Abstract: 

The main goal of this research was to investigate the prevalence of behavioral disorders in primary school students in Karaj. The Research was a descriptive one. The statistical population was all male and female primary school students in Karaj. For this purpose, 600 male and female students from Karaj were selected using multi-stage cluster random sampling. The instrument used was CSI-4 Questionnaire (Parent’s version), enjoying acceptable and satisfying validity and reliability. The data were examined and analyzed taking benefit of descriptive indices as well as chi-square test. The results from analyses showed that the amount of prevalence in the said group is 13.7 per cent. It was also found that the amount of prevalence is higher in boys than girls. Here are the most prevalent behavioral disorders in order: ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder)(4 per cent), and ODD (oppositional defiant disorder (3 per cent). There was also a significant relation between parents' level of education and the amount of prevalence of behavioral disorders in children.

Abstract: 

This research following the comparative investigation the effectiveness of research teachers with Non researcher of guilan province 89-90. Research method was causative comparative and its order was expressive to gain- this aim of 22128 statistical society of the teachers, have selected 449 (118 researcher teachers & 331 non-researcher) in a research that were selected of sampling method as of complete count (for researchers) and randomly ctassificat (for non researchers) as sample population. Gathering the respective data of researcher questioner made of to speech in degree likrt range. Narrative formal was based on the exports of instruction science and its debit using kronbakh alpha efficient 0.87 to statistical analysis understanding level was used of t test with two independent samples. Results of statistical test showed that in error level of 5% about the first hypothesis (gain to faith aims) second (gain to ethic aims), fifth (gain to social aims), sixth (gain to bio wins), seventh (gain to political aims), eighth (gain to economic aim), between the effectiveness of the researcher & non researcher teachers there was a meaningful difference. Bat there was not the meaningful difference between the effectiveness of researcher & non researcher teachers about the thirth hypothesis (gain to education-science aims) & forth (gain to culture-art aim).

Abstract: 

The objective of this study was the identification and the ranking of effective factors on job satisfaction among the faculty members of Islamic Azad Universities in Mazandaran. The research method was descriptive, and the study was a type of survey research. The population of the study included all full-time faculty members in all branches of Islamic Azad University, who were teaching in the academic of year 89-90. The number of the participant members was 1518. The sample of this study was selected through the Kerjcie and Morgan table. 309 faculty members were selected via applying the random sampling method. To collect the data of the study, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The validity of questionnaire was estimated by a body of teachers and experts. The reliability coefficient was estimated by Chronbach Alpha as to be 0.96. The data were analyzed through the descriptive and inferential methods of statistics: the T-test and the Friedman test. The results of this study showed that physical, motivational, organizational, professional and scientific factors affected the participant members’ job satisfaction and the effects of professional factors were more than other factors.

Abstract: 

The present research aims at studying on the effectiveness of group counseling using Eliss’s rational-emotive behavior therapy method on promotion of public health of firefighting society; In order to determine the effectiveness of group counseling the pre-test and post-test plans were used for control group. The statistical society in this research was the firefighting staff of district 4 of Municipality of Tehran which was chosen with the sample volume of 60 persons by multistage cluster random sampling method and these people were randomly divided and chosen into two groups including 29 each and control group to the amount of 31. The educational plan was taught to the test group in 7 sessions. The tool utilized in this plan was the 28-GHQ public health test. To analyze the research data, the covariance test was used for testing the research hypothesis, analysis of research hypothesis showed: Group counseling was effective in promotion of public health of firefighting staff with Eliss’s rational-emotive approach. This Also has positive effects on the symptoms of anxiety and disorder in sleeping of the firefighters. Group counseling with Eliss’s rational-emotive approach has positive influenced on physical condition of the firefighters. Also, it has improvement of social functioning of firefighters increasingly. Group counseling with Eliss’s rational-emotive approach has affected the improvement of depression of firefighting staff and comparing the obtained results in pre-test and post-test stages indicates the effect of Eliss’s rational- emotive approach on promotion of public health of firefighting staff.

