Abstract: 

Introduction: Compliance with professional ethics is an inherent part of nursing profession and the mission of nursing profession is to provide health، care، treatment and rehabilitation services at the highest standard for providing، maintaining and promoting community health. Hence، it is necessary to examine the factors influencing professional ethics of nurses. Aim: The aim of this study was assessing relationship between intra organizational factors that affect on nurses' professional ethics behaviors. Material & Methods: This research was a descriptive-analyzed study. The statistical population of this study included all nurses of Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Karami hospitals in Ahwaz in 2017. Using random sampling method، 196 nurses were selected as the sample. The main tools for collecting data are two standard questionnaires of professional ethics of nurses (Jahanbin & et.، al 2014) and internal factors (Yeon Han & et.، al 2013) that have a good reliability (Alpha-Chronbach between 0. 72-0. 88). Multiple regression analysis was performed using SPSS-22 software to analyze the data. Used indices were contained R، R2، F and β . Results: The results of data analysis showed that rewarding ethical behaviors (p= 0. 001، β = 0. 56)، ethical behavior of colleagues (p= 0. 001، β = 0. 55) and the integrity ethical behaviors of head nurses (p= 0. 001، β = 0. 35) have a significant relationship with professional ethics of nurses. Correlation of punishment of immoral behaviors with the professional ethics of nurses was not significant (p= 0. 776، β =-0. 03). Conclusion: In order to findings suggests that all nurse managers in all over the organization reward nurses' ethical behaviors and their selves were as an role model in ethical behaviors

Abstract: 

مقدمه: رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای جزء ماهیت ذاتی حرفه ی پرستاری است و رسالت حرفه ی پرستاری، ارائه ی خدمات مورد نیاز بهداشتی، مراقبتی، درمانی و توانبخشی در بالاترین استاندارد جهت تأمین، حفظ و ارتقاء سلامت جامعه است. از این رو، لازم است که عوامل تأثیرگذار بر اخلاق حرفه ای پرستاران مورد بررسی قرار گیرند. هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی روابط بین عوامل درون سازمانی مؤثر بر رعایت اخلاق حرفه ای توسط پرستاران بوده است. این عوامل شامل پاداش رفتارهای اخلاقی، تنبیه رفتارهای غیراخلاقی، رفتار اخلاقی همکاران و درستی رفتارهای اخلاقی سرپرستاران بوده است. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش های توصیفی-تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی پرستاران بیمارستان های امام خمینی و آیت الله کرمی شهر اهواز در سال 1395 بوده که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده، 196 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی گردآوری داده ها دو پرسشنامه استاندارد اخلاق حرفه ای پرستاران جهان پور و همکاران (2014) و عوامل درون سازمانی یون هان و همکاران(2013)، با چهار بعد؛ پاداش دادن به رفتارهای اخلاقی، تنبیه کردن رفتارهای غیراخلاقی، رفتارهای اخلاقی همکاران و درستی رفتارهای اخلاقی) بوده است. که از پایایی مطلوبی برخوردار بودند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه با کمک نرم افزار SPSS22 استفاده شد. شاخص های مورد استفاده برای تحلیل داده ها شامل R، R2، F و β بوده است. یافته ها: یافته های حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که پاداش دادن رفتارهای اخلاقی (β =0/56, p=0/001) رفتار اخلاقی همکاران (β =0/55, p=0/001) و درستی رفتارهای اخلاقی سرپرستاران (β =0/35, p=0/001) با اخلاق حرفه ای پرستاران رابطه ی معناداری دارند. تنبیه کردن رفتارهای غیراخلاقی با اخلاق حرفه ای پرستاران رابطه ی معناداری نداشت (β =-0/03, p=0/776). نتیجه گیری: در راستای یافته ها پیشنهاد می گردد که مدیران پرستاری در تمامی رده ها با تشویق نمودن رفتارهای اخلاقی پرستاران و ارایه رفتارهای اخلاقی توسط خود شأن (به عنوان الگوی نقش) میزان بروز این رفتارها را در پرستاران افزایش دهند.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Organizational commitment is a critical factor in achieving organizational goals، understanding organizational behavior، and is an important element in improving the quality of care. On the other hand، clinical competence of nurses affects the effectiveness and success of health care organizations. Aim: The study was conducted to determine the relationship between organizational commitment and nurses' clinical competency. Material & Methods: A descriptive correlational study was conducted among nurses in a hospital in Najaf Abad city، Isfahan province، 2015. In this study a total of 135 nurses were included via census method. The tools included self reported questionnaires consisting personal information inventory، organizational commitment questionnaire (including three dimensions; affective، normative and continuance commitment)، and clinical competence questionnaire (in seven dimensions for assessing 73 skills)، whose validity and validity were confirmed by Alpha-Chronbach that were 0. 79 and 0. 95 respectively. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (distribution tables، mean، standard deviation) and Pearson correlation coefficient test using SPSS version 17 (P <0. 05). Results: The clinical competence of nurses was good (74. 42 ± 11. 69) and their organizational commitment was moderate (91 ± 10. 77). Overall organizational commitment had a positive correlation with clinical competence in the areas of quality assurance (r=0. 256، P = 0. 002) and education and guidance (r=0. 176، P = 0. 037). In addition، emotional commitment had a direct correlation with total clinical competence (r=0. 170، P = 0. 045) and dimensions of quality assurance (r=0. 185، P = 0. 028)، education and guidance (r=0. 190، P = 0. 024)، and diagnostic measures (r=0. 205، P = 0. 015). Conclusion: According to the findings it is recommended that nurse managers apply all of the strategies that would be increase nurses' emotional commitment. Because the increasing of nurses' emotional commitment can help to quality of nursing care

Abstract: 

