Abstract: 

Background and Objective: The concept of spatial planning has been raised in Iran for many years. The Spatial Planning directive of Medical Higher Education was approved as the first in Iran in 2015. Intersectoral collaboration is one of the important dimensions for implementation of this policy. So, we are trying to design an intersectoral collaboration model for implementing Spatial Planning policy of Medical Higher Education in Iran.Methods and Materials: This study will be carried out by use of synthetic method and grounded theory as qualitative strategy. The target population of this study is managers of Iran Ministry of Health and managers of medical universities. Sampling will be stopped whenever information is saturated. Data will be gathered by Library study, literature review, interview and questionnaire and analyzed using proper software. The result will be published in relevant journals.Conclusion: Eleven relative components have been extracted by literature reviews which are investigated in 3 groups of inputs, operations and outputs. This study will try to answer to the questions about some issues such as Strengths and Challenges in the collaboration of involved organizations and improving these intersectoral collaborations for better implementation of spatial planning policy in Iran.

Abstract: 

Background and Objective: Organizational Climate is the most important source of educational innovation and expanding the culture of educational innovation requires a major focus on education. This preliminary study in order to implementing of the plan of evolution and innovation in medical education, has checked the status of Innovative organizational climate in the Babol University of Medical Sciences.Methods and Materials: The research is descriptive-cross sectional. The statistical population included all educational staff of Babol University of Medical Sciences and 94 cases have been selected as an available sample. Research tool was the questionnaire consisted of demographic characteristics and 14 items that purpose-based, were adapted from the Siegel and chimeric Innovative Organizational Climate questionnaire. Scoring is based on the scale Likert and the total scores of items as scores of innovative organizational climate, that changes in the range of 14-70, with an average of 42. Validity and reliability verified by related experts and cronbach’s alpha coefficient equal to 0.93. Description and analysis of information was performed using spss21 and descriptive statistics, independent t-test and ANOVA.Results: The average age was 41.9 years and 63.8 percent were women. The majority were less than 10 years of work experience in education department, half of them was staff of colleges and 66 percent were formal or contract. The average total score of innovative organizational climate was equal to 40.47 ± 9.86 and according to place of work and employment status, was significantly (p<0.05).Conclusion: In order to successful implementation of the program of evolution and innovation, Create a supportive mechanism in different parts of University especially colleges and participation of all employees with different employment status and discourse of change and innovation take place should be done.

Abstract: 

Background and Objective: Following the introduction of higher education in the health system and the Innovation Plan in 2015, twelve packages were introduced as the basis for educational development. One of the most important packages was the virtual education. This article demonstrates the experience of universities in 5th Macro region in providing the eight-step model for developing virtual education.Methods and Materials: Qualitative research approach was based on the case study was done with the Brain Storming of virtual education specialist and the analysis of documents, reports and programs related to the development of virtual education in 2015-2017 in the 5th macro region universities. After SWOT analysis with considering the upstream documents, eight strategies was conduct in virtual education development.Results: Finally, the 8 strategies in human resource training, regulation, motivation and rewards, e-Content production, infrastructure provision, konwledge production and sharing, Virtualization development, and novelty were set. After 3 year 36 activities was done or in processing.Conclusion: The higher education system has led to the synergy of resources and facilities at the macro level of the region relatively. But the macro region region communication with the headquarters and the role of universities in the development of virtual education needs to strengthen the support role and support of the headquarters in providing infrastructure and funding, and more autonomy for universities in planning and implementing virtual education development.

Abstract: 

Background and Objective: Spatial planning is a long-term development program and it constitutes the basis of national and regional planning in country. This study was performed in order to investigate the role of spatial planning in the development of higher education by introducing a successful performance model (higher education health treatment).Methods and Materials: This applied – analytical research and reading documents, by studying the records The use ofو of universities in the country in terms of spatial planning program, searching on the related websites experts Opinion and study of the most recent articles and documents about the research subject was conducted in May 2017.Results: Due to the affinity and the ratio of higher education with the theory of social development, planning in higher education in countries developments has an especial place. Spatial planning as a guide and a map of clear path for higher education planning can be the leader of higher education systems which is regular, sustainable, based on regional needs and advantages and International obligations in the Vision Science and Technology. Effective Implementation sample of spatial planning for higher education in the country, is the spatial planning of health higher education.Conclusion: Data from spatial planning, which was the Comprehensive map to show the abilities, capabilities, opportunities and weaknesses of each region of the country, is a preparation of sustainable development. The importance of the role of higher education in the development of countries, requires more attention to it. Design and implementation of targeted spatial planning of health higher education as a successful model in other educational sectors is expected.

Abstract: 

Background and Objective: In this study, the learners’ performance has been developed as a tool for recording learning experiences, documenting the stages of learning and assessment of apprenticeship training, providing appropriate comprehensive coverage, teacher and educational system as well as curriculum modification.Methods and Materials: This research is a descriptive study conducted in 1397 in the country. The statistical population of this research is all the experts responsible for higher education in 47 universities. After reviewing the texts and performing a focal group, a preliminary questionnaire was compiled and a sample was taken. The apparent and content validity of the questionnaire was carried out using the opinions of the experts of the Ministry of Health and some managers and educators on the basis of scientific criteria. The reliability of the questionnaire was determined by Cronbach’s alpha test of 96%.Results: The questionnaires were compiled with 17 modules and 205 skills based on the approved curriculum.After the survey, the expected competency level of each skill was obtained. In the Procurator Skills section, a total of 32 trial skills were extracted and the proposed clinical performance was presented in the form of a scoreboard.Conclusion: The results of the study introduces a valuable tool for evaluating the ability of learners who are interested in evaluating the skills of learners based on modern and up-to-date assessment methods.

Abstract: 

Background and Objective: The speed of advance in medical education, creativity in technology, limit time for new work has created new vision in medical education. With these conditions, medical universities for information and skills transferring face difficulties. Maybe one of the newest approaches to learning is Mobile learning approaches that use its growing. This article while the review of use this approach in medicine, answer this question of whether this method is effective to increase learning, empowerment and satisfactory medical students? This approach, which is used in the field of medical education? How are the results of studies in this area.Methods and Materials: In this study, by using the key words mobile learning, medical education, medical universities, students, empowerment, and their English equivalents, articles were selected related studies from 1995 to 2014 Google scholar, pub med, Scopus databases and local and foreign journals were related to medical education, based on the posed in This fields of education, the situation in this method were studied in different universities of medical sciences and finally 36 were studied.Results: Based on results and analysis of the content of articles, subjects were grouped in 6 categories includes: 1. Students comments 2. The use of mobile learning outcomes 3-Compared to other methods 4-use training methods in relation to the curriculum and 5. the Relation to learning theories 6-challenges associated with mobile learning.Conclusion: Improving student learning in line with educational goals need to use different teaching methods. According to various studies, the use of these methods is the need to educate faculty and academic administrators. For this reason and because of the progress already made in this area conducting Workshops and panels specialized in this field and further research to reveal the extent and effect of this method is recommended
