Abstract: 

The reality is that all nations try to expand development through pre-plan programs. That is why offering a key and basic plan as a road map by nations cannot be easily ignored. What is considered as a share part in the nations programs is to focus on economic programs, in other words, concerning to economic issues in development Plans is one of the requirements and policies of development plans of a country. This paper has examined the economic sector of the third and fifth development Plans with discourse analysis. In this study discourse analysis of Laclau and Muffe were used. Third development plan relates to the reformist discourse. It emphasized on the signs of "economic relations with foreign countries", "decentralization of government" and "the participation of non-governmental sector (private and cooperative)", while in contrast, the fifth development plan relates to fundamentalist discourse. It is based on sign of "resilience economy", "targeted subsidies", "tax and public incomes", "modify consumption patterns" and "Islamic economy".

Abstract: 

Culture formation depends on the reasons for the creation of organization and its place in society and its success factors such as efficiency, quality of providing services, innovation, hard work and loyalty to the organization. When an organizations born, it takes a lot of effort from the staff to the success of the organization. Given the role of organizational culture in enhancing the quality of health care, considering its effective variables is of extraordinary importance. In the meantime, social capabilities is one of the variables that influence on organizational culture and facilitates the certain acts of individuals within the structure; accordingly, the purpose of this article is to study the role of social capabilities in organizational culture from the auto spare parts specialists perspectives. This research is practical according to its purpose, but according to the research methodology is descriptive – correlative type. The statistical sample of the research includes 425 auto spare parts specialists' working in different sectors in industries of tabriz city. In this article, a research form used to gather the theoretical basics and research literature; In addition, to gather data two questionnaires were used which distributed among statistical sample of the investigation, after examining the reliability and stability. In order to analyze the data, the Pearson's correlation coefficient tests and structural equations also used. The finding suggests that, social capabilities with a standardized coefficient of 0. 79 and 12. 58 t-value affect organizational culture. Social capabilities affect the sustainability culture by a factor of 0. 603, on the responsibility culture by a factor of 0. 529. On collaborative culture by a factor of 0. 802 and on the adaptation culture by a factor of 0. 581. Accordingly, it has proposed that managers can strengthen the social capabilities by giving more authority to auto spare parts specialists, establishing different work teams, and creating more sense of confidence to the staff and colleagues. As a result, the organizational culture consolidated and the benefits of a strong culture be used. Results obtained for this research have some limitations, including use of questionnaires and due to those in the diagnosis of the actual/available situation, it recommended that in future researches, other tools should used to collect data in addition to using questionnaires. Another limitation of this study is in its statistical sample; Statistical sample of the present study consists of only425auto spare parts specialists, which seems low with regard to the number of employees in this job. Therefore, more cautious should take in generalizing the results of the study to the general society.

Abstract: 

The expression of social capital is a concept that recently very qualified attention in the branches of human science. Actually this concept is an important bridge connection between economic, social and politic sciences. Social capital is the result of cultural and social position. In fact social capital is one of the indicators of cultural and social position in society. Social capital has an important effect in reducing the cost of activates and individual success in their aims. This research using social capital theories from different theorists in social capital especially James Coleman tries to survey empirically the relation between social capital and educational success of student. The sample of the study is 380 students of Kurdistan University in Sanandaj that they were studying in academic year of 2009-2010. The method of this research is survey and students answer the questionnaire designed using the related theories. The results of research show that, there is a significant relationship between social capital and students’ educational success. Also, from different variables of social capital, relations inside the family have the most affection in students’ educational success.

Abstract: 

According to the UNESCO in 2007, Iran is among the five top countries in terms of cultural heritage and among the top ten countries in the world in terms of the potential of international tourist attraction. The main issue is that, regarding the high potential of Iran in terms of attracting tourists, why it has not been successful in this issue? Investigating the literature related to this issue indicates that, the tourism industry in Iran has opportunities and limitations. Therefore, in the present study, using a meta-analysis technique, these opportunities and limitations in Iran are investigated. The results of the research indicate that, the history and civilization of Iran, appropriate and unique ecotourism, the existence of diverse sects and religions, and low costs of tourism in Iran are among the most important opportunities and potential of tourism in Iran. In addition, the existence of political and planning limitations, over-reliance on oil incomes, infrastructural limitations and concentration of industries and services in only a few big cities, cultural and religious limitations, limitations related to advertisements and media, and limitations regarding training are among the most important challenges and limitations of the tourism industry in Iran.