Introduction: The lack of nursing staff in hospitals and the high degree of nursing students' inclination to work, have led to a variety of issues and nursing managers face some challenges. Aim: Because of many factors affecting clinical competency of novice nurses, this study was designed to explain the nursing managers' viewpoints about the role of students' work in clinical competency of novice nurses. Material & Methods: In this qualitative study, 35 head nurses, Supervisors and metrons working in teaching hospitals affiliated to Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences participated. Individualize in-depth, face-to-face and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. As soon as possible, the text of the interviews was transcript word-to-word. Elo and Kingas Qualitative content analysis was used to analyze the data. Results: After encoding all the interviews, 1250 initial codes were created, which ultimately reduced the number of codes to 850, and classified in 18 subclasses, 6 classes and 3 themes named task rearing role (with functional development and professional development classes), personality rearing role (with self-improvement and facilitating communication with others classes) and knowledge rearing role (with Knowledge acquisition and knowledge provision classes). Conclusion: In the view point of nursing managers, the experience of students' work makes novice nurses have more competent in nursing careers and several roles to be raised in them. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the nature of this work and its role on the competence of future nurses.

Abstract: 

Introduction: One of the factors affecting organizational success is human resource who works beyond their official duties. Therefore، it is necessary to provide the necessary grounds for implementation of such behaviors. Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Occupational stress on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with moderating role of organizational support of nurses of Imam Ali Hospital in Bojnourd. Material & Methods: The present research is practical regards to its aim and correlation survey type in method. The statistical population of this study was 200 nurses of Imam Ali Hospital in Bojnourd that According to Cochran's formula، 132 people were selected by random sampling method who were selected by random sampling method. Standard questionnaires were used to collect information. Standard questionnaires were used to collect information. For Occupational stress variable، as independent variable، the Spealburger model، 1991، has three physical، psychological and environmental components and organizational citizenship behavior variable as an associated variable was used by Organ and Konovsky model، 1996، which has five types of self-esteem، conscience، chivalry، civic، and literate behavior. Also، organizational support variable as a moderator variable is considered from Eisenberger et al.، 1986 model. Validity of the questionnaires was verified by confirmatory factor analysis and content validity and its reliability was measured using Cronbach's alpha (for all variables more than 0. 7). The research hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling and using Smart-pls software. Results: The results of this study showed that Occupational stress with t-value of 2. 99 affects organizational citizenship behavior with coefficient (0. 441)، and organizational support has moderating role in the relationship between Occupational stress and organizational citizenship behavior. Also، physical، environmental and psychological factors affect organizational citizenship behavior and organizational support modifies the impact of physical and psychological factors on organizational citizenship behavior (with coefficient 0. 233 & 0. 251). Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that organizational support modifies the relationship between Occupational stress factors and organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore، management of Imam Ali hospital in Bojnourd can increase the status of organizational citizenship behavior among its staff and nurses by supporting its employees and nurses in the face of Occupational stress and can decrease undesirable consequence of stress

Abstract: 

Introduction: Nursing is a stressful profession and repeated stress reduces their work engagement. Therefore، identification of variables related to work engagement is necessary to improve quality of nurses' work. Aim: This study aimed to predicting nurses' engagement based on innovative organizational climate، perceived organizational support and servant leadership. Material & Methods: This study was a descriptive-analytical and cross sectional study. The research population were public sector nurses who working in the hospitals of the Varamin city in 2017. They were selected randomly that by Cochran formula (n=190) estimated. Data were collected by questionnaires of work engagement (Salanova & Schaufeli، 2008)، innovative organizational climate (Cigel & Kaumer، 1978)، perceived organizational support (Eisenberger & et al، 2001) and servant leadership (Gholipour & Hazrati، 2009)، that their reliabilities by Cronbach's alpha were 0/81، 0/77، 0/86 & 0/93. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and multiple regression with enter model methods and with SPSS-19 software. Results: The results showed innovative organizational climate (r=0/315)، perceived organizational support (r=0/497) and servant leadership (r=0/382) had a positive and significant relationship with work engagement of nurses. Also the predicted variables significantly could predict 52/9 percent of variance of nurses' work engagement that the share of perceived organizational support was higher than other variables (p≤ 0/01). Conclusion: In order to findings، it is suggested that all nurse managers and also other health care administrator make supportive atmosphere by applying servant leadership. If programs planned in regard to these objectives would be improved

Abstract: 

Introduction: Reviewing scientific publications and research on the subject of Nursing Information Technology in the past years can provide a roadmap for a better future. Aim: The purpose of this study was to analyze the bibliometric of scientific publications published on the Web of Science in the field of Nursing Information Technology from the beginning to the present (1983-2017) and to draw the scientific map of the world. Material & Method: In a descriptive-analytic study, 3151 scientific sources of nursing information technology from the Web of Science were subject to bibliometric analysis. Data analysis was performed by the facilities of this database as well as VOS viewer software, a social network analysis software. Results: The retrieved sources of scientific productions cover the period from 1983 to 2017. The results of the study indicate the upward trend in the publication of articles in the field of information technology in nursing during last ten years. The largest number of articles was published in 2016 with 338 articles and the highest citations were 1100 citations in 2005. Most of the publications in this area covered original research article (73. 8%) and was from the United States (40. 52%), and then, the UK, Canada, Australia and Taiwan. The compilation of a network of journals in the field of nursing information technology was displayed in five clusters with a total of 132 joint articles. The evolution of key words, from focusing on the Internet, computer and software, have turned into the quality of patient care and then the use of telemedicine and mobile health systems in self-care. Conclusion: Given the wide-ranging attention of the world to the use of information technology in nursing, providing national and international empowerment programs for nurses can improve the useful use of informatics tools to improve the quality of nursing care services and improve the outcomes of care.
