Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was Strategic analysis of women's championship sports of Hamedan province with SWOT technique. The statistical sample of this research was (N=110, 38 male and 72 female) including coaches, referees, officials of the sports board, physical education professors, Women's sports heroes and sport managers that were selected by Purposive sampling. Reviews of literature and documents, interviews, surveys and strategic meetings were used to for collecting the data. An internal and external factor questionnaire and forms for determining strategic issues were used to survey. Its validity was confirmed by several professors and specialists, and its reliability verified according to Cranach’s alpha method (a=0.946). For analyzing data, descriptive statistics, Friedman test, Internal and External factor matrixes, SWOT analyzing based on intuition and brainstorming were used to strategies developing. Using Delphi method, meeting, and several strategic analysis steps, 13 strengths, 21 weaknesses, 13 opportunities and 13 threats were recognized and approved. Afterwards, based strategic analysis 8 strategies in frame of 46 main plans have been presented. Evaluation of strategic situation of women's championship sports of Hamedan province showed that internal factors were in weakness area and external factors were in opportunities area.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of independent entrepreneurs and marketing competitive intelligence on Tehran's gentlemen's clubs managers. The population of the study, all men's bodybuilding clubs in Tehran that total 75 were selected. Due to the small size of the community, the whole community of the whole procedure was considered as an example. In order to collect data to measure Competitive Intelligence Questionnaire Novak and Francis (2012) to measure the characteristics of independent entrepreneurs questionnaire Krdnayyj and Zali (1388) with 48 items and also for measuring market orientation of the questionnaire of 13 questions Dawlatabadi from the study Nrvr and Slater (1990), was used. Reliability coefficient, respectively, 0.88, 0.90 and 0.87 respectively. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data and software Spss and Smart PLS was used. Findings from the survey show that 95 coefficient of the relationship between entrepreneurs and independent competitive intelligence 0.538, the coefficient of the relationship between market orientation and competitive intelligence 0.180 is the coefficient of the relationship between independent entrepreneurship and market orientation of 0.666. According to the findings suggest that managers of fitness clubs in order to gain customers, increase profitability, productivity Club, the positive effects of independent entrepreneurship and market orientation to increase their competitive intelligence

Abstract: 

In this paper, we tried to survey on communication skills relevance to physical education expert's quintuplet styles of Organizational Conflict Management (OCM). Descriptive- correlation method been used to attain this purpose. The 70 physical education expert in state universities of Tehran that were picked by simple random sampling has been evaluated. Data was gathered by Baron, j. (1981) communication skills questionnaire and to analysis them K-S test, Independent t-test, Repeated Measure ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient been used. The results indicated that there is no significant relationship between male and female experts nor in level of communication skills and its dimension and nor in CM styles. Pearson correlation coefficient test indicated that there is positive relation among avoiding, accommodating and dominating style with communication skills and its three dimensions-feedback, auditory and verbal. No correlation between integrating and compromising style with communication skills been sighted.

Abstract: 

The essence of science is based on models that are inclusive, rather than fragmented data; because the data can explore, explain, or interpret in frame work. Thus, the lack of reliable models of branding in the sports industry has prompted researchers to try to develop branding model in the sports industry of Iran. The study aims to develop the branding model based on strategic thinking approach in the sports industry of Iran. This study is an exploratory that qualitative research method was used. For this purpose, the branding experts were answered through in-depth interviews. And snowball sampling was used to gather data-collection. By using grounded theory Data coded through three stages of coding and analysis. According the final frame work, 15 main categories at three levels; ethical, organizational and event extracted. This simple display-model of the sports industry's branding is to try to be the basic structure of the sports industry branding. According to finding, the present model can be identified and classified effective components of branding in the sports industry. Ultimately it can be used as basis of intellectual development of branding in the sports industry of Iran.

Abstract: 

The aim of present study is to the designing structural equation model of Emotional Intelligence and Working Emotions in departments of sport and youth of Kerman province. Population of study consists of all employees in departments of sport and youth of Kerman province, among which 158 individuals were selected as sample of research using Cochran formulae and simple random sampling way. Data gathering tool during this study was standard questionnaire that the validity was used construct validity and confirmatory factor analysis and reliability was determined through Cronbach alpha. This study is regarded as an applied study in terms of purpose and it is a descriptive survey in terms of data colleting method. Considered model was examined using structural equations modeling (SEM) and Lisrel software. Results indicated that all of emotional intelligence dimensions (self-awareness, self-management, social skills, and empathy) have a positive significant effect on surface and deep activity (dimensions of emotional labor).

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was analysis of status of sports tourism in sistan and Baluchestan based o SWOT model. This study was descriptive-analytical. The statistical population of research were included of 60 university professors, senior executives, sports experts and managers of tourism organization. Statistical sample equaled Statistical population. A researcher-made questionnaire consisting of four components strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats was used to collect data, the content validity was approved by sport management experts and reliability was determined by Cronbach's alpha as (0.87).Binomial test was used to determine significant items.For analysis of data, descriptive statistics, and Friedman' s test were used. The results showed that suitable water centers as the most important strengths, the lack of trained professionals in the field of sports tourism is the most important weak point. Also the historical tourism attractions were the most important opportunities and tourist security weaknesses within the province is the most important threat to sport tourism. The results showed that sports tourism of Sistan and Baluchestan province in strategic position and evaluation of internal and external matrix is in the offensive zon. Environment monitoring in sport tourism as a strategy and a way are necessary to develop sport tourism in the province.

Abstract: 

The paper's aim is identifying and prioritizing factors affecting sports equipment purchase intention among social media users taking a Logarithmic Fuzzy Preference Programming (LFPP) approach. Research is a survey methodologically and is applicable in terms of target. Reviewing previous studies and taking experts comments, we identified 30 variables influencing purchase intention. The 30 variables presented to some marketing experts in a questionnaire and hereby top ten variables extracted. The 10 variables presented to 15 social media users in form of a fuzzy questionnaire for weighting and ranking. Finally, the 10 variables were weighted and ranked using GAMS software. Results show that trust, security and perceived price, are the most important factors in users point of view.
