Abstract: 

مقدمه و هدف: امروزه واژه تولید علم در ادبیات کشور جایگاه ویژه ای پیدا کرده است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر شناسایی آسیب ها و تهدیدهای موثر برمدیریت علم دانشگاه بود. روش شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی-پیمایشی و از نظر ماهیت داده ها "آمیخته" از نوع اکتشافی انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی از تعداد 17 نفر از اعضاء هیات علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی از طریق نمونه گیری هدفمند و با استفاده از روش گلوله برفی تا مرز اشباع نظری مطالعه به عمل آمده و داده ها با استفاده از مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختار یافته جمع آوری شد. برای روایی بخش کیفی از مثلث سازی منابع داده ها برای غلبه بر سوگیریهای ذاتی ناشی از به کار گرفتن یک منبع در مطالعات استفاده شد. برای تعیین پایایی، روش پایایی توافق میان دو کدگذار به کارگرفته شد و تحلیل داده ها با روش تحلیل محتوای استقرایی با استفاده از کدگذاری در سه سطح باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام شد. در بخش کمی ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه بودکه از تعداد 514 نفر از اساتید و اعضاء هیات علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی با روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای مطالعه به عمل آمد. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق روایی محتوا (نظر اعضای مصاحبه شونده و صاحب نظران) و روایی سازه (با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی) انجام شد. بعد کمی با استفاده از نرم افزار Smart PLS و در قالب روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری (تحلیل عاملی) انجام شده است. یافته ها: نتایج مطالعه کیفی نشان داد شاخص های؛ سیاست های ساختاری و مدیریتی، محیط آموزشی، محیط ارتباطی، محیط حقوقی و محیط فکری و انگیزشی جز ابعاد و نشانگرهای مربوط به بعد شناخت آسیب ها و شاخص های؛ شرایط زمینه ای (محیط نزدیک) و شرایط مداخله گرها (محیط دور) جز ابعاد و نشانگرهای مربوط به بعد شناخت تهدیدها می باشند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: آسیب ها و تهدیدهای داخلی تولید علم قابلیت تحلیل و پیش بینی بیشتری نسبت به تهدیدات خارجی دارند و برای مدیریت علم ابتدا می بایست این آسیب ها مورد توجه قرار گیرند.

Abstract: 

مقدمه و هدف: ایجاد فرصت های شغلی، توسعه فعالیت های اقتصادی، کاهش معضل بیکاری و افزایش مهارت های اجتماعی ازجمله عواملی هستند که اهمیت مهارت آموزی و رعایت استانداردهای لازم جهت بهبود کیفیت آموزش های مهارتی را آشکار می سازد، بدین منظور پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارایه مدلی برای آموزش استاندارد در هنرستان های شهر تهران از بعد مهارت آموزی انجام گردید. روش شناسی پژوهش: این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی است و به روش آمیخته اکتشافی انجام گردید. در مرحله کیفی 11 نفر از خبرگان در زمینه آموزش استاندارد در هنرستان ها به عنوان نمونه، به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جمع آوری داده های کیفی به روش مطالعات کتابخانه ای و مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته انجام گرفت. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری را کلیه ی مدیران هنرستان های شهر تهران (329 نفر) تشکیل دادند که برای تعیین حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، تعداد 177 نفر به عنوان نمونه، به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. جمع آوری داده های کمی، بر اساس پرسشنامه محقق ساخته صورت گرفت که پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 93% و روایی آن با استفاده از نظر متخصصان و خبرگان تایید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها به کمک نرم افزارهای SPSS 16 و Smart PLS صورت پذیرفت. یافته ها: تحلیل داده های کیفی منجر به شناسایی 24 شاخص و 5 مولفه گردید، سپس بر مبنای یافته های مرحله کیفی، پرسشنامه کمی طراحی و به جمع آوری داده های کمی پرداخته شد. تجزیه وتحلیل داده های کمی در قالب تحلیل توصیفی داده ها و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی صورت گرفت. از بین 24 گویه، در 23 گویه بار عاملی کم تر از 0٫, 3 وجود نداشت و از روند تحلیل عاملی حذف نگردیدند و به دلیل بار عاملی بزرگ تر از 6, 0 نشان داد که «خیلی مطلوب» هستند و 1 گویه، بار عاملی 0٫, 083 داشته که به دلیل این که از 0٫, 3 کم تر است، از روند تحلیل حذف گردید. بحث و نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش پنج مولفه: مالی و فیزیکی، منابع انسانی، آموزش و یادگیری، علمی و نوآوری، پرورش جسمی و روحی با شاخص های آن ها، تحت عنوان ابعاد و مولفه های مدل آموزش استاندارد در هنرستان های شهر تهران از بعد مهارت آموزی مشخص گردید.

