The rapid advancement of information and communication technology in the past decades, the growing competition between organizations in attracting and retaining customers as the main source of competitive advantage in today's world has led to the emergence of a new concept called customer relationship management. This article, due to the introduction of new concepts such as customer reciprocity, consumer protection. . . In the Iranian organizations, effective communication between the audience and the customer is trying to map the implementation of a customer relationship management system in Iranian organizations. To achieve this, after describing the concepts and expanding the topics related to customer relationship management, models and patterns have been considered in today's organizations, and the common components among them have been extracted in three areas of processes, technology and human issues. Through studies the necessity of implementing the review model and then studying the knowledge of the world today, the frameworks of implementation of customer relationship management in today's organizations were investigated and their elements were extracted. Considering the specific features of the Iranian environment, a framework was proposed, which was completely compared by reviewing the subject matter of the research. Adaptation the content and creative thinking were obtained. Through a case study at the Refugee Bank of Workers as an Iranian service organization, more information was gathered about the proposed framework.

As a social institution, Tehran Municipality needs worthy human capital, knowledge-based and talented human resources to achieve its lofty goals. In this regard, the present study has used qualitative methods to study the mechanisms of attracting human resources talents in Tehran Municipality. In the qualitative section, in-depth interviews were conducted with 10 managers, deputies and senior experts of Tehran Municipality and 6 members of the faculty of the university. Interpretive analysis was used to analyze the data. The validity of the qualitative findings was confirmed by review by interviewees and multidisciplinary data sources, and a retested reliability method was used to calculate the reliability of the coding. The results showed that the mechanisms of attracting human resources talents in Tehran Municipality, including the existence of individual and job development opportunities, competitive advantages, reputation and brand of the organization, facilitating administrative rules, designing and establishing an evaluation center in recruitment, and a systematic program to attract, construct propositions. The value of employees is the formulation of job descriptions and the conditions for obtaining different jobs.

Women, as half of the population, have a direct impact on the development of society. Because the goal of any society is to maximize social welfare and social welfare is a function of per capita income, fair distribution of income, improving the level of educational, health, welfare and social, economic, cultural, political participation of men and women and. . . Due to the importance of women's social role, the main purpose of this study was to explain the social role of women in Bijan Najdi's fictional works. The present study is with a qualitative approach. Because in the design phase of the concept model, a qualitative approach has been used. Also, this research is an inductive and exploratory study of the research strategy of the type of content analysis. In order to enumerate the components and sub-components of the social role of women in the studied works, the textual data analysis software (MAXQDA) has been used. And the final pattern has been counted. In addition, the highest frequency was related to the sub-component of the female family role in stories with a frequency of 65 times and the second position was related to the value role of women in stories with a frequency of 42 times. And in the third place, the socio-economic role with the frequency of 23 times, and finally in the fourth and final position under the component of the cultural role of women with the frequency of 18 times.

In this article, while examining this system in the form of GAT and WTO and explaining its role and impact on the organization's interaction with other international law regimes, considering the development factor of member countries, identify its main challenges and place developing countries in We have analyzed its evolution and evolution. The correlation between the situation of developing and developed countries has been studied through documentary and survey methods using documents in the field of research and statistics published by the World Trade Organization. The dispute resolution system, as the most valuable asset of the new international trade system, plays an important role in enforcing the regulations and fulfilling the obligations of this organization. This system, with its automated procedures and the ability to prescribe trade reciprocal measures as punishment, provides a unique mechanism by which member states can demand full implementation of negotiated trade concessions. In recent years, the presence of developing countries in this system has become more prominent, but still developed countries have a significantly greater presence and benefit from it. Lack of a coherent economic system and costly limited legal capacity and lack of financial resources, lack of information and insufficient experience of developing countries; Strong economies and the influence of developed countries are among the reasons for this litigation.

Waste management is one of the requirements of modern urban society and social development. People is a key to program of waste management and their attitudes and behavior is very important. Public attitudes in areas of urban management knows more important role for women especially housewives in this plan. Many programs are be planned and implemented for women. This study aimed to compare women and men in attitudes and participate in waste management and this judgment has to be examined. In this study, survey with person questionnaire has been used. Statistical population are citizens of region 5 of Tehran. Samples were 800 people who were questioned by multistep cluster sampling from all communities in this region. According to t-tests, significant differences have not seen in attitude and behavior in waste management plan between men and women in 5th region of Tehran. Good general tendency is in citizens of region 5 of Tehran regardless of gender, which can be a good potential to be used in the field of waste management.

The present study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of virtual reality technology on adolescent fear of speech. The study population consisted of all adolescents aged 12-15 years in Tehran. The sampling method was cluster sampling from one of the counseling centers in Tehran. Of the adolescents who referred to the Center for Behavioral and Psychological Disorders, 30 individuals who referred for social anxiety disorders were selected. Then 15 patients were randomly assigned to the experimental group and 15 others to the control group. Pre-test was performed for both groups. Data gathering tools were Barsolomy and Hallelian Lecture Anxiety Questionnaire (2016). Then, 12 sessions of 20 minutes of play and activity with the Xbox machine were performed on the target group (experiment). At the end of the session, the experimental and control groups received post-test and the results were analyzed. After testing the hypotheses, it has been concluded that Virtual Reality Technology is effective on speech fear, cognitive anxiety, behavioral anxiety and physiological anxiety and can reduce anxiety and phobia by increasing self-efficacy and enhancing problem solving and creativity.