Abstract: 

The hidden curriculum has considerable role in the quality of students’ academic behaviors strengthening. And it has more importance, the analysis of its causing factors as an opportunity and an effective factor in promotional of students’ academic behaviors. The author tries to consider the role of the hidden lesson plan components (architecture and quality of the university building, social and official structure of the university, interaction between academic members and students and the relation between students and staff) in strengthening of students’ academic identity as a sample in Bonab Islamic Azad University. This research is an applied one and it was used the questionnaire for data gathering which consisted of 44 question in the field of hidden lesson plan, and according to Likert spectrum ( very low, low, moderate, high, very high) every question had been scored. The statistical community of this research consists of 8000 students of Bonab Islamic Azad University and the capacity of the sample computed 260 according to Cochran formula and they were selected categorical and by chance. For analyzing of the data gathering, it is used descriptive statistical indexes as: frequency, mean and for expressing of differences it is used Z-parametric and deductive chi square non parametric statistical test. It is used lesson planning professors’ views in order to estimate of the questionnaire currency. Also for determining questionnaire constancy, it is asked from 20 students to give their view about the question 2 times in common. The constancy coefficient computed by students for completed questionnaire was equal with (+0.94) and it is the sign of its trust, it means the correlation between questionnaire information is resulted from their actual views and there are not any other factors in it. The descriptive statistical index as frequency and mean was used for analysis of the gathered data and Z parametric and chi square non parametric deductive statistical tests were used to explain the differences. The components of the hidden lesson plan are effective on strengthen of the students’ academic identity because of higher means.

Abstract: 

Educational assessment is one of teacher profession skills and effective factor in effective teaching. The purpose of study was survey of familiarity and applying of educational assessment methods (pre-assessment, formative and summative) by Islamic Azad University, Ardabil Branch teachers and faculties. Research was applied research and the method was descriptive. Research population were 650 faculties and teachers and research sample were 311 people that selected by stratified random sampling method. Researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect data. Content validity were surveyed and accepted by experts and the questionnaire reliability was accounted by alpha cronbach and it was .85. Data were analyzed by Spss software. The results showed that there are significant relationship between familiarity and applying of educational assessment methods by faculties and teachers.

Abstract: 

The main objective of the present study; Standardization, validity and reliability of the scale, the positive and negative affectivity as a psychological construct based on the theory that fits the cultural and social values and norms of society. The present Study is descriptive (exploratory) Research. The population of all undergraduate and postgraduate students of Islamic Azad University, Mazandaran West. in a study of 420 randomly Mazandaran University of West participated in the study. To examine the correlation analysis Cronbach's alpha coefficient and validity of the formula And validity through principal component (PC) To study the basic structure of the questionnaire, The final stage of the extracted factors using varimax rotation, All these methods for structure determination was performed using the compute;r Finally, Z and T tests were used for standard applications. The results of this study indicate that Sensation Seeking Scale positive and negative Panas Among students of Islamic Azad University West province has adequate validity and reliability Sensation Seeking Scale positive and negative that can be said at present considering the long run"Up to 10 to 15 minutes." Methods "in both solo and group of" ease of scoring the test is considered the most important aspects of practicality; It is  quite a good tool for measuring sensation seeking scale. In addition to an overview of the instrument can measure sensation seeking as a valid and reliable instrument for psychological research is, sociological, and of counseling centers and of personality used. The results of the factor analysis indicated that the scale has six operating.

Abstract: 

The present research was performed to recognize relationships between staff perception of learning organization and organizational intelligence among teachers and education workers in Rafsanjan city (in the boy's elementary school, middle school and high).The research methodology was descriptive-correlation and the statistical universe included all the education staff and school teachers in Rafsanjan during the academic year of 2010-2011 comprising of 2494 people. 333 of the population were selected through cluster randomized sampling in proportion to the volume. The measurement instrument of this research was the Senge questionnaire of learning organizational with 25 items and the organizational intelligence questionnaire of Albrecht 35 items. The Cronbach alpha coefficient for the learning organization questionnaire was 0.946 and for the organizational intelligence questionnaire it was calculated to be 0.967. In data analysis, at the descriptive statistics level, mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution tables, were used and Pearson correlation test, stepwise regression, single-group t-test and correlation matrix were used for inferential analysis. The Result showed that there was a significant relationship between learning organization and organizational intelligence And there is significant relationship between learning organization components and organizational intelligence components and learning organization components are able to predict organizational intelligence. The highest level of learning organization components in Rafsanjan education are in the following range: Personal Mastery, Systemic Thinking, Team Learning, Mental Models and Shared Vision. The highest level of organizational intelligence components in Rafsanjan education are in the following range: Shared fate, The Strategic Vision, Heart, Knowledge Deployment, Alignment and Congruence, Appetite for Change and Performance Pressure.
