Electronic learning is being ever utilized at universities and governmental organizations of the country, but the impact & efficiency of the electronic programs is always being questioned by managers, students and different entities engaged with. Previous researches are reveling that, one of the most important influencing factors in the success of these kinds of programs is the students' satisfaction as their main clients for them. In the other words, one of the criteria for measuring the efficiency of information systems is to specify the level of their user satisfaction of elements and features and in fact those of formed the interaction of the system.In this study, after literature review, six basic influencing factors on the student‘s satisfaction level in e-learning programs have been identified as professor, student, educational administration, educational content, educational services and social networks. The research finding based on the researcher’s point of views, reveals that the main criteria impact in the student satisfaction is the professor and his/her behavioral characteristics. After which, the student characteristics and behavior’s component is the most important effective criteria. Based on the yielded sequence of the influencing factors, one can plan & set for the future alterations in the educational system in line with the client satisfaction. Those factors which have earned a lower level of important would dictates plans for future research investigations for the researchers.
