Abstract: 

هدف: استخراج اهداف آموزشی جهت پیاده سازی آموزش سواد اطلاعاتی به کودکان ایرانی(7-11 سال)، مبتنی بر استانداردهای سواد اطلاعاتی ارائه شده از سوی انجمن کتابخانه های مدارس آمریکا (AASL) مورد نظر این پژوهش است. روش: از روش های مرور متون (جهت تهیه اهداف آموزشی اولیه سواد اطلاعاتی بر اساس استاندارد AASL)، پیمایشی (از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جهت تهیه اهداف مناسب برای آموزش سواد اطلاعاتی به کودکان از دیدگاه کادر آموزشی یک دبستان)، گروه متمرکز (از طریق مصاحبه گروهی جهت مشخص نمودن سنین مناسب آموزش هر هدف و ترتیب بندی آن ها بر اساس دیدگاه کادر آموزشی یک دبستان) استفاده شد. یافته ها: اهداف آموزشی مناسب برای آموزش سواد اطلاعاتی به کودکان ایرانی(7-11 سال) را به سه دسته کلی دسته بندی می شوند: دسترسی موثر و کارامد به اطلاعات(شناخت منابع اطلاعاتی، توانایی طرح سؤال، ترسیم شبکه مفهومی و. . . )، ارزیابی اطلاعات(فهم متن، تشخیص ربط با نیاز اطلاعاتی، تشخیص منابع اطلاعاتی مناسب)، استفاده از اطلاعات(توانایی سخنرانی در مقابل گروه، یادداشت برداری، اسلاید، تهیه متن علمی با درج منابع). استخراج اهداف آموزشی از استانداردهای سواد اطلاعاتی به کودکان 7 تا 11 سال نشان می دهد اولویت اصلی در این مقطع سنی بر آموزش دسترسی به منابع اطلاعاتی است. استاندارد مربوط به ارزیابی و استفاده از اطلاعات در این سن کمتر امکان آموزش دارد. تأکید در این سنین بر درک متن و ربط متن با نیاز اطلاعاتی و گزینش اطلاعات مناسب با نیاز اطلاعاتی است. برخی از استفاده های اطلاعاتی نیز به خاطر سپاری، تصمیم گیری و تعاملات بین فردی است و سایر مواردی که می توان در این موضوع آموزش داد تقویت مهارت های نوشتاری و گفتاری ( ایجاد نوشته های علمی و ایراد سخنرانی مبتنی بر آن )، ساخت روزنامه دیواری یا دست سازه و کاردستی دانست. اصالت/ارزش: خروجی نهایی این پژوهش اهداف آموزشی کاملاً عملیاتی برای آموزش سواد اطلاعاتی به همراه نمونه طرح درس و نمونه تمرین های مورد نیاز است. استخراج اهداف آموزشی به عنوان یکی از اجزای برنامه درسی آموزش سواد اطلاعاتی اهمیت زیادی دارد.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this study was identification of entrepreneurial organizational culture indicators and construction and validation of its measurement tool in foundation of public libraries in Iran. Methodology: The study was practical in terms of purpose and correlation – descriptive method used based on construction of tool and statistical population consisted of 386 of Librarians from Tehran, Shiraz, Isfahan, Kermanshah and Birjand. Which according to Morgan table on the basis of a multistage cluster sampling method, 191 were selected and examined. Validity of the method was content validity, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Reliability of the instrument with use of Cronbach's alpha was 0/89. Finding: Based on findings of research, for entrepreneurial organizational culture of Foundation of Public Libraries six indicators were found. The indictors includedOrganizational enthusiasm, collaboration and communications extra organizational, continuous learning and support of the development, cohesiveness and systematic approach, policy making and planning for opportunity to change and service and marketing library Originality / value: This study was the first study at the national level to identify the indicators of entrepreneurial organizational culture of foundation of public libraries and construct and validate of that.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation status of the customer relationship management in public libraries in Tehran. Method: This study has been performed by the descriptive survey and the comments of 158 librarians and employees working in public libraries of Tehran have been investigated by the researcher-based questionnaire CMR due to the dimensions of Oker and Mavambi Model with three factors (social, technological and intellectual factors) and 15 questions. There has been used SPSS Software 24 and Lisrel Software 8. 8 to analyze data and to perform statistical tests. Findings: According to the results of tables, it has been observed that average scores of persons on CRM is equal to 35532 with standard deviation 0. 6618 and the statistical value T is equal to 10505 that is meaningful at the level 0. 05. Due to this fact that the lower and upper mean is calculated positive for both of them, it can be concluded that the mean of CRM is more than the number 3 (the mean of 5 option Likert) placed in an appropriate level. Originality/Value: by doing this study, it is expected that the role and importance of customer relationship management has been clear for the librarians and employees so that they attempt in this way with more efforts in order to reinforce this important issue and pay attention the needs of customers.