Abstract: 

مقدمه و هدف: هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی انتظارات غیرحرفه ای مدیران مدارس ابتدایی و تاثیر آنها بر نومعلمان فارغ التحصیل از دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود. روش شناسی پژوهش: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و به روش پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. نمونه پژوهشی که به روش گلوله برفی انتخاب و تا مرز اشباع اطلاعاتی، در این پژوهش مشارکت داشتند، تعداد 25 نفر از نومعلمان ورودی سال 1391 دانشگاه فرهنگیان بودند. این نومعلمان که در نواحی چهارگانه تبادکان، طرقبه و شاندیز، رضویه و احمدآباد و نیز زیرنظر اداره کل آموزش و پرورش شهرستان مشهد مشغول به خدمت بودند، درمعرض مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند. داده های حاصل از بازخوانی مصاحبه ها با استفاده از روش استراووس و کوربین، تجزیه و تحلیل و کدگذاری شدند. همچنین جهت تامین اعتبار پژوهش از معیارهای چهارگانه لینکلن و گابا استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته های حاصله به شناسایی هشت مقوله کلی به عنوان انتظارات غیرحرفه ای پرتکرار مدیران از نومعلمان درمدارس ابتدایی منتهی شد که احساسات نامطلوب متعددی را در نومعلمان ایجاد و عملکرد حرفه ای آنها را تحت تاثیر قرار می داد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از بررسی یافته ها بیانگر تاثیر سه عامل یعنی "ضعف دانش و مهارت های مدیران مدارس ابتدایی"، "فشارهای ناشی از کمبود بودجه مدارس" و "ضعف استقلال آموزشی مدیران" بود که در تعامل با نومعلمان مدارس ابتدایی منجر به بیان مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم انتظاراتی غیرحرفه ای توسط آنها شده بود.

Abstract: 

