Abstract: 

The present study is carried out to investigate the relationship of anthropometric variables and women psychopathology. For this reason, sample group were randomly selected out of students of psychological and social science Department of Islamic azad university Theran central branch. All sample members were in 18-28 age group. After measure anthropometric variables and SCL-90-R personality, data were analyzed with correlation. The finding showed a meaninyful positive correlation between body max index, depression, anxiety and aggressian, and also positive correlation between waist circumference, depression, anxiety and aggression.

Abstract: 

This study was designed for relationship between personality characteristics and factors of job satisfaction by volume of 209 teachers of schools of Tehran that were selected by multi stages random sampling. The necessary information was gathered by personality inventory (1985) and the job satisfaction (1381) questionnaires. And they were statistically analyzed by use of means, standard deviation, one way analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation coefficients, regression analysis and pearson chi-square test. Findings showed that the fourth and eight factor of job satisfaction with extraversion and conscientiousness, as well as the fifth factor of job satisfaction with extraversion and agreement and conscientiousness had a significant positive relationship. The other result showed significant positive relationship between the second factors of job satisfaction with record of teaching, and significant positive relationship between sex and job satisfaction and significant relationship between the job satisfaction of teachers in the different area but the others considers didn't show significant relationship between the job satisfaction and different education grade.

Abstract: 

The goal of research is to study the relationship between hardiness and anxiety.272 subjects (92 males, 172 females) of this research were randomly selected from students Tonekabon. They were evaluated on the basis of tow different questions: hardiness and anxiety (cattle) questionnaires. Research dates were analyzed with help of regression analysis test on SPSS software. The results indicated that there is a significant relation ship between both hardiness and anxiety, and hardiness, anxiety and sex. In fact, there was a negative or reversed relationship between hardiness and anxiety. Moreover, men and women who have a low hardness are more prone to be anxiety than those who have a high hardiness in the scales.

Abstract: 

The goal of this study is considering effective factors on professional satisfaction of teachers. Were chosen by the method of multi- stage sampling. The khey2 proves that there is no relation between the 4 agents of academic course, to be native, working experience and course, to be native, working experience, relationship with subordinates people and the professional satisfaction of the teachers. There are relations among the motivational agents such as work autonomy (independence), interest in job, knowledge, improvement (progress), occupation responsibility, and the medium agents such as salary, position (status), improvement possibility, and the individual agents such as place of birth, gender, age, marital status, general satisfaction in life, religious believes, whit professional satisfaction. The keramer's coefficient shows that relation intensity of work conditions and improvement possibility is higher than relation intensity of independent variables and professional satisfaction.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the outcomes of work stress and one of the potentially protective resources (i.e., hardiness).100 Azad University staff, with a mean age of 38.18 (SD=5.32), completed a questionnaire packet which included the Personal Views Survey (Hardiness Institute, 1985), and the Measures of Job Stressors (Spector & Jex, 1998). The latter consisted of the Interpersonal Conflict at Work Scale, Organizational Constraints Scale, and Quantitative Workload Inventory. As expected, and being consistent with previous studies, hardiness had a negative correlation to the job stressors, and could significantly predict interpersonal conflict, and organizational constraints. Some possible mechanisms underlying the stressors-outcome relationships and their implications have been discussed based on the control model of the job stress process.

Abstract: 

This study considers attachment styles and conflict tactics of child-Parents (mother and father). For this reason 150 M.S degree students (75 male and 75 female) were selected by stages sampling. For data gathering the study used questionnaire of attachment styles of Collins & Read (1990), conflict tactics of child-Parents (mother and father) of Straus (1990). This study was correlation type and for analyzing of statistical data the study used Pearson correlation and multivariate analysis of variance. The results of study show that: There is positive meaningful relationship between conflict tactics of parent's logic with secure attachment style, but there is negative meaningful relationship with ambivalence style. There is negative meaningful relationship between Verbal and physical conflict tactics with secure attachment style, but there is positive meaningful relationship with ambivalence style. There is no difference between female and male student in attachment styles and conflict tactics of child-Parents.

Abstract: 

Gender identity disorder is as one of the classified psychological disorders in diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders. Gender identity disorder is experiencing significant gender dysphoria, discontenr with the biological sex on is born with. The research's goal included: A) Finding the most important dimensions of phenomenological and psychological contents of transsexualism in iran's culture. B) Finding the obstacles and the difficulties that transsexuals encounter in gaining the congruent gender identity. Sccording to this after a deep study and observation of some of the affected ones, four of them were chosrn as samples through snowball method. Range of ages of the samples were 23 to 60 years old and they were graduates or postgraduates of universities and of both sex. The research was expost factor type and the assessment tools included interview, observation as an observer and taking field notes. After collecting the information connected to the specified goals579 content units by factor analysis which is part of a qualitative research came into existence and through repeated analysis the categories within this subject were defined and were numbered by two qualified psychologists and their views were ontained by kappa coefficient. The finding showed that 14 categories were met important in numbering and were the most frequent ones and coefficient of reliability between their views was 0. 67 which in the classification done by Rostmeyer (1992) is at a good point.

Abstract: 

The aim of the present research is the study of effect of copy therapy over job burnout of conservatory instructors of the city of Tehran. The sampling method in the present research is simple random sampling. Statistical society of the research includes all conservatory instructors of Tehran, 81 persons who are teaching in Tehran conservatory in the academic year 2007-08.then, by simple random sampling method, 60 persons were elected from among instructors and divided into two test and control groups. The instructors responded to Maslach job burnout exhaustion questionnaire, in group form. Later the test group was subjected to contrastive method education for 120 minutes in 8 sessions, while control group was not given any education. Then, both test and control groups, were tested by Maslach job burnout questionnaire. Considering that the job burnout is evaluated on the basis of three indicators of emotional exhaustion, character transformation and decrease of satisfaction, the results of the researcher indicated that: Copy therapy causes decrease in emotional exhaustion of instructors Copy therapy causes decrease in transformation of character and personality of instructors.Copy therapy causes decrease in the feeling of satisfaction of instructors.