Abstract: 

Healthy human resources pay an essential role in achieving comprehensive development, which is the target of societies. Students and youths are considered as the basis for development of any society. Healthy people can help and play essential role in development and growth of the society. Studying the factors affecting healthy life style of students is essential as they will develop future of the society. In this research, healthy life style of students in University of Tabriz is studied. Regarding the population of the statistical society of the research (Students of university of Tabriz), the statistical sample is obtained to be 377. A questionnaire is used for gathering data related to healthy life style and social factors. Three dimensions of social factors namely: social network, social trustiness and social participations are studied in this work. Findings of the study using different statistical experiments confirm correlation among the considered factors. Using exploratory factor analysis, five dimensions are determined for healthy lifestyle as sport, medical checking, healthy and unhealthy nutrition and addiction to smoking. It is found that there is a relation between the healthy lifestyle and dimensions of social factors.

Abstract: 

This study is the semiotic analysis of cultural-social values of foreign cartoons aired on TV 5, in 1384-1393. In this study, the sampling "Delphi" is used to select the sample. So that from among 117 films aired on TV 5 (biomarkers as population) with a survey from 5 experts of cinema and television about valuable animations (in period of 1384 to 1393), 10 videos (each year a film) were selected for study. Cartoons were selected from three continents: America, Europe and Asia as statistical samples. From a total of 212 frequencies detected in samples by American cartoons, “ the benefactor” with 42 frequency (20 %) and 946 seconds (23%), “ universalism” with 39 frequency (18%) and 742 (18%), and “ security” with 32 frequency (15%) and 588 seconds (14%) are three outstanding values that have been played by channel 5 from1384 to 1393. While a total of 53 frequency of cartoons in European statistical sample, the "benevolence" with 15 frequency (28%) and 234 seconds (27%), "tradition" with 15 frequency (28%) and 169 seconds (19%) and “ universalism” with frequency (13%) and 153 seconds (18%) have the outstanding cultural-social values. The results show that, among social and cultural values of foreign cartoons, the value of "benefactor" with 63 frequency (21%), "universalism" with 52 frequency (18%), "security" with 41 frequency (14%), "tradition" with 30 frequency (11%), "power", with 24 frequency "other values" and "independence" with 23 frequency and each equal to (8% ), "progress" with 23 frequency (5%), “ motivation” with 10 frequency(3%), “ pleasure seeking” with 7 frequency (2%) and “ conformity” with 5 frequency (2%) are in the subsequent social-cultural values, that were featured in foreign cartoons.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to consider social pathology of marriage age increasing in the view of Uremia IAU (Islamic Azad University) female students. Statistical community includes Uremia IAU female students totally 4631. Based on Cochran formula, 364 subjects were selected as samples. Clustering method was used in order to sampling. Data gathering tools was a researcher made questionnaire which its validity obtained formally and its reliability through pre-test and α-Cronbach 87%. Research results showed that, Uremia IAU (Islamic Azad University) female students have prioritized factors effective on increasing marriage age as social, secondly economic, and finally cultural factors. The variables of parents’ educational level and students’ occupational position don’ t have any meaningful relationship with these triple factors.

Abstract: 

Job satisfaction of employees has been considered by managers and organizational thinkers during recent decades increasingly. More studies were conducted related to understanding effective factors on job satisfaction. Therefore, this study intended to identify the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction of Gas company’ s employees. The research was conducted using survey methodology. To do this, a questionnaire was designed to measure these variables and then it was distributed among 235 employees of Gas company’ s employees after confirmation of its reliability and validity. Data gathered using the questionnaire was analyzed through SPSS software and Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Multi-Vitiate Regression. Results suggested that there was a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and its dimensions with job satisfaction of employees of Gas Company.