Today, universities, in addition to research and education, play a part in the new mission of participating in the economic development of society. In fact, the commercialization of academic research has led to new advances in scientific progress, while interdisciplinary studies should be taken into consideration by researchers and research institutions. Because the excess in the specialization of the researcher and the loss of relevance and solidarity between the subject of studying a discipline with the subjects of other disciplines and the peripheral world removes university disciplines from their core function. In this regard, graduates and practitioners of behavioral sciences can provide a point of attachment to the field of reflection, convergence, collaboration, and synergy with graduates of other academic disciplines. In fact, they can play a new role in contributing to the development of knowledge commercialization processes and the development of a knowledge-based economy. The main purpose of this research is to explore and provide a model for creating knowledge commercialization opportunities with an interdisciplinary capacity building approach with active activism and the use of specialized knowledge of graduates of the field of behavioral sciences. The study approach is qualitative. The findings of the study showed that six types of organizing themes were identified and 25 themes were identified and the content network was extracted. Based on research results, knowledge commercialization with an interdisciplinary capacity building approach with the role of behavioral science experts has dimensions such as creation, creation, creation, co-creation and opportunity creation, as organizing themes, each of which It also has dimensions as basic themes.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the indicators of the optimal status of the private job training system in the educational model of the supervisory organization. research methodology: The research method used is descriptive and mixed in terms (a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods). The data collection tool is semi-structured in the qualitative part of the interview and 0. 956 in the quantitative part of the researcher-made questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population in the qualitative part of professors and experts and in the quantitative part includes all people in the eleven specialized jobs of the supervisory organization with more than ten thousand people and qualitative sampling in a non-probabilistic and purposeful manner, is 33 people with whom Semi-structured interviews were conducted and in quantitative sampling using Morgan table, 369 people completed a questionnaire by cluster sampling in 16 provinces. For data analysis in the qualitative part of open, axial and selective coding and MAXQDA2018 software and for data analysis in the quantitative part, from SPSS22 and Smart PLS3 software and confirmatory factor analysis method, path analysis and structural equation modeling Used. Findings: Six predictive categories in the desired situation include: organizational culture, development of learners' competence, human resource development policy, motivation of learners, intelligent design of the educational process and development of a comprehensive education system based on standards and models of educational excellence that have a significant correlation with each other Conclusion: Based on the research findings, six categories have significant correlations and are in good condition.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The present study aimed at recognition and classifying the basic dimensions of Organizational indifference among teachers of elementary schools in Fardis. research methodology: The research approach was mixed method with exploratory desigen. In qualitative part of the research, the Grounded Theory method and in quantitative part a descriptive survey type was used. Sampling method in qualitative part was purposive and in quantitative part was Random stratified. The statistical sample in qualitative part was 14 people, according to theoretical saturation law, and in quantitative part was 302 people according to the Cochran formula. The data collection tool in qualitative part was semi-structured interview and in quantitative part was researcher-made questionnaire with 32 questions. In qualitative part for achieving the validity from checking by contributors and to determine the reliability, approval strategy of research colleagues was used. In quantitative part expert's opinions were used to assess the validity and the result of Cronbach's alpha test was 0. 84, which indicates a high reliability. The data analysis method In qualitative part was an inductive content analysis with using coding at three levels of open, axial, and selective. That 32 dependent variables and 9 dimension variables were listed (indifference due to accident, financial factors, emotional and mental affairs, management factors, Non-participation of colleagues, non-expert Comment, workplace, organization, and presence of the clients). In quantitative part, exploratory factor analysis was performed by spss software and verifiable factor analysis and Friedman test, structural equations and path analysis by AMOS software. Findings: The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that Due to the high factor load of each item, the effective of all dimensions on the organizational indifference of teachers was confirmed. Based on the results of confirmatory factor analysis, the research model is a valid model and provides a suitable framework for investigating the dimensions of organizational indifference of teachers. The results also showed that,Indifference due to the comments of nonexperts is the most important dimension of indifference among teachers and other dimensions are in the next positions.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The present study aims to provide a model for promoting the abilities of personal knowledge management (PKM) in teachers,it could be considered as an applied and data-based research. research methodology. To realize the purpose of this research, qualitative research approach and especially grounded theory approach has been used. The statistical population includes the managers of Education and Training Organization in the East and west Azerbyjan and also notable experts from universities in the fields related to knowledge management. To design the research model, ten people were selected by using saturation principle and combining judgmental and snow-ball methods. Data collection tool was semi-structured interviews and surveys, which were analyzed and codified by Maxqda software, version 10. The analysis of the data was conducted through open, axial, and selective coding based on grounded theory. Accordingly, 284 primary open codes, 152 selective codes, and 31 final extracted codes in the form of 11 concepts and 6 main categories were classified. After these stages, a model was proposed for promoting the abilities of personal knowledge management of teachers. . Findings: The findings of the research show that the main components of personal knowledge management(PKM) include,"creating communication and retrieval skills in oneself" and "the ability to analyze and present the information". Its determining casual conditions are the organizational and individual factors. The contextual conditions are leadership skills and organizational structure. The intervening conditions are economic environmental features and cultural features. The determining strategies include rewarding and passive strategies. The consequences of teachers' personal knowledge management are positive organizational atmosphere and positive organizational results. . Conclusion: The findings of the present study emphasize the importance of the main components and identified dimensions of teachers' personal knowledge management for the application of learning skills in acquiring knowledge,therefore, these factors should be included in teachers' educational program in order to promote their abilities in the field of personal knowledge Management.

Abstract: 

