Background and Objective: The speed of advance in medical education, creativity in technology, limit time for new work has created new vision in medical education. With these conditions, medical universities for information and skills transferring face difficulties. Maybe one of the newest approaches to learning is Mobile learning approaches that use its growing. This article while the review of use this approach in medicine, answer this question of whether this method is effective to increase learning, empowerment and satisfactory medical students? This approach, which is used in the field of medical education? How are the results of studies in this area.Methods and Materials: In this study, by using the key words mobile learning, medical education, medical universities, students, empowerment, and their English equivalents, articles were selected related studies from 1995 to 2014 Google scholar, pub med, Scopus databases and local and foreign journals were related to medical education, based on the posed in This fields of education, the situation in this method were studied in different universities of medical sciences and finally 36 were studied.Results: Based on results and analysis of the content of articles, subjects were grouped in 6 categories includes: 1.
