The goal of this study is considering effective factors on professional satisfaction of teachers. Were chosen by the method of multi- stage sampling. The khey2 proves that there is no relation between the 4 agents of academic course, to be native, working experience and course, to be native, working experience, relationship with subordinates people and the professional satisfaction of the teachers. There are relations among the motivational agents such as work autonomy (independence), interest in job, knowledge, improvement (progress), occupation responsibility, and the medium agents such as salary, position (status), improvement possibility, and the individual agents such as place of birth, gender, age, marital status, general satisfaction in life, religious believes, whit professional satisfaction. The keramer's coefficient shows that relation intensity of work conditions and improvement possibility is higher than relation intensity of independent variables and professional satisfaction.
