Family violence is one of the most important harms of the society. It consists of infant torturing, violence against women, sister and brother torturing. At this time, violence against women is examinable from different dimensions: physically, psychotic, social, economical and sexual dimensions. One of the public characteristics of violence against women is being hidden from public sights. It is tried in this research to answer the basic question that which social factors are related to couples aggressive behaviors? So, they are studied from three theoretic points of views: social psychological, behaviorism, psychoanalytic and cognitive approaches. The statistical population of the study includes women’s in Khoy city. For explaining the relations between these variables and violence against women, theories of social learning, defeat and disputing, feminism, order, contrast and productive have been used. This is a survey study and the required data were gathered among 315 people through multistage proportional sampling method. Also, explorative analysis is used for accounting Keronbakh Alfa. To analyze the data, statistical test, Pearson coefficient, average difference and ANOVA tests were used. Finally, the multiple regression analysis showed that independent variables could explain 56 percent of dependent variable changes.At this time, family violence had significant relationship with job responsibility, mate job, education, income, social status, direct violence experience during the childhood, defeat in needs, interests in religious tenets, and the way of mate choosing. However, the indirect violence experience has not had significant correlation with the childhood and number of children.
