Abstract: 

The Underlying Purpose of this research is to identify the relationship between diversity management and manpower productivity in organization. This study is a correlation research, considering goal, it is an applied one. The sample consists of 75 people chosen by random stratified sampling method from 350 personnel. The results of the research show that there is a meaningful relationship between diversity management and manpower productivity and its dimensions.

Abstract: 

Some management students advocated new “generative transformational” forms of learning to deal with turbulent and competitive environment. These assumptions rise to the notion of learning organization.However, examining the relationship between the dimensions of learning organization and other organizational elements makes it possible to draw on suitable strategies in order to improve learning. This is a survey research.Considering goal, it is an applied research. Population of the study includes National Petrochemical companies. The suitable sample of Companies is selected based on simple random sampling. The findings of the present research illustrate that there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership and the dimensions of learning organization. In addition, this research shows a significant relationship between transformational Leadership and three dimensions (among 7 dimensions) of learning organization which consist of "continiues learning", "team learning", and "embedding system". Considering the triple levels of learning organization, the findings illustrate a significant relationship between transformational leadership and two levels of learning organization (group and organizational).

Abstract: 

Electronic learning is being ever utilized at universities and governmental organizations of the country, but the impact & efficiency of the electronic programs is always being questioned by managers, students and different entities engaged with. Previous researches are reveling that, one of the most important influencing factors in the success of these kinds of programs is the students' satisfaction as their main clients for them. In the other words, one of the criteria for measuring the efficiency of information systems is to specify the level of their user satisfaction of elements and features and in fact those of formed the interaction of the system.In this study, after literature review, six basic influencing factors on the student‘s satisfaction level in e-learning programs have been identified as professor, student, educational administration, educational content, educational services and social networks. The research finding based on the researcher’s point of views, reveals that the main criteria impact in the student satisfaction is the professor and his/her behavioral characteristics. After which, the student characteristics and behavior’s component is the most important effective criteria. Based on the yielded sequence of the influencing factors, one can plan & set for the future alterations in the educational system in line with the client satisfaction. Those factors which have earned a lower level of important would dictates plans for future research investigations for the researchers.

Abstract: 

In the event of ever increasing data and information, developing and implementing Management Information Systems using Data Mining techniques in organizations and creating Data Warehouses has become a major focus. The result of using this technology particularly in the higher education for the purpose of education and research is indispensable. The question is if the higher education institutions in Iran have made any moves towards this objective. This research attempts to answer this question through conducting a field study of the present situation of Information Technology and Communication in the country’s higher education apparatus to determine the level of using Data Mining techniques and Data Warehousing. This article sets forth a model for the alignment between organizational strategies and Information Technology and Communications. In addition presenting a methodological technique to determine the level of the state of ITC technology to support the decision making process in the universities. The epilogue conveys related findings in Shahid Beheshty University.

Abstract: 

The rapid and amazing development of information and communication technologies and the public trend toward Knowledge Management have caused the collective knowledge and social learning to be determined as a sustainable competitive advantage in a competitive business environment.Therefore, only the organizations that are able to successfully acquire, retain, develop and implement the knowledge in the current changing and complex century, would be prosperous. Thus, the main purpose of this article is to identify success factors and provide a model for successful implementation of knowledge management by deploying a exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis in Sade rat Bank of Iran. The findings showed that the success factors of Knowledge Management are respectively based on the strategic direction and development of knowledge innovation culture and also the tendency towards the development, support and transfer of knowledge and competency management.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to examine empirically the relationship between the Organization readiness for change and dimensions of Learning Organization. The constructs of Learning Organization were identified on the basis of seven Watkins and Mar sick dimensions, and the organizational readiness for change was identified on the basis of employees' perceptions of their organization’s readiness for change by utilizing the attitudes toward change concept by Dunham et al. The results of the study suggested that: 1) the highest perceived level of learning organization is strategic leadership, whereas creating relationship with the environment is the lowest level.2) there is a significant positive relationship between the participants‟ perceived level of each of the seven dimention’s and the perception of organizational readiness for change. And finally, providing strategic leadership and the overall DLOQ have the highest correlation with organizational readiness for change.

Abstract: 

Public organizations must be able to develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer service levels and maintain its position.This research focuses on consequences of corporate entrepreneurship strategy on Public & Non-Governmental Organizations. Tehran municipality as a public & non-governmental organization has been investigated as a case study. The research has been done based on grounded theory methodology and systematic interviews with 25 informants. The main purpose of the article is analyzing of Corporate Entrepreneurship Strategy consequences. This conceptualizing of Corporate Entrepreneurship Strategy based on actual data shows the consequences of this strategy in Tehran municipality consists of 12 categories in open coding and 3 categories in axial coding consists of performance, human resources and customer excellency and these three, create new public value as the final consequence of the corporate entrepreneurship strategy was clear.
