The present research was performed to recognize relationships between staff perception of learning organization and organizational intelligence among teachers and education workers in Rafsanjan city (in the boy's elementary school, middle school and high).The research methodology was descriptive-correlation and the statistical universe included all the education staff and school teachers in Rafsanjan during the academic year of 2010-2011 comprising of 2494 people. 333 of the population were selected through cluster randomized sampling in proportion to the volume. The measurement instrument of this research was the Senge questionnaire of learning organizational with 25 items and the organizational intelligence questionnaire of Albrecht 35 items. The Cronbach alpha coefficient for the learning organization questionnaire was 0.946 and for the organizational intelligence questionnaire it was calculated to be 0.967. In data analysis, at the descriptive statistics level, mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution tables, were used and Pearson correlation test, stepwise regression, single-group t-test and correlation matrix were used for inferential analysis. The Result showed that there was a significant relationship between learning organization and organizational intelligence And there is significant relationship between learning organization components and organizational intelligence components and learning organization components are able to predict organizational intelligence. The highest level of learning organization components in Rafsanjan education are in the following range: Personal Mastery, Systemic Thinking, Team Learning, Mental Models and Shared Vision. The highest level of organizational intelligence components in Rafsanjan education are in the following range: Shared fate, The Strategic Vision, Heart, Knowledge Deployment, Alignment and Congruence, Appetite for Change and Performance Pressure.
