Abstract: 

Introduction: Anger is one of the country's problems and in many cases leads to behavior that imposes enormous damage to the economy. The aim current study is to measure the state anger of the primary school teachers in Kermanshah.Method: The study was descriptive. The population of the study teachers that teaching at a different base and sample size of 285 people. The data Using the state- trait anger 2 questionnaires and by random sampling were collected and Using the software SPSS-18 were analyzed.Results: The results showed that male school teachers rage with an average of 6.35±1.64 are higher girl school teachers rage. The highest state of anger subscale is boys school teachers with an average of 8.59±3.22. Also highest state anger in schools for boys and girls belong to in the sixth and two grade, respectively.Conclusion: Due to the high state of anger and its close relationship with anger, require that education with planning and training of his staff in the field of anger management, take a step towards mental health of teachers.

Abstract: 

Introduction: perfectionism is a transdiagnostic factor and prevalent phenomenon in many psychological disorders.Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the role of emotion dysregulation, repetitive negative thoughts, intolerance of uncertainty and experiential avoidance in the prediction of positive and negative perfectionism.Method: In this study, 412 B.S students of Tehran university, Allameh Tabatabei and Kharazmi university participated as the sample. Data were collected by filling 4 questionnaires: The positive and negative perfectionism (PANP), repetitive negative thinking questionnaire (RNTQ), disorder in emotion regulation scale (DERS), intolerance of uncertainty scale (IUS) multidimensional experiential avoidance questionnaire (MEAQ). Data were analyzed by structural equation modeling.Findings: All study variables except experiential avoidance correlated with positive and negative perfectionism. The multiple regression analysis indicated that the predictive model for positive perfectionism respectively consisted of emotional dysregulation, intolerance of uncertainty and repetitive negative thinking. And for negative perfectionism respectively consisted of intolerance of uncertainty, repetitive negative thinking and emotional dysregulation. These variables account for %11.5 of the positive perfectionism variance and %44.4 of negative perfectionism.Conclusion: Positive and negative perfectionism are two different structural models, with cognitive, emotional and behavioral mechanisms.

Abstract: 

