Abstract: 

Purpose: The main purpose of this research is the historical study of political education and training in Iran's police with regard to the establishment of the Dar al-Funun school and then the political science school in Iran and the evolution of police political education in the Qajar, Pahlavi and Islamic Republic of Iran eras. Methodology: This research is qualitative and exploratory, which is done with document analysis method. The tools of data collection are books, sources and historical texts. The statistical population of the research is books and historical sources related to the subject. Findings: the political science school by the political and military elites in Iran has been a turning point in the history of scientific developments and development in Iran. results: The establishment of Dar al-Funun and then political education and training in the armed forces and the police during the Qajar and Pahlavi eras has been poor due to the authoritarian nature of the ruling political system and the lack of familiarity of the officers with basic political concepts. In the era of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with an emphasis on religious democracy, the political education and training of the people and officers of the armed forces and the police were of outstanding importance, and practical structures such as political ideological organization and political course titles, political workshops for the skill of political analysis and political insight of the commanders and officers of the Islamic Republic of Iran Police. and the social functions of the popular police have played an important role in increasing the efficiency and legitimacy of the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Abstract: 

Background and purpose: The quality of teaching in educational centers is an important issue that has been emphasized a lot in recent years. The purpose of this research is to identify the harmful factors in the quality of teachers' teaching. Method: The study method in this research is mixed and applied in terms of its purpose, and in terms of the implementation of content analysis in the qualitative part and in the quantitative part, it is a descriptive survey type. The participants in the qualitative part are 15 expert lecturers who Through purposive sampling and in the quantitative part, 275 people were selected through simple random sampling. The tool for data collection was a semistructured interview in the qualitative part and a researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative part. The validity of the questionnaire was calculated through convergent validity and divergent validity, and the reliability of the questionnaire was determined using Cronbach's alpha (0. 78) and composite reliability. Validity and reliability have been used in the qualitative part according to the method proposed by Lincoln and Kuba. To analyze the data, group and paired t-tests And in the interview part, three stages of open, central and selective coding have been used. Findings: The findings from the analysis of the interviews, which were coded in three stages (open stage, central stage and selective stage), showed that the harmful factors of teachers' teaching quality have 77 indicators, 14 components and 3 dimensions, educational environment, teachers. And it was learners. Results: Recognizing the harmful environmental and human factors in the quality of teaching can help teachers to conduct effective and quality teaching.

Abstract: 

Purpose: Nowadays Islamic humanities production is one of the most vital and basic needs for country growth and development. Higher education institutes in Islamic humanities and their researchers have important role in this field. The purpose of this research is identifying research competencies needed by researchers of Higher education institutes in Islamic humanities in order to play their role effectively in these institutes. Method: the research method used in this research is quantitative method. Semi-structured interview is used for gathering data needed. The scope of the research is faculty members of Imam Sadiq (PBUH) that by doing twenty-one interview, theoretical adequacy was obtained. Then, to analyze obtained data from interviews, thematic analysis research method was used. Findings: Identified competencies were categorized in two levels of major and minor themes. Identified major themes include five themes,methodology, problem solving, team working, foreign language and recognizing resources. These five major themes have twenty-five minor themes. Results: According to the obtained results of this research, despite of existing similarities in the level of competency dimensions, the indicators of identified competencies, have differentiate this research with other studies that don’, t have Islamic view point. Islamic humanities institutes can use these indicators for recruiting, hiring and developing their researchers.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: . The aim of this study was to investigate factors affecting the implementation of the "career path planning" for employees Alborz Province Department of Education, with using from Shien's career Anchors model and relying on the three dimensions of talents, needs and values Method: The aim of the present study, functional, according to the method of data collection was descriptive-survey. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire of 51 questions that its reliability via Cronbach's alpha coefficient and its validity via consulting the experts, was approved. Statistical society of study was 287 and sample size by using Cochran formula was 164 and sampling was stratified random. To analyze the data obtained from the Run test and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, confirmatory factor analysis KMO and Bartlett's Sphericity and the Fitting Test is used. Findings: Analysis Results of the questionnaire data showed all dimensions and components have an impact on career path planning, except job security because the load factor was less than 0. 4. The most effective was for talent-based index and value-based index, the second and needs-based index, were in third place. Conclusion: The findings of the research show that in order to achieve the benefits of career path planning, which include improving organizational learning, increasing job satisfaction and self-efficacy of employees, increasing productivity and motivation, sufficient ground must be created for the implementation of career path planning. So that both the organization and the relevant employees can benefit from its benefits.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: The main purpose of this study is the role of tests designed based on game development in improving student learning. The present study aims to answer the question of how to relate the tests designed based on game-making to the improvement of learning in graduate students of management in West Tehran Azad University. Method: The present research is an applied goal and in terms of research method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this study includes senior management students of Islamic Azad University, West Tehran Branch, entrance 99, who are studying according to the system. The total number of these students is 104, of which 82 were sampled according to Morgan's table. After compiling the test, the tests were implemented in three stages. After that, by calculating the impact factor, the effect of each of the developed tests on learning was measured and the results were analyzed according to the hypotheses. finding: The results showed that game making can affect students' learning and the number of tests and educational content also has a moderating role. Conclusion: The results show that educational playfulness and playful learning is a new approach that has caused a major change in the field of education and has increased the hope of learning effectiveness.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Traditional training is not enough to meet the needs of employees and the management of complex affairs in organizations, so the tendency to new methods seems necessary, and combined training is the most logical and natural course of gradual evolution of learning programs. The purpose of this study was to design a blended Learning model for in-service training of NAJA organization using content analysis. Methodology: This research was conducted using a qualitative methodology. First, the effective factors on blended Learning were identified by reviewing the subject literature and analyzing the content of upstream documents of NAJA and related Persian and English scientific articles and semi-structured interviews with 19 experts by Clark and Brown six-stage inductive thematic analysis. The obtained indicators and pattern were used by Delphi method. To do this, a questionnaire with 31 questions was designed, each question representing a component. Cohen confirmed, and MAXQDA and SPSS software were used for data analysis. Findings: After screening the initial extracted codes, they were reduced to 192 basic themes and classified into 31 organizing themes, 11 comprehensive themes and 4 main factors (human factors, technical factors, educational factors, executive factors). Results: The results of this study show that this model is completely scientific and designed in accordance with the missions of the NAJA and the native organization, and therefore has its own innovation, which with its implementation in NAJA in-service training, while using its many advantages, challenges It will eliminate face-to-face training and e-learning, which are held separately.
