dignity of the employees, technical quality and transport administration.However, they are not optimally satisfied with 3 characteristics including sanitary, safety, and comfort. It is recommended that police transport administration takes some steps for promoting the quality of transportation services using the findings of this research; and by accurate planning and constant monitoring and strengthening the transportation vehicles and employing appropriate cars they would ameliorate the flaws and problems and provide the employees satisfaction.

Abstract: 

In recent decades using the information system for fulfilling the appropriate organizational missions in different financial-economic, social, and other dimensions in all organizations including I.R.I Police has had a considerable growth. And this growth and development have made a lot of social pressures and people’s demand for the fast and low-cost services in the form of information systems from I.R.I Police. In this regard, it is necessary for I.R.I Police to produce appropriate software and information systems and to make an attempt in re-engineering and promoting it and also the amount of satisfaction and use of this system in society and to provide how to use it and to identify the upcoming problems and pay attention to fixing them as well.Method: in the present study, which is considered as an implicational research, the comparative and document method has been used; in fact the data collection tools were internet sites and library studying; the data analysis was conducted by comparative method through panels and thinking room.Findings and conclusion: client-centeredness via Six Sigma and Lean are the two common methods to improve and fix flaws in manufacturing and service projects that in this paper while introducing these methods, by getting benefit of the offered methods in these patterns, especially the Lean Six Sigma in designing the contact with-customer management system of comprehensive information systems of I.R.I Police some suggestions have been offered for the way of operationalizing the “voice of customer” in order to quantitative and qualitative promotion of information systems in I.R.I Police levels considering the fact that qualitative characteristics are not always fixed in customers’ views and the constant analysis for identifying the customers’ need change is a process and as long the customers are present, their voice should be heard and it is necessary to do that via the system. In addition, this strategic suggestion in which applying the results of customers’ voice analysis should be taken for consideration in micro decisions of the organization has been offered.The use of the effective sigma phase (DMAIC) methods in organization processes including customers’ opinions collection can help the organization in achieving its goals faster (Arlish, 2007).

Abstract: 

This research has been conducted to unveil police university graduates’ views towards the curriculum of law enforcement. This study, which is conducted as an implicational approach, aims at exploring and describing the degree of longitudinal training missionary at Police University. In terms of the data, this study is quantitative and in terms of the nature and type it is a cross-sectional survey. The sample population includes 128 people chosen randomly from all male and female students admitted during 2006–2011. In the experimental group, a 21-item researcher-made questionnaire was administered and the descriptive and inferential data analyses were conducted using the one-sample independent t-test. The findings of this study indicate that in law enforcement ordination the offered general and main courses are not compatible with the I.R.I Police required missions, however, the basic and technical courses are compatible with the required I.R.I Police missions.