Abstract: 

Purpose: In this research, information literacy standards of American Association of School Library (AASL) were determined in to instructional objectives for Iranian children(7-11 years old). Method: We used literature review for listing instructional objectives of information literacy based on AASL standards, survey of a school staff for extracting suitable Objectives for Instruction, and focus group for determining suitable instructional objectives and arranging them based on a school staff view. Finding: final instructional objectives classified in three group: accessing information efficiently and effectively(Identification of information sources, Formulates questions, drawing concept map, etc… ); evaluating information(understanding of texts, relevance, select appropriate information); using information(speaking in front of a group, note taking, making slides, writing a scientific text contains citation). Final instructional objectives for 7-11 years Iranian children show that focus is on instructing access to information sources. Indicators of evaluation and use of information are less mentioned. In this age focus is on text understanding, relevance and selecting appropriate information. Children in this age use information for decision making and personal relationship and memorizing information. Other ways of instructing information use are: develop writing and speaking skills( making scientific texts and speaking about it), making poster and handy crafts. Originality/value: We need a curriculum development of information literacy for primary school pupils(7-11 years) that covered international standards. Extracted instructional objectives is a part of a general curriculum of teaching information literacy. Product of this research is instructional objectives plus lesson plans and needed Practices. In this article mentioned just final instructional objectives and sample Practices.

Abstract: 

Present: The general aim of the present study is the evaluation of the effect of using IT on agility of library, museum and documents center of Islamic council parliament. Method: This study is descriptive-survey and correlation in terms of method. The study population is all employees and managers of library, museum and documents center of Islamic council parliament. Sampling is not performed due to limited population. To evaluate IT penetration coefficient, Davis (1989) model is applied and to evaluate organizational agility coefficient, Sharifi and Zhang (1999) model is applied. The data collection measure is questionnaire. The reliability of questionnaires is achieved by Cronbach’ s alpha. For data analysis, the responses are transferred by software SPSS 23 and smartpls to computer and data are analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics. For study analysis, after performing normality test of study variables, Spearman correlation coefficient and structural equations modelling with partial least squares are used. Also, Kolmogorov-Smirnov is used to evaluate normality of data. Results: In the continuance of analyses, structural equations modelling with PLS and main and sub-hypotheses are also analyzed. The results of study showed that there was a significant association between IT and organizational agility and the correlation between one by one of independent and dependent variables was at good level. All study hypotheses were supported based on the samples. Originality/ Value: The results indicate that the effect of information technology on organizational agility there and this effect can be said with regard to the use of information technology can cause speed, responsiveness, competence and be flexible. Mechanisms using information technology systems enable greater agility hive can thus be optimized services.

Abstract: 

Objective: This study aimed to test a model of antecedents affecting the development of entrepreneurship in Khuzestan Public Libraries Foundation personnel is conducted. Methods: In this study a sample of 410 employees were selected by simple stratified sampling, were tested. Data collection included questionnaires innovative organizational climate, perceived organizational support, psychological empowerment, organizational creativity and entrepreneurial behavior in the organization. In order to test the proposed model of structural equation modeling was used. Results: The results showed significant direct routes perceived organizational support and organizational creative atmosphere for entrepreneurship development was the removal of non-meaningful routes, the model was modified. Algvyany fitness indexes structural equation, the modified model showed good fit. The results of the indirect relationships, these relationships were confirmed. Keywords: Perceived organizational support, organizational innovative climate, entrepreneurship development, public libraries.

Abstract: 

Purpose: this study aimed to Model for customer relationship management in public libraries and to identify factors influencing was done. Method: The present research is a correlation study. Data were collected via questionnaire. The research population was 380 persons of Astan Quds Razavi library staff that they were randomly selected 153 individuals. was all of employees of the Libraries of Astan Quds Razavi, who were randomly selected. To test hypotheses and analysis datam was performed "structural equation modeling" and software was used SPSS and AMOS. Findig: The finding showed that six factors customer relationship management in libraries as follows: "The technology ", "structure", "Personnel and human resources", "customer focus", "Approach implementation process "and" customer relationship management leadership. " The first and second phases, respectively, 91/0 and 92/0 (GFI) and the first and second phases, respectively, 88/0 and 86/0 AGFI to show that the model is a good fit. The most important factor in customer relationship management, "technology" and "structure" is. And factors "approach to the implementation process", "human resources", "leading customer relationship management" and "customer focus" are the next priority. Originality / value: to identify and improve the factors affecting customer relationship management in public libraries in improving the libraries in the implementation of customer relationship management and thereby retain existing customers and attract new customers to be. Astan Quds Razavi Library managers can using the findings to strengthen the factors influencing the successful implementation of customer relationship management steps.

Abstract: 

The purpose of current study is to evaluation the performance of managers who expertise library and information science in achieving optimal management of academic and public libraries in Tehran city with managers who lacking a degree of Library and Information science. This study of 3rd level of technical skills, management skills and human skills is to be measured. More effort is desirable to measure public skill of management because other factors are involved in management. Methods: The research method was applied to the purpose of the survey was to collect data on the type of research. The sample of the study, all the employees working in public libraries in Tehran (depending on the libraries and municipalities) and libraries of public universities affiliated to the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in Tehran in 1394, which is equivalent to 780 people. To achieve this objective, in addition to theoretical studies and literature review, data were collected using a questionnaire about library management performance measurement reliability with Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 97. 0. Results: Also, it was found that the performance of gender-based library management and library and there is a successful female managers than male managers are in addition to the executive directors of public libraries and university libraries have had a better performance. The results of the data analysis reveals that managers that hare expert in Library and Information Science are more successful. Originality/ value: The value of this paper is to show the importance of expertise of knowledge and information science in libraries management, and this effect can be given management, plans to improve the performance director of the library offer.
