Abstract: 

Data collection and evaluation relating to competitors have a vital role compilation of strategies. Whatever the company can achieve to competitors’ information, it has more chance to compile and perform effective and successful strategies. So, tracking, understanding and reacting to competitor is posed as a special aspect of marketing and it is necessary that companies to perform an effective plan called competitive intelligent (David, 1379). Present research aims to study the effect of information technology on manager's trade intelligence that is studied by surveying research statistical population that includes all managers of Tabriz Melli Bank who are 87 persons and because of limitation in statistical population, all of it was studied. Constancy of measurement instrument was estimated. 87 and data results in two descriptive and inferential levels indicate effect and the role of information technology on manager's knowledge about competitors, market, and information facilitation among employees proved to be 95%.

Abstract: 

In today's business world, we faced with a high volume of data. New developments in information technology and organizations makes ability to provide effective and efficient from of data storage, In any case, far from the mass of data and usage, in today's business environment accounting information systems as a key to successful organizations has greatly changed. If the accounting information system is not able to provide fast and timely information in the field of management accounting for business managers the organizational success in the competitive environment will be threatened. To deal with competitors and Long term growth strategies, The accounting information system Needs business intelligence techniques to provide timely financial information. In this research, by survived on documents referring to research studies and articles some of the criteria and indicators applied in the field of accounting information systems based on business intelligence features are survived.So in four categories based on inference and communication, alarm systems, reporting and analysis tools to provide effective decision-making models have attempted. Measures such as Group decision making, Optimization, Integration, Simulation Visualization, Prototyping, Hybrid reasoning, warning technology, Context-aware, Fuzzy, Data mining, Data warehouse, OLAP, Reports Channels, Agents, Etc. Among the criteria considered are the review of literature, The need for model-based business intelligence applications in accounting, management information systems is recommended.

Abstract: 

The Purpose of this article is survey of the business intelligence role in establishing of effective strategic management in organizations, which is starting with the usage of liberary and reviewing literature in the fields of: general business intelligence, historical resume, the main aspects and it's process that begins in corporations with putting emphasis on necessity in usage of business intelligent in organization, it has implemented and necessary skills for business intelligence raising and method of using a Iintelligence strategy in business from one side to the other and on the other hand in survey components of strategic management have been proceeded to this important elements. However, the suggested framework of using this method in strategic management in today's complicated workplace doesn't possess of the necessary flexibility.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to consider the relation between the organizational intelligence and it's elements with the crisis management in the Iran insurance company. The goal of this research is applicational and it's method is descriptive-correlation.The research sample included 187 of managers and experts of the company that are sampled in proportional-classified sampling method.The sample of Albrecht is used to measure the organizational intelligence and three phases crisis management sample is basically used for the crisis management.The questionnaire is used to collect the information and the spearman rank correlation tests and the binomial test are used to analyse the data.The research result shows that in addition to the significant and affirmative relation existence between the organizational intelligence and crisis management, there is an affirmative relation in the organizational intelligence elements except the latitude to change with the crisis management.And the knowledge applixation element from the organizational intelligence elements has the most correlation with the crisis management.Thus it is distinguished that the organizational intelligence level in the Iran insurance company is not in a desired state.

Abstract: 

Today's successful managers without the benefit of the scientific and practical aspects of modern management approaches to productivity and competitiveness are not successful. Among the new approaches to management, industrial psychology approach – an organization of experts from the largest, most competitive and knowledge need to be considered. In competitive markets, the urgent need to develop and improve flexibility, accountability and decision making in the organization to exist. In this very influential organization in the excellence of its skilled manpower and efficient organization, organizational knowledge and potential are more important. Accordingly, the most important event occurring is the process of organizational intelligence. Process in which knowledge and organization of the orient and the system will become a thriving and fast. In the present study to measure intelligence, agility and its relationship with the organization in cultural Heritage. Tourism and Handicrafts are the province of East Azarbaijan. Organization, address of the organization to been agile organizations there. The weighting method using the software expert choice is achieved. The purpose of the study, descriptive survey method was applied. The date were analyzed using SPSS Software. Research findings showed that among the seven dimensions of intelligence and intelligence (Strategic Vision), a common destiny, a desire to change, unity and consensus, spirit, knowledge and application of pressure function, no significant correlation with the dependent variable of organization agility there. Finally, the research proposal was submitted.

Abstract: 

This study measured the organizational intelligence, of the Islamic Guidance offices Liberary Staff and Hamedan's Bu Ali Sina University Library staff. The purpose of the study, functional and comparative survey of the community, including 106 (47 librarians from the Library of Islamic Guidance and 59 librarians from the Bu Ali Sina University Libraries) in 1388 was conducted. Means of a questionnaire study based on the seven skills "Karl Brakht" is.Hypothesis of research is that there is no significant difference between the library of Islamic Guidance and Bu Ali Sina University Libraries in the intelligence. The desire to change, being similar in these two books confirm this. Staff morale, no significant differences in both the library and also confirmed this hypothesis. The average agreement index and the staff at the Bu Ali Sina University library and library staff will confirm the guidance of this similarity. Hypothesis "applied sconce" at the Bu Ali Sina University Libraries Affairs office of culture was confirmed. Managers deal with employees' performance in both the research library is similar.

Abstract: 

Today, there are lots of economical, political, social and cultural problems at almost every organization. So the work conflicts have been clearer and managers need to some tricks to solve the problems.In this paper we tried to describe Emotional Intelligence and Performance concepts and then survey the relationship between them. Emotional intelligence has 5 indexes: Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Self-Motivation, Empathy and Social Skills.After distributing the 2 questionnaires about emotional intelligence and performance, their validity and reliability were proven.The results indicate the positive relationship between emotional intelligence and all its indexes with performance.Finally the indexes weights were been identified by Entropy technique. The results in the direct order are: Empathy (0.2319), Social skills (0.2259), Self-awareness (0.2132), Self motivation (0.2056) and Self-regulation (0.1234).

Abstract: 

Although the research on organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs) has increased dramatically in diverse fields during the past decade, little is known about the OCBs in the marketing area. This study had been performed to examine the influence of organizational citizenship behaviors on brand image in the Hotel Industry because of create the positive brand image in the mind of the customers as a result of develop the hotel's service quality by means of improve specific aspects of the staff behaviors. In this survey Organs’ dimensions of OCBs were used for assessing the dimensions of OCBs in the hotels and dimensions were offered by Aaker & Blanco were used for assessing the brand image in the mind of the customers.In order to performing this survey, two sample of staff and customers were selected.Samples size were 120 customers and 48 staff. The research used cluster method of sampling and its technique of data gathering is questionnaire. On-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Descriptive methods were used to compare the impacts of OCB dimensions on brand image in the Qom Hotels. Results show that, dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviors are influence on brand image in the mind of the customers and all hypotheses confirmed.
