Introduction: Supply chain risk management is very important for effective supply chain management. In the meantime, the healthcare supply chain and its risks need more attention given its important mission. Concerning the sensitivity of blood and its supply chain, the purpose of this study is to investigate the risks of the blood supply chain and their relations in Tehran. Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, the risks of blood supply chain were selected by reviewing the articles and expert opinions through interviews and questionnaires. The most important ones were identified using risk matrix and expert opinions, and their relationships were discussed using DEMATEL method. Results: The 19 most important risks were identified. Also, according to the Demetel method, it was shown that in terms of the importance of risks (D + R), selection of inappropriate suppliers (2. 25), lack of appropriate budget allocation (2. 23), low employee productivity (2. 16) and inadequate blood inventory (2. 01) were identified as the most important risks. In terms of mutual influences (D-R), economic and political sanctions (1. 68) were selected as the most influencing and inadequate response to hospital demand (-0. 89) as the most influenced risk. Conclusion: After identifying the risks that are both significant and most influencing, such as the risks of lack of appropriate budget allocation, sanctions, exchange rate fluctuations, and catastrophes, in order to improve supply chain performance and prevent future problems, the factors that cause these risks need to be focused. And for controlling them, appropriate strategies, especially management strategies should be adopted.

Introduction: Given that in Iran, there is a potential need to address issues related to dentistry, this study attempt to explain the components that affect the possibility of choosing dental offices by patients to identify key roots of office. Methods: This research is a practical research in terms of research purpose and the statistical population of the present study is all customers of dental offices in western Mazandaran province. The number of statistical samples based on Morgan table is at least 384 people using cluster sampling. In this study, to measure the factors affecting customer choice, the questionnaire (Kim, 2011), (Lu et al., 2015) and (Lee et al., 2013) were used. To determine the validity, confirmatory factor analysis was used using LISREL software. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics including Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and structural equation modeling. Results: The research findings indicate that each of the factors including facilities and equipment (path coefficient 0. 61), services (path coefficient 0. 57), dentist attributes (path coefficient 0. 49), professional appearance of dentist (path coefficient 0. 38) and dental practice attributes (path coefficient 0. 44) affect the likelihood of customers choosing a dental office. Conclusion: Due to the increase in dental offices and the intensity of competition between them, so by using the results of this research and by adopting a solution in the field of identified factors, especially the most important, ie appropriate facilities and equipment which have significant impact on the choice of customers, dental offices can improve their competitive position.

Abstract:

Introduction: Human resource management has always been influenced by many factors and one of these factors is the ruling generations of the organization that determine the type of management within the organization. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design a human resource management model based on generational differences among employees. It was one of the medical universities in IRAN. Methods: The research method was applied in terms of purpose, exploratory in terms of data type, mixed (qualitative-quantitative), and descriptive-correlation in terms of data collection time. The statistical population of the qualitative research section included university experts in the fields of human resource management and educational management, as well as executive experts, including senior and middle managers of the university. Using targeted sampling method and saturation principle, 11 people were selected as sample size. The second group of the statistical population of this study included all employees of the University of Medical Sciences, who were selected as the sample size using the stochastic cluster random sampling method. In this study, in order to collect data, the library method, semi-structured interview and researcher-made questionnaire of human resource management based on the qualitative part (in the quantitative part) were used. In order to investigate the validity of the questionnaire, formal validity, content and structure were used and to calculate its reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and combined (composite) reliability were used. The results showed that the researcher's questionnaire was valid and reliable. Content analysis and content analysis using MAXQDA12 software were used to analyze the qualitative data of the research. In the quantitative section, according to the research questions, descriptive statistics methods (mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution charts and diagrams) and inferential (confirmatory factor analysis) and SPSS and LISREL software were used. Results: Findings from the implementation of the research model showed that idealistic components with a coefficient of 0. 82, action components with a coefficient of 0. 56, technology component with a coefficient of 0. 40 and civil component with a coefficient of 0. 31 are effective on human resource management. Conclusion: Analysis of the current situation showed that the most important components of human resource management based on generational differences include the idealistic generation with the first rank and the active generation, technology and civil with the next ranks. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to strengthening the culture of creativity and innovation, diversity, observance of professional ethics, professionalism and meritocracy in universities.