Promoting productivity in education not only contributes to socio-economic development but also through the training of efficient and creative human resources can lead to the development of the country. The main purpose of this study was to identify and rank the productivity indicators of The managers of Khorasan Razavi offices. research methodology: The present research interms of purpose is in research area and classification development and interms of how data collection is in exploratory mixed research group and was done in two qualitative and quantitative phases. The statistical population of the study in qualitative stage were professors and experts familiar with the topic of productivity 13 educational mangement professors were selected by theoretical sampling method. In the quantitative phases of research the statistical population were academic professors of educational mangement that 13 people were selected by census sampling method. In order to collect data the researcher was used from interview and researcher made questionnaire. Findings: The research questionnaire consisted of 20 items and 4 components. To answer the first question was used from interview and thematic analysis method and also has been identified 4 major indicators (individual ‘,managerial ‘,organisational‘,environmental )and 20 categories. From shannon entropy analysis was used to rank indicators. And the results showed that the managerial category with 0. 252 Significance factor had the most importance and environmental category with 0. 248 significance factor had the least importance among indicators. Conclusion: According to the findings of the study these four presented indicators are able to evaluate the productivity of the managers of education offices and they can consider these indicators.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The aim of this study was to Designing and explaining the components of organizational value in education in Alborz province. research methodology: This research, based on the purpose, following the applied research and based on the nature of the research, is an explanation that has been done by the combined method and Triangulation' design. The population of the qualitative part of the research was all the Staff managers of Education Department of Alborz Province, that using Combined sampling method (purposive and snowball) 12 people were selected as participants. The statistical population of the quantitative part of the study included all Managers and teachers working in education in Alborz province. Using stratified Cluster sampling method, 362 people selected as the statistical sample. To collect the data, a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire used. The validity of the measurement tool confirmed in the qualitative part using the coders' agreement method and in the quantitative part through convergent and divergent validity. In addition, the reliability of the researcher-made questionnaire evaluated based on three criteria: factor load coefficients, Cronbach's alpha (0. 82) and combined reliability using PLS software. Findings: To test the research questions, were used the structural equation modeling method and PLS software. The results of the qualitative part of the research showed 180 basic themes, 3 organizing themes and 6 comprehensive themes. In addition, the results of the quantitative part of the research showed that Social and Economic components have a more effective role in explaining the structural pattern of organizational values of education managers and teachers. Conclusion: this indicates that Content Factors are preferable of the process components and Affecting the organizational values of education managers and teachers in Alborz province.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The overall purpose of this study was to provide a structural model of the mediating role of citizenship behavior in relation to spiritual intelligence with organizational performance of Kermanshah university staff. research methodology: The research method of the present study was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population included all employees of universities and educational institutions in Kermanshah province, including free universities, medical sciences, Payam-e-Noor, non-profit institutions and applied sciences (13718 people). The sample of the research based on Morgan table was 374 people using the sample method.-Random capture, were selected. The instruments of this study were the standard questionnaires of organizational performance of Hersey and Gold Smith (2009) and the Kink Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (2009) and Organ Citizenship Behavior (1988). The reliability of the instrument was obtained by Cronbach's alpha of 0. 90, 0. 82 and 0. 77, respectively. After distributing the questionnaires among the samples and collecting,Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Findings: The result of the main hypothesis of the study showed that spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant relationship with organizational performance (β,= 0. 89,T-value = 16. 35) and this relationship also exists through citizenship behavior (β, = 1. 062,T-value= 15. 56؛ 19. 22). In addition, the results showed that the effect of citizenship behavior on organizational performance was positive and significant (β,= 1. 18,T-value = 19. 22),The effect of spiritual intelligence on organizational behavior was positive and significant (β,= 1. 18,T-value = 19. 22). Conclusion: Focusing on spiritual intelligence and citizenship behavior in order to achieve organizational performance can lead to organizational success.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The aim of this study was a model for the pathology of educational planning with a regional development approach (case study of four areas of education in shiraz). research methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method, it has been done with a qualitativequantitative (mixed) approach. Participants in the qualitative section included 15 experts in the field of regional development planning and educational planning, and in the quantitative section included all managers and staff of the four education districts of shiraz, amounting to 1600 people. The sampling method in the qualitative part was the purposeful method and in the quantitative part was the simple random method. The sample size in the qualitative part according to the principle of data saturation was 15 people and in the quantitative part based on Krejcie and Morgan table was 310 people. Data collection tools were semi-structured interview in the qualitative part and researcher-made questionnaire based on the Likert five-point scale in the quantitative part. The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through experimental implementation and the content validity was confirmed through expert judgment. The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0. 84. Findings: . To analyze the data in the qualitative part, open coding, axial coding and selective coding were used, and in the quantitative part, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and one-sample t were used. The results led to the identification of 6 dimensions, 13 components and 57 indicators. A six-dimensional model for pathology of factors affecting educational planning and regional development planning was presented and its degree of appropriateness was confirmed by experts with 95% confidence.

