Good governance is a newly-introduced concept which has grown as a subject in the field of management and development literature. It has offered precise indices in managerial modification. In this paper, Good governance goes beyond its usual sense which encompasses some characteristics of governments. Here Good governance is considered to derive from mutual relation and interaction between government and non-governmental organizations, private sectors of military organization, influential institutes and groups being linked through media. Therefore, Good governance is a network of interactors (actors) in civil society which bring about improvement and development to the society.

Knowledge management is a process that helps organizations to make greater power with fewer facilities. Knowledge management is a new method for administrating organization and sharing mental and scientific sources. Implementation of Knowledge management requires provision of appropriate per-requisites. One of the important conditions is coordination among numerous organizational factors. This paper is going to study 2 factors: organizational culture and organizational structure. Knowledge management process has different elements. In this research, we are going to consider elements of knowledge creation and knowledge transfer. The Case is Hamkaran system Company. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant relationship between organizational factors (organizational culture and organizational structure) and elements of knowledge management (knowledge creation and knowledge transfer). The mentioned organizational factors are the most important factors in implementation process of knowledge management.Another result is that organizational culture is more effective than organizational structure.

Supplier selection is a multi-criterion issue which embraces both qualitative and quantitative criteria. In order to select the best suppliers, it is necessary to make a trade-off between these criteria, yet some of them may conflict. In this article, we present a decision aide supporting system so that first of all suppliers are evaluated and ranked by utilizing TOPSIS method and then the marginal utility function of the problem are estimated by UTASTAR method. In the end, we can evaluate other suppliers of the organization or suppliers which the organization wants to work with in future.

It is generally believed that teaching is the best job for women from the view of work-family conflict due to its short work time. They are more comfortable and experience less stress in this job hence feeling less so called conflict. This investigation intends to explain the relationship between personality and work-family conflict, resulting outcomes of conflict on job satisfaction, and involvement with job.Findings indicate that teaching contributes to the mentioned conflict and brings about job dissatisfaction and the job-alienation. This is because teachers do some part of their jobs in the house (e.g. to correct the papers).

Many scientists have studied coaxial model which examines the relationship between Environment Risk, Corporate Strategy and Capital Structure on Firm Performance.The present study tries to use the existing structures and theories in the context of financial management and corporate strategy to examine the influence of these variables on the performance. It also aims to shed light on the relationship between financial management and corporate strategy. To examine the relationship between structures and dimensions and to understand the existence of their relationship, some alternatives investigated by the previous studies have been reviewed. In designing this project, the data on petrochemical companies gathered within a period of 5 year (2001-2005) were investigated. All companies holding shares in Tehran Stock Exchange Hall of Petrochemical Industries comprise the statistical population of the study. To analyze the research data, descriptive statistics including means, standard deviation as well as inferential statistics including correlation coefficients, Pearson and ANOVA tests were carried out by SPSS software. In general, the results show that the variable of coaxial model consisting of the environment risks, corporate strategy and capital structure have somehow an impact on the company performance. To sum up, the use of the model such as the coaxial model has a positive effect on corporate performance.

Meeting customer satisfaction in current marketing has a critical role in meeting business objectives. In modern banking, virtual delivery channels and the ability to transfer money around at a click of a mouse are making it easier for customers than go to bank in person.So, it is necessary to develop and maintain an integrated communication system encompassing long- term relationships with customers. This study aims to investigate how CRM is implemented in Iranian banks (Mellat bank, Persian bank, Agri bank).It also describes the definition and benefits of CRM, processes, technology and structure. The results based on Swift approach revealed that banks are completely familiar with the term CRM. They have implemented CRM processes which are considered necessary for a customer integrated organization. The studied banks have CRM Department, with different Configurations in their organizational structure. Persian bank, having the most flexible structure uses more advanced CRM technology than the others in maintaining relations with customers.

In today's highly competitive era, one of the concerns of industry's management in companies is mainly to reduce the finished goods expenses. This is because the calculated reduction of expenses along with products of a higher quality are the measures which can help maintain the success of production companies in competitive environment. One of the important areas in which managers can maneuver is maintenance unit, because using scientific techniques and methods can be a great help in this respect. In order to drive home the above points, we selected mazandaran wood and paper industries as a case study and examined how the proper use of (CM) position persistence system by analyzing oil1-we can be aware of1 the stoppages due to machineries defects and doing so save losses before it happens and 2: save oil consumption considerably and reduce expenses accordingly.

"Parents (mother) strategy", i.e. the strategy used in multi-level enterprises, has recently grown as one of the main subjects of study in strategic planning field. Since the multi level enterprises have different sub enterprises (affiliates) dealing with diverse businesses in different environments, we cannot define the same strategic approach for all of them. Evidence shows that the number of multi level enterprises is continuously on increase. More than 200000 multi level enterprises with multi business were working in 2000. The figure is estimated to reach 500000 by 2005. Therefore; the main challenge is to develop an approach for determining the quality of management and interactions with the affiliated firms. We will analyze strategy in mother enterprises' level in terms of business units' performances versus organizations' life. This paper will thoroughly describe the proposed model by drawing on a case study.