introduction: One of the major problems in the field of learning is learning disorders. This study also aims effectiveness of neuropsychological rehabilitation for people with learning disabilities in math performance was problem solving.Methods: This study is a quasi-experimental design with the two groups. That a group of 10 people, including people with learning disability in math and 10 in the control group was also included. This means that people with a learning disability but did not intervene for them. Instruments included neuropsychological rehabilitation program and the the tower of London Test. Data analysis using SPSS version 19, using multivariate analysis of covariance was performed.Results: Data analysis showed that, between mean scores of pre-test and post-test experimental and control groups there was a significant difference (P<0.01), so that neuropsychological rehabilitation improves problem solving on people with disabilities is learning math.Conclusion: Considering the positive effect of this method is of interest to people with disabilities learn math, this study showed that neuropsychological rehabilitation can be an effective way to achieve optimum performance in people who have a math learning disability can be used.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Employees' perceptions of their hospital, makes up the organizational climate. The job satisfaction of employees is one of the most common internal factors influence organizational climate. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational climate with job satisfaction of employees in Ghods, Besat and Tohid hospitals in Sanandaj.Methodology: This research was a descriptive- analytical study. The sample of 189 nurses from three hospitals of Ghods, Besat and Tohid were participated in this study which was selected through census sampling in 2017 (Three groups of 63 people). The instruments that used in this study are JDI job satisfaction questionnaire and the questionnaire of organizational climate description by Halpin and Kraft. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation test were used.Findings: There was a negative significant correlation between the variables of team spirit and harassment with job satisfaction (P<0.05). The variables of interests, distance and influence to job satisfaction were significant at a significance level of 0.05. There was no significant relationship for other variables of team spirit, harassment, intimacy, consideration, and emphasis on the production at significant levels of 0.01 and 0.05. Finally, by the analysis of Pearson correlation, a significant relationship between organizational climate (All variables simultaneously) and job satisfaction were observed.Conclusion: There is a direct relationship between job satisfaction and organizational climate. Although in the study of variables individually it can be concluded that the main factors involved in the organizational climate on job satisfaction are interests, distance and influence.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The autobiographical memory of personal memory and personal life expriences is affected by negative emotional states.Goal: The research compared the autobiographical memory of three groups of women with depression, with anxiety and normal control.Method: the subjects were consisted of 30 women with depression, 30 women with anxiety and 30 women without the history of psychiatric disorders. These individuls were selected from different consulting centers of Isfahan in year 2015. Then Autobiographical memory test were performed on the sample.Results: the results of multivariate analysis of variance showed that over generality and low specificity in depressed women was significantly more than anxious women and healthy, but there was not any significant difference between anxious women and healthy women in these variables (p<0.005). Also retrieval of specific memories in response to positive words in depressed group was significantly less than two other groups (p<0.002).Conclusion: these results showed that amount of over generality autobiographical memories reminder in depressed women is more than the groups of anxious women and healthy. Therefor, over generality memory of the characteristics of the mood is depressed. While there was not significant difference between over generality autobiographical memories reminder in anxious women and healthy.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Achievement motivation is a state of personality learning that persuade people to trying for success, happiness and high personal standards.Objective: The aim of present study was to investigate thehe mediating role of of emotional intelligence in the relationship between Family emotional climate and achievement Motivation.Method: This research is descriptive correlational. The statistical population of the study included female secondary school students in district 3 of Tehran, 330 of them were randomly selected as cluster sampling method and assigned to Bar-An Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (1980), Hill Burn Family Questionnaire Questionnaire (1964) and Hermann's Motivation Development Questionnaire (1970). The results of the path analysis showed that the model used was desirable.Results: The results of the model also showed that the emotional state of the family with Emotional intelligence and the motivation to progress is directly related (p<0.01). Emotional intelligence with direct motivation is a direct relationship (p<0.01). Emotional intelligence has a mediator role in the relationship between family morbidity and progressive motivation (p<0.01).Conclusion: The result of this study provide evidence that emotional intelligence and family emotional climate have been able to predict echievement motivation and this result can be considered a step towards a better understanding of the nature of the echievement motivation.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The Rorschach test is one of the most famous projection tests that has devoted several researches to it since the time of its invention. In addition, the researchers have also found that children and adolescences substantially produce different scores in the Rorschach test than adults.Purpose: The main objective of the present study has been to determine the difference between the results of non-clinical samples from 5-7, 9, 10, 11, and 12 years with each other to determine whether a linear change in the Rorschach variables could be considered with respect to age or psychological developments.Method: The present study is causal- comparative study. The statistical population of the study consists of two parts: students of this research, as well as studies of delavari (1390), Kashefi (1392), Mohsenizade (1392), Hosseininasab (2016). Of course, it should be noted that the students of the present study included 99 children of 12 years old who were studying at the sixth grade of elementary school. And selected from 5 education districts in Tehran (north, south, east, west, and center) and tested by Rorschach test.Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference among the samples of different ages in some variables such location, determinant, content, DQ, FQ & popular responses.Conclusion: from the differences observed among the age groups, it seems that there is no concerted or linear change in these age groups, but in developmental view, you can see significant differences in the variables of Rorschach.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Personal words or self-talking affect the behavior of the people and can direct human's behaviors and thought as the same way of other person's words.Objective: In researches that have been carried out based on the theory of Meichenbaum considering the importance and applicability of this theory, it has not been specifically addressed the effect of the internal dialogue and its results. Therefore, the study attempt to analyze the old man and the sea of Ernest Hemingway as a practical example based on the above theory.Methods: This study is descriptive-analytic and the data is collected on a library method.Results: Analysis of this work, while being in line with the rehabilitation approach, has shown that internal dialogue in different situations, with respect to positive or negative content, can lead to a person to a success or failure. It can also work as a typical model of psychological approaches based on introduced cognitive restructuring techniques.Conclusion: The finding of this study showed that when a person's self-talking is positive, he will allow himself to succeed and chance and will instruct his unconscious mind to provide all the resources for succeed. But when the inner conversation is negative, the person abandons everything and does not try even all the chances to succeed because, because he instructed his subconscious minds to get rid of chances for possible success. Thus self-talking can actually direct human behavior and thoughts, and each person can control and guide his own beliefs through repetition and practice.