The present study aims at "comparative study of Iran-South Korea development programs over the past four decades with an emphasis on economic-political development using a comparative-historical research method. The theoretical framework is based on the views of Amartya Sen and Shils. The results of the research indicate that in the development of South Korea, attention to development infrastructure, the importance of education and training of the workforce, attention to the proper relationship between the government and the private sector, the reform of the monetary and financial system in accordance with development, the strategy of encouragement and export development has been a priority. On the other hand, in Iran, the timing of the process of restoring stability and peace to the political arena is always a major obstacle to economic growth. The changes in political and ideological management, such as the definition and management of the economic system, such as the leap from the private economy to the state, have imposed massive fluctuations on the economy. For this reason, comparing the two countries studied, it can be concluded that Iran did not succeed in the process of economic-political development. In Iran, despite certain conditions, especially after the Islamic Revolution, events such as the Iran-Iraq war; foreign pressures; the imposition of economic sanctions; the reduction of relations with foreign markets; and so on, appeared as barriers to development and caused Iran's failure in her developmental programs, while South Korea has been successful according to the accurate plans.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between sustainable social development and a sense of place belonging in Boroujerd. In order to measure sustainable social development, three indicators of citizenship participation, quality of living environment and access to resources and facilities were used. The research method is descriptive-survey according to the research subject and the population of the city is Boroujerd, which in the last census of 2016 has been estimated at 326452 people. The sample size was determined using Cochran sampling formula of 384 people. Sampling in this study is done by cluster method. Since the city of Boroujerd has two regions, several alleys from each region and several houses from each alley are randomly selected for research. Data collection tools in this study include a researcher-made questionnaire that was distributed among the sample size and after collection; their data were analyzed using statistical analysis such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, correlation and software regression. SPSS were analyzed. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between all three components of sustainable social development and the sense of place belonging of citizens. Therefore, according to the results, it can be said that to improve the sense of place belonging of citizens, special attention should be paid to improving social development indicators.

Today, revolutions are no longer considered as rare historical phenomena. A series of political revolutions has swept the world so far, the last of them was Arab revolutions in 2011. Numerous causes have contributed to the occurrence of these revolutions. This article has been written with the aim of investigating the social causes of revolutions and specifically the impact of the process of economic and social development (modernization) on revolutions and the main question is the same goal; That is, what effect does the process of socio-economic development have on the occurrence of revolutions? The answer to this question with the help of the theoretical apparatus derived from the social theories of revolutions and using the historical (qualitative) comparative method through the study of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and the revolutions of Tunisia, Egypt, Libya and Yemen shows that despite the importance of the process, scope and The speed of socio-economic development in the occurrence of revolutions, this causal condition can’ t make a clear distinction between countries in which the revolution took place and those that did not take place (here Morocco and Algeria). Because in many of the ten indicators of socio-economic development, which have been measured in this study, the situation of countries in which the revolution did not take place has been even better than revolutionary countries. Therefore, it can be said that socio-economic development and its levels have had different consequences in different countries in relation to the occurrence / non-occurrence of the revolution.

A general term that includes other concepts such as improvement, renovation, reconstruction, empowerment and lubrication of worn-out tissues in public urban spaces. On the other hand, urban space is a suitable platform for urban activities and a place for social interactions and a basis for the formation and development of social capital. The development of social capital strengthens values ​ ​ such as solidarity, solidarity, unity, cooperation and public participation. The purpose of this article is to study the impact of urban regeneration on the development, progress and promotion of social capital. At this stage, first the required data were collected from the selected statistical population using a survey study method and a questionnaire technique (two researcher-made questionnaires, one social capital questionnaire and the other urban regeneration questionnaire), after classification. And extraction, with the usual statistical methods and using SPSS software, were measured and analyzed scientifically. The statistical population of this research, by interviewing people over 18 to 60 years old, with different forms of space occupation such as use, living and working on the Aliqapu sidewalk ı n Ardabil and in the spring and summer of 2019-2020 has been selected. 130 samples were selected using random sampling method. The results show that the urban regeneration of Aliqapu sidewalk in Ardabil has a positive and significant effect on the development of social capital.

Estoppel rule of thumb gives it features such as being binding, general, and social and in defining it, the doctrine of law has each expressed the features of this rule, and providing a comprehensive definition of Estoppel is not an easy task. Also this rule in many cases, it plays the role of several jurisprudential and legal rules, including the principle of harm, the prohibition of Denial made after confession, the returning the offer prohibition to the necessity. Finally, due to the need to strengthen legal relations and create order in society, any tool in this direction can be used which Estoppel is one of those tools in formalizing it in the form of legislation.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between socio-economic status and the level of knowledge and awareness of citizenship rights in five areas of civil, political, socio-economic, gender and cultural rights among students of Dezful universities in the academic year of 2018-2019. The research method was survey and using Krejcie and Morgan table, the sample size of 400 people was determined. The sampling method was random quota and a questionnaire was used to collect data. In addition to descriptive statistics, Spearman correlation coefficient, t-test, analysis of variance, multivariate regression and path analysis were performed using SPSS software. The results show that there is a significant relationship between socio-economic status and knowledge of citizenship rights. Among them, the level of education and gender had the greatest impact and there was no significant relationship between age, employment status and income with the level of awareness of citizenship rights.
