on the basis of Shi’as and political teachings of the Theory of velayat-e faqih; commitment to Indicators such as political participation, Election, Circulation of elites and the separation of powers, Iran has presented its own pattern of political development by emphasizing on values such as Islamic democracy, preserving Islamic culture and politics, distribution of directed power, and a new relationship between people and government. This article tends to analyse theoretical foundations of political development in Iran by applying the guidelines of Ayatollah Khamenei. It tries to answer the following questions: what are the theoretical foundations of political development in Iran? What pattern has it presented, through the negation of capitalist and socialist modes of development that has produced continued Political stability even after three decades?

The mutual relations between the crisis and Political Development are one of the main preoccupations of the human society. in order to move toward political development, Political systems face problems in Areas which might have internal or external backgrounds. In the domestic sphere, the problems stems from the opposition of masses or the elites. In the external arena, they are the results of the indirect involvement of outsiders. When these problems are deep, they could turn into the crisis. Passing through the crises, thus, and their ways of handling is one of the most critical issues that will lead society into political development. Using descriptive research method and relying on documentary sources, this article try to answer the following question: “what roles do the political crises have in the political development of Iran? The total number of 82 Professors, Ph.D. and M.A. students in different trends are the statistical population of this study in the field of political science in the Universities of Tehran. Using Lucian Pye’s pattern of the most important crises in political development, The findings of this study show that Political crises such as the identity, legitimacy, participation, distribution and influence have impacted the presence of the masses In political and social transformations and, thus, have played big role In the process of political development In the Iran.

A neglected component in security studies is the societal dimension of security and the stable national security type. A significant issue in Security Studies is how the Fundamental values of national security have remained stable and will be protected from the harms of natural processes or intentional tricks. Therefore, it seems Essential to focus on two concepts: stable national security and its societal pillar. The purpose of stable national security is that Political governance overcomes the concern for survival and experience a phase of stability and foresight; Social cohesion does not fail; and finally that the territorial integrity of a country is not subjected to foreign invasion and internal disintegration. The societal security means that different social groups such as academics, workers, clergy and military, thinks that first their identity and life is in danger and second that they express their identity and aspirations in a clear way. The question is that can a social security, i.e., the assurance of social groups to maintain their own identity and life, be considered as the vital Core and the stabilizing center of national security? Applying an interpretive approach, this article tries to test the hypothesis that "Social security" due to the inclusion of extra-individual and non-material concerns is an essential and enduring element of national security.

The current research tends to explore the quality and quantity of social security among male prisoners of Kermanshah Dizelabad jail in order to clarify the social security feeling factors there.it concentrates on  the relation between religious commitment and  social security feeling adaptation by using a simple random sampling encompassing 150 male prisoners. The questionnaires were used to collect data and analyze them on the basis of descriptive statistics including frequency, mean, standard deviation and other statistical analyses such as correlation and multiple regressions.Results showed that the degree of religious commitment, adaptation and social security feeling is less among male prisoners. On the one side, there is significant positive relation between religious commitment and social security feeling. On the other side, there wasn't any significant relation between adaptation and social security feeling. Given such results, it is recommended that the male prisoners should be given religious preaching to improve their feelings of security and the level of social security in the society.

Due to a change in the science of law as in other sciences, the present phase of Law studies is interpreted as "Scientific reasons", the purpose of which is applying the achievements of science and technology such as DNA testing, in the process of crime detection and criminal proceedings. Hence it is necessary to discuss them from an Islamic criminal jurisprudence perspective to determine the legitimacy of their application, credit and lack of credibility. Evidence has relevancy regarding the crimes offensive to the right of God”. Therefore they cannot be proved by scientific reasons and methods. However, suspects of doing this type of crime can be exonerated using the method of scientific reasons and creating doubts. But in realizing the right of people and its importance for the religious lawmaker, scientific methods can be used. since the evidence in such matters has “Principality” and serves the realization of the right of people, judge can use all Capacities including the scientific method for proving the crime. This will pave the way for securing of the Social Rights, which in itself guarantees the security of the society.

Mental models as series of pre-existing presuppositions interfere in the process of data analysis. In different contexts, they are studied with different titles such as cognitive biases, schemas, mental disciplines, and mental stereotypes in different texts. However, proper analysis of information requires familiarity and categorization of interfering mental models in analyzing the information. The purpose of this paper is to identify mental models influencing the process of analyzing data. The paper tries to answer the following question: What factors lead to the activation of mental models in data analysis? In order to answer this authors use causal Research Methodology on the intelligence analysts statistical society, of a total of 125 patients randomly selected. Using a 20-item questionnaire, the validity and reliability of the answers was evaluated through the content validity assessment based on the method of carcass (0.72), And Cronbach's alpha (0.86). The results of statistical analysis showed that its factors can be categorized into four general classes: analyst Personality characteristics, intellectual history, and complexity of field of information, as well as physiological sensory barrier.

America's long-standing feud with the Islamic revolution of Iran, and continuous Military threats over the years, requires the employment of a native Military Futuristic research As the primary basis of defensive decision-making. The main question of the present study is the Lack of a vision of the American pre-planned military threats against Iran in the future.The purpose of this study is determining America’s most significant military capabilities in coming decades which raise a likely threat to Iran’s security. The research’ method is descriptive - underlying and uses study samples of 65 experts and elites in the field of defense and Futuristic research. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with 27 items that after the completion of which, the relevant information were recorded Using EXCEL and SPSS software. Data record in EXCEL spreadsheet and SPSS Table led to the isolation of the effective factors. After analyzing the data obtained from the Questionnaire on the basis of descriptive and inferential statistical indexes, the relevant data has been scientifically analyzed.According to the results of the performed statistical tests, It can be concluded with 95% confidence that the America's Most important military capabilities and threats to Iran In the future are as follow: America's Hyper-spectral Technology, unmanned Spy planes, utilization of military bases in the region, Strategic aircrafts; America's 's military capabilities in the deployment of smart weapons, Aircraft carriers and nuclear submarines; the deployment of naval fleet in the Indian Ocean, Sea of Oman and the Persian Gulf; Flying reconnaissance aircraft and radars; America's military offensive against all sensitive military and civilian centers in Iran, Cruise missiles and smart bombs.
