Abstract: 

The research is considered as the fundamental basis for the concept of Islamic Management and for the country governance in the Islamic Republic of Iran in the solar year vision of 1404. The central aim of this research is to identify the weaknesses surrounding the many past research on the topic of Islamic Management that have been conducted in the last three decades in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The recognition of the fundamental and influential factors of the applicability of previous research in the field of Islamic Management in the near future can be considered as an inevitable research which is needed to be done. In this regard, the initial step would be the pathology of the previous research in the domain of Islamic management for which the aim of the current research is to identify the status of the past research through the qualitative method of meta-synthesis. The research tools, documents and proofs are used for analysis which counts to 35 researches totally. The method of coding is based on the open coding approach. The results have shown that the identified 28 weaknesses (codes) can be categorized in six major factors namely structural, policy making, methodology, and cultural, human-oriented, and motivational factors. In the end, a set of recommendations has been provided according to the findings of the research.

Abstract: 

Ongoing transition of the Iran to knowledge-based economies is a watershed event in the evolution of the global knowledge economies. This transition marks a paradigmatic shift from energy-based economies to information-based economies based upon knowledge assets and intellectual capital. According, one objective of this study is to develop the theoretical and pragmatic foundations for management and measurement of knowledge assets to facilitate this vision of holistic growth and development. For this reason, first we have explored research literature and similar models and identified a set of indexes for social intellectual & environmental capabilities. Second, with use of factor analysis technique, we have reconnoitered and classified important indexes in three batches. Then, with the contribution of structural equation modeling technique, we have examined the relationships of new element with existing intellectual trinity and the synergism intellectuals and environmental capabilities to gain strategic framework of knowledge measurement, and we have determined with social intellectual and environmental capabilities it will be undemanding to attain knowledge assets, and knowledge competitive advantage will be more stable.

Abstract: 

Efficieny and effectiveness of public administration, is dependent on strengthening the weak link of it. One of this weak links is the lack of native model of public administration. This model is necessary for implementation of 1404 vision. Ignoring this critical need, decreases the function of imitative model.Based on contingency theory, there is no best model for public administration, therefore recognition of proper public administration model consistent with the condition of country, is possible. In this research four model of public administration for realization of the vision of 1404 are evaluated from the expert’ views. The results show that, first, the six features including justice, law, and participation, value oriented, development and accountability, allow the governance of the 1404 vision. Second, from the expert’ views, implementing an integrated model for realization of vision is necessary.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this article is to introduce and discuss the main theories of retirement as a pretext to bring the issue of retirement, in general, and academic retirees, in particular, to the attention of scholars and managers. Thus, a research was conducted in a university setting to determine the main activities that the academic retirees are involved in after retirement and their attitudes toward retirement life. A questionnaire was designed and distributed among the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad academic staff who had retired during 1999-2008 period. The analysis of collected data revealed that most retired academics continue their involvement in the academic work along with nonacademic activities. They are particularly pleased with the opportunity to plan their time and activities as the result of greater independence in retirement. However, the loss of contact with students and colleagues is what dissatisfied them the most after their retirement. They also expect the university administrators and particularly the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology to develop a blue print for more effective use of the academic retirees’ knowledge and skills.

Abstract: 

Today, several factors play role in achieving world-class. In today's competitive business world, the human resource is organization's distinction. Therefore, human resources management plays effective role in moving organizations toward world-class. The rapid expansion of the Internet during the past decade has caused, enhancing, implementing and managing the electronic human resources management (E-HRM).This study examines some of the factors affecting the implementation of E-HRM. These factors are including work factors, personal factors, environmental factors, organizational factors, and innovation E-HRM. To identify and ranking the factors that influence on implementation of E-HRM, using the AHP technique, the opinions of 25 top managers of Khorramabad city's power and water industry are analyzed. Based on the results of expert choice software, work factors, organizational factors, environmental factors, personal factors and innovative E-HRM (IN), respectively, have the greatest impact on performance (E-HRM).

Abstract: 

One of the shortcomings in performance management is, lack of unity and integreation between the components of this system at different levels of organization and this issue is more evident especially in creating coherence between the systems of performance appraisal in organizational level and evaluation of employee performance. This article attempts to provide a model that could create necessary integration between the performance appraisal systems of individual and organizational levels. For this purpose, after reviewing existing models of organizational performance management, organization excellence model (EFQM) and balanced score card (BSC) were selected as the appropriate organizational performance evaluation models. Then, combining these two models and extracting criteria and indicators of organizational performance appraisal of them, a set of basic indicators for employee performance Appraisal were extracted. After that questionnaires were designed and distributed among a group of experts. Employee Performance Appraisal model was finalized based on their views in three consecutive stages Delphi method. Mentioned model has 9 dimentions, 25components and 76 indicators and can serve as a suitable framework for evaluating employee performance in different organizations. Finally, to determine the appropriateness of the model and its compatibility with the requirements and demands of any organization by using Analytic Hierarchy Proces ,the importance coefficient of each dimension, components and indicators in the model for the Fars Regional Water Authority was determined and the results have been reported in this article.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to determine the major and minor criteria and qualitative and scoring standards for assessing written master degree dissertation of behavior sciences fields (Management, Psychology, Education and sociology) of Payam Noor University. 172 assessment criteria were developed after literature review and interview with research method and assessment and measurement professionals, and then were used to construct a questionnaire with likert and rating scales. Then 112 teachers were selected randomly from working and related teachers of PNU in the aforementioned fields. The calculated Cronbach Alpha values for the questionnaire were about 0.99 which indicate the high reliability of the scales. Results of binomial tests with more than 99 percent of confidence show that the teachers confirm the developed criteria. Also based on teacher's opinion, the criteria were classified in three standard categories of: acceptance with no modification, acceptance with minor modification and acceptance with major modification. Finally, scoring standards were estimated by principle component factor analysis.