Abstract: 

Introduction: In the current world system, productivity and its promotion is one of the main goals of active and living organizations. This study aimed to investigate the productivity indicators and determine the factors affecting the productivity of sports facilities in higher education centers and universities in Fars province. research methodology: The type of research is descriptive-analytical and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study included managers, coaches, operators, administrators, sports officials of universities and higher education centers in Fars province and users of these centers, equal to 1035 people. The statistical sample size is selected based on Krejcie and Morgan (1997) table equal to 280 people. In order to collect information in the qualitative part of the Delphi method and in the quantitative part of the researcher-made questionnaire with a reliability of 0. 91. Used. In data analysis, descriptive part of frequency percentage, mean and standard deviation and in inferential statistics section of exploratory factor analysis, factor analysis by principal component method and to determine their simple structure by Varimax rotation and confirmatory factor analysis method using structural equation model. Was used. Findings: The results of prioritizing the components of eight factors affecting the productivity of sports venues showed, ease of user access,The level of users' satisfaction with the sports space,Observance of ethical points and appropriate treatment of managers and supervisors of sports venues,Determining and adjusting regular working hours,Timely and regular repairs,Leadership and management style of sports managers,The existence of a continuous evaluation system and having economic benefits from the activities of sports venues were recognized as the most effective components in assessing the productivity of sports venues. Conclusion: Sports managers can use the factors and components identified in this study to review and increase the productivity of sports venues.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Creating job opportunities, developing economic activities, reducing the problem of unemployment and increasing social skills are among the factors that reveal the importance of skill training and observing the required standards necessary to improve its quality. The purpose of this research is to present a model for standard education in Tehran's vocational schools in terms skills training. research methodology: The present study is applied research and data collection was using exploratory mixed method. In the qualitative phase, 11 experts in the field of standard education in standard education in vocational schools were selected by purposeful sampling. Qualitative data were collected through library studies and semistructured interviews. In the quantitative phase, the statistical population consisted of all the vocational schools managers in Tehran (329) who 177 managers were selected as sample size using Cochran formula and simple random sampling. Quantitative data were collected based on the researcher-made questionnaire whose reliability was confirmed with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 93%. Also the validity was confirmed by the experts. Data analysis was done using SPSS 16 and Smart PLS software. Findings: The analysis of qualitative data led to the identification of 24 indices and 5 components. Then, based on the findings of the qualitative stage, a quantitative questionnaire was designed and quantitative data were collected. Quantitative data analysis was performed in the form of descriptive data analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Out of 24 items, in 23 items there was no factor load less than 0. 3 and they were not removed from the factor analysis process and due to the factor load greater than 6. 0 showed that they are "very desirable" and 1 item, load It had a factor of 0. 083, which was removed from the analysis process because it is less than 0. 3. Conclusion: Based on the results of the research, five components including: financial and physical, human resources, education and learning, scientific and innovative, physical and mental development, along with their indicators, were identified as dimensions and components of the model of standard education in Tehran's vocational schools in terms of skills training.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to examine the unprofessional expectations of elementary school principals and their impacts on new teachers who were graduated from Farhangian University. research methodology: This study was conducted via qualitative approach using phenomenological method. The sample were selected through snowball sampling to theoretical saturation boundary, 25 new teachers who were freshman at Farhangian University, in academic year 2012-2013. The new teachers were worked at 4 region including: Tabadkan, Torghabeh and Shandiz, Razaviye and also Ahmadabad, under the supervision of centeral education office in Mashhad, and were subjected to semi-structured interviews. The data from interviews were analyzed and coded using the Strauss & Corbin method. Lincoln and Guba criteria were also used to determine the reliability of the research. Findings: Findings revealed that there were 8 general categories of principals’,unprofessional expectations with high frequency in primary schools. These expectations were led to formation of an unpleasant feelings in new teachers and had an impact on their professional performance. Conclusion: results indicated that the weakness in principals’,knowledge and skills, the pressure caused by low school budget and most importantly the weakness of principals’,educational independence will have an impact on principals’,unprofessional expectations in interaction with new teachers.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The aim of this study was to identify the Vulnerability and threats affecting science management policy in the university. research methodology: The research approach is applied in terms of purpose. Research information was collected by descriptive-survey method. The research is a "mixed method" and exploratory. Participants in this study were 17 faculty members of Islamic Azad University. Participants were selected by purposive method using snowball sampling method up to the theoretical saturation limit. Qualitative data analysis was performed by inductive content analysis using coding at three levels: open, axial and selective. In the quantitative part, using Cochran's formula, 514 professors and faculty members of the Islamic Azad University were studied by "cluster" sampling method. Quantitative data analysis was performed using Smart PLS software in the form of structural equation modeling (factor analysis). Findings: Based on the results, the Structural and managerial policies, educational environment, communication environment, legal environment and intellectual and motivational environment indicators were related to recognizing Vulnerability. Indicators Contextual conditions (close environment) and intervening conditions (remote environment) were related to recognizing threats. Conclusion: Five components of structural and managerial policies, communication environment, legal environment and intellectual and motivational environment were identified as effective damages on university science management.
