Abstract: 

Background: Technology management is an interdisciplinary topic that comprises science, engineering, and management. From the perspective of technology management, technology is the most important factor in wealth creation. Wealth is something more than money that it can be consisted of some factors such as knowledge development, intellectual capital, the efficient use of resources, conservation of natural resources, and other factors involved in improving standards and quality of life.Objective: This article was a descriptive study in which the role of technology management and R & D management (TIM) was tested in order to predict organizational performance with regard to quality and innovation. Performance indicators namely quality and innovation are the first and the most important sources for organizations to gain competitive advantage.Method: There were six hypotheses in this study and the data were collected from 136 managers working in manufacturing companies located in Guilan province with more than 500 staff. Structural equation modeling method was used for data analysis.Result (s): The findings result that (TIM) has a good power to predict the quality performance of an organization however the predicting power of (TIM) is higher for innovation performance.Conclusion: The most important result obtained from this study is that implementation of technology management and R & D management in an organization causes improvement of quality performance and more important than it, enhancing innovation performances in the organizations.

Abstract: 

Background: commercialization of research as a new approach to academic research in recent decades there has been an expansion of research in the natural sciences.Objective: The aim of this study was to identify researchers view of challenges facing commercialization of research in humanities researchers dealing with sociological interpretation approach.Method: In this study the Research approach was the qualitative methodology and the type of ethnographical approach was used for research operations. Data is collected using participatory observation and opening and deep interviewing techniques And then using triangulation techniques have been combined. Sampling method used in this study was the Purposive quality sampling. with using theoretical saturation index number of 14 Researchers in the Humanities statistical sample in the research were statistically and their attitude and perspective about challenge commercialization and its dimension and various aspects were studied.Result (s): For data analysis and concluding of the research findings "Grounded theory" was used. in other words instead of the theory test and approve or reject the theory offered a limited basis are dealing. The Main findings of this study include categories such as Scientific identity, Policy, Unable/Desire Researcher, Bad negligence, Research structure.Conclusion: categories that can be under the category "Scientific identity" consider. In the other words Scientific identity in this Grounded theory is "Core Category". Using this categories, paradigmatic model are presented.

Abstract: 

Background: One of the unique features of human is thinking power, Since creativity as the ability of the human mind plays a major role in human problem solving and innovation, Examine various aspects of it is Research Priority In the contemporary world.Objective: The purpose of the study was to investigate the contribution of creativity and its components in predicting students' critical thinking and happiness in the grade three student of Ghods town studing educational year of 1391-92.Method: To select sample, two-stage cluster method was used so that 110 students were selected. the Questionnaires to collect data wer Abedi creativity, California Critical Thinking Skills Test (CCTST) and Oxford Happiness. For data analysis, Pearson correlation and multiple regression were used.Result (s): The findings Indicated a significant positive correlation between creativity and critical thinking And happiness respectively. multiple regression showed Fluency, elaboration, and originality are significant predictors for critical thinking, But flexibility is not significant prediction for critical thinking and all the component of creativity are significant predictors for happiness.Conclusion: Creativity and its components are Predictors of critical thinking and happiness, Due to the nature of creativity that can be taught, Special attention should be paid to it in the scientific and educational policies.

Abstract: 

Background: creativity is one of the basic and vital characters of humankind that have an effective role in development and evolutionary of individual and civilization. Researchers believed that creative thinking trend origins in childhood. The affect of more variables on creativity were studied, but the impact of creativity training to mothers on creativity of  their preschool children ignored.Objective: This research investigated the effect of creativity training to mothers on creativity of preschool children.Method: The research method was qusi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and control group. The sample includes 60 preschool children who were selected with purposive sampling method, and each group was consisted of 30 children (15 females and 15 males). The children in both groups (experimental and control), were taken the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking A and B images form. After administering pre-test, the program of mothers training was conducted in 24 hours (once a week - each session 4 hours). Then the children involve the practices and plays in open space, and finally after two months the post test was performed. Data analysis was performed by MANOVA test.Result (s): Results showed that there is significant differences between experimental and control groups in the components of originality, fluid, extending authenticity and creativity. But there wasn't a significant difference in the component of flexibility. Also, there wasn't any significant differences between boys and girls in components of creativity.Conclusion: According to the results we could say that the creativity training to mothers can be effective on the preschooler's creativity.

Abstract: 

Background: With regard to the Heuristic approach to active learning is considered as one of the This approach could be useful as a teaching method in science education should be addressed.Objective: The aim of this study The effect of science exploratory education based Heuristic approach on creativity and Achievement motivation of students' middle third grad in City Sanandaj.Method: research methods in this study is kind of quasi experimental of pre-test, post-test Controls. To this end, 60 of the third year female students in Sanandaj in Year 2011-2012 to randomly selected multi-step progression of creativity and motivation were tested.Result (s): the main of finding was that, science exploratory education based on heuristic approach had a significant effect on the four components of creativity.Conclusion: Multivariate analysis of covariance showed that the heuristic approach, creativity and motivation has a positive effect on student’s achievement.

Abstract: 

Background: Creativity is a mental process. Creativity is a mental and physical ability or capacity to make or reconstruction of reality in a certain way.Purpose: The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of both new and old methods of academic evaluation in attitude of primary school regarding creativity and academic achevement.Method (s): The research method is causal-comparative or ex-post facto. the population comprised all girl’s and boy’s pupils of Primary school in Eslam shahr town. In this study, purposive sampling was used, through which two old school methods were used to evaluate the school and two new evaluation methods used were chosen as examples.Result (s): the main result revealed that except for the interaction of the variables of gender, grade and group (new assessment methods against an old method), the significant difference was the attitude of puplis to creativity.Conclusion: New evaluation methods (descriptive), failed to achieve the intended use of which results have been achieved based on the study results.

Abstract: 

Background: One of the most common goals of the education systems throughout the world refers to the development of a creative personality that could easily adapt to the fast changes that the modern society undergoes to.Objective: This research was carried out to investigate the impact of applying creative instructional methods on the improvement of puplis’ creativity at elementary schools.Method: This research was run in the context of a quasi-experimental design containing a pre-test and a post-test with a control group. The sample population was composed of 240 fourth grade puplis of elementary schools who were equally distributed into an experimental group, whose teachers were educated to apply creative instructional methods having 120 participants and a control group of 120 subjects. To collect the data and measure the level of puplis’ creativity, the Torrance Figural Test A was administered to both groups before the treatment and the Torrance Figural Test B of creative thinking was administered to both groups after the treatment process. The data was analyzed and evaluated running an Independent sample t-test.Result(s): Results showed a meaningful difference between the experimental and the control groups in four components of creativity including Fluency, Flexibility, Originality and Elaboration. It means, by 99% confidence, the creativity improvement of the students in the experimental group was greater than the control group.Conclusion: Applying Creative Instructional Methods improved creativity of the puplis.
