Abstract: 

Nowadays through beginning the third millennium we are facing with new concept of labor that is different its previous meaning in the 20th century that is called teleworking that is in fact moving from standard traditional working condition toward flexible procedures by using information technology and communication as modern solution for obtaining to objectives of goals and meeting human resource requirements. We are coping with a new challenge about dealing with management and benefit of increasing performance of employees for managers of organizations.The objective of this research is studying the effect of teleworking on performance of employees at Ministry of Cooperative, Labor and Social Labor that with respect to result of work is regarded as applied research and with respect to objective is regarded as descriptive-correlation research. The statistical universe of this research is all distance working employees of Ministry of Cooperative, Labor and Social Welfare that are 630 persons. The tool for collecting information is questionnaire. The validity of questionnaire was confirmed by supervisor and advisor and 10 experts and for reliability of questionnaire it was applied from Alpha Cronbach method that the remained Alpha at elementary stage was obtained as 0.924 and at main stage was 0.926.In order to analyze data it was applied from T-test, Pearson Correlation and Freedman test. Research findings show that teleworking has positive relationship with performance components (organizational commitment, economizing in costs, motivation, improvement, job satisfaction and concentration) and due to flexibility it increases performance of employees. Results of research show that model factors are not equal and organizational commitment has highest rank (4.8) and improvement factor with lowest rank (2.55) as the lowest important factor at distance working.

Abstract: 

Marketing consists of two different spheres including theoretical and practical. Although, the academic aspect is quite new not more than a century but the practical aspect exists from the first of business history. This article is trying to introduce one of theoretical attempts in marketing practice.Present research is based on a critical review on typology study of contemporary marketing practice which was developed by Coviello et al (1997) and has come to this result that if we are supposed to have such classification scheme, a deep modification would be vital for applying in developing countries like Iran.

Abstract: 

Development of information and technology and its entry into the working environment, closely control the use of information technology in organizations and achieving organizational goals has been to better and faster. Organizational survival and achieving the goal depends on information technology policies and implementation of policies in a comprehensive and smart planning. Therefore, information and communication technology (ICT) strategic planning is a vital issue. In the extent and distribution branches of Islamic Azad University, This matter is important more and more in order to proper utilization of technology. Therefore, ICT strategic planning in the Islamic Azad University (Region Four), has been developed using the balanced scorecard card model.This program will identify goals and strategies for applying information technology in academic university. The results of this study were not unique to the region's fourth university, but other areas can also benefit from it.

Abstract: 

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is not just for social specialists or large-scale companies, all business leaders and managers must understand why they are engaged in CSR. The objective of this study is to measure Corporate Social Responsibility and investigate its effects on Organizational Effectiveness (OE) in cooperative companies in TEHRAN province. For this purpose, a sample of 388 customers of 4 cooperative companies was randomly selected and gathered data was analyzed.The findings of our research based on Pearson correlation CO-efficiency show that there is a meaningful relationship between CSR and OE. Among the OE attributes, customers image and staff morale have most relationship with CSR.

Abstract: 

In the third millennium era of globalization, the increasing growth of information and communication, rapid changes, organization such as higher educational institutions have to face challenges. One of the key components to dealing with conflicts, collisions and challenges is future studies that encompass all aspects of the study and research in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine the components of future study and present model for higher education in the country. To accomplish this goal, questions have been proposed as follows:-What are the main components of future study in higher education?-What model can be offered for future study in higher education?-How is the degree of appropriateness of the model from viewpoint of selected sample?The research was descriptive - survey one. The population consisted of all directors, deputy directors and faculty members of Islamic Azad University so that, sample size was calculated by the formula 400 persons and was done multiple stages randomly, But by taking account a 10% loss of them, 407 questionnaires were distributed and examined. Data was collected by a researcher made questionnaire which its validity was confirmed by related experts. The reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha was 0.80. Data were analyzed using correlation, coefficient of determination, Kruskal-Wallis statistical test and, then the model consist of philosophy and objectives, theoretical foundations, administrative procedures and evaluation system was designed. Theoretical of models were including of the evolution theory of ultra-system, theory of triple vision of the future knowledge system, knowledge theory, information and knowledge -information and dynamic knowledge-information theory, theory of change. Four groups of samples have given high scores to the sub test, and the model has been diagnosed appropriate with an average 87.25 percentage. The highest scores were related to the implementation and the evaluation and re-engineering. Other factors also have not scored less than 86.

Abstract: 

Emotional intelligence can be considered as the ability to understand and control the emotions in order to help the intellectual, decision making and communicational activities. The main purpose of this study is investigating the relation between emotional intelligence and job involvement among the staff of Islamic Azad University of Zanjan Province. For this purpose230 employees were randomly selected and tested. The measuring instrument is 2 questionnaires: Emotional intelligence questionnaire of Goleman (1998) andjob involvement questionnaire of Kanongo (1982). Analyses with the help of software SPSS software showed that there is a meaningful correlation between variable of emotional intelligence and job involvement and based on components of emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and organizing relations) we canoffer a model to predict the job involvement variable. Also the working environment meaningfully intervenes in relations of independent variables of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and organizing the relations with the dependent variable of job involvement, and makes them changed.

Abstract: 

This study is run with the aim of investigating the relationship between conflict management styles and staffs' job stress in order to apply the appropriate management style in future on the basis of descriptive correlation method. The population includes all the staffs in technical and vocational colleges in Alborz province in 2011 which comprise 130 participants and the subjects are selected according to the simple random sampling on the basis of Morgan's table for determining the sample size. The data collection tools are two questionnaires; one is conflict resolution questionnaire which was presented by Weeks (1994) and Fisher and Ury (1991) and job stress questionnaire which is designed by Osipow (1987). The obtained results indicates that there is a meaningful and positive relationship between the competitive, avoidance and compromise conflict management styles and staffs' job stress. On the other hand, there is no significant relationship between sacrificing and cooperative conflict management style and staffs' job stress.
