Abstract: 

Introduction: Future study reinforce the strategic flexibility of the organization and with the systematic future studies NAJA can enhance its strategic ability to avoid being unaware at different levels, to achieve its desired discipline and security. method: The research method is a mixed method applied with using exploratory research project. Type of data is Qualitative and quantitative. results are described via descriptive-analytical method, data collection method in theoretical literature is documentary. in the field part interviewing and researcher-made questionnaire was done using scrolling method. Findings: Based on the findings of the research extracted from opinions of the experts, elites and professionals; the proposed model of NAJA’ s future study system consists of six dimensions: The motivators or key elements that influence the NAJA’ s future study system, The capabilities of the NAJA’ s future study system, The main elements of the NAJA’ s future study system, The empowerments of the NAJA’ s future study system, The functions and Core expectations of the NAJA’ s future study system, The Strategic Impact or Consequences of the NAJA’ s future study system, Totally with combination of 52 components. Conclusion: Sorted and categorized components in the six dimensions of the proposed model provide a good understanding of the situation as well as a roadmap for the commanders and relevant managers in order to Organize their goals and plans in an achievable way.

Abstract: 

Introduction: considering high sensitivities of the province due to the geographical situation and natural, human, political-cultural, military and security structures and several years of the crisis, the need for comprehensive knowledge of the province and detailed scientific research to discover the causes and factors of insecurity to find appropriate solutions is inevitable. and this will not be achieved but by the regional studies. the present article is the result of this study in Sistan and Baluchistan region. Therefore, the main objective of the present research is to identify and analyze natural and man made threats affecting the insecurity and disruption of the geographical space of Sistan and Baluchestan. Method: The current research in terms of target is applied and a survey in terms of implementation. The information gathering method is a library and field method. The statistical society of the research includes security and law enforcement experts, authorities and academic elites of Sistan and Baluchistan province. Data were also collected using a valid and reliable questionnaire (Ko''bak alpha equal to 0. 807) and using SPSS software to analyze. findings: Based on the results of Friedman test, it can be said that among the research items, the man made threats category is ranked first with 1. 33 score and the "natural threats" category is ranked second with a score of 1. 08. so The first hypothesis of the research is rejected. Also, the result of T-test for the existence of significant difference between natural and man made threats affecting the geographical disruption of Sistan and Baluchestan indicates that the significance level of the test is less than (0. 05) then There is a significant positive difference between natural and man-made threats at 95% confidence level. Thus, there is a meaningful relationship between the two, natural and man made threats, which is the second hypothesis of the research (confirmation). Conclusion: The results show that the natural and man-made threats affecting this geographical atmosphere in Sistan and Baluchestan have doubled crisis and insecurity. this fact has brought insecurity consequences such as "Threat of Attitude to Government, threat of national identity, threat of social cohesion, threat of social capital, threat of national attachment and threat of social behavior "in recent years. these factors resulted in the emergence of social unrest among citizens, the conspiracy design of foreign actors and the involvement of dissatisfied social groups. has brought.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Considering the necessity and importance of evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs for military organizations and emphasizing the implementation of the operational programs included especially for Amin University of Police Sciences, the review of the training courses has been considered in terms of applicability and effectiveness as an organizational need. Therefore, this study tries to evaluate the effectiveness of training in the general law enforcement discipline of the Police University based on Kirkpatrick's model in three levels such as: reaction, learning and behavior. Method: The present study is a descriptive research method and its data is collected in a survey method. The statistical population consists of university students, i. e., 502 people and their immediate commanders, i. e., 9 people. Using the maximum Cochran formula, 218 students were selected and the sample numbers of commanders were 9. To measure satisfaction and behavioral changes, researcher-made questionnaires have been used to measure the level of learning of the students' end-of-school grades. For data analysis, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistical test and one-sample t have been used. Findings: : The results indicate that the students' satisfaction with training is high (3. 429). The rate of learning is 16. 59, the level of behavioral change in terms of students is high and in terms of commanders is moderate. Conclusion: analysis of data shows that effectiveness of satisfaction level is high. in third level ( behavioral changes) the effectiveness is analyzed high according to students but moderate according to commanders.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The traditional approach to designing occupations in organizations does not meet the needs of today's organizations, and in the new approach called Human Resource Architecture, originality has been given to human resources instead of jobs. In this research, the human resources of the law enforcement have been designed using the Snell and Lepak (2007) human resource architecture model and the desirable combinations of work-life balance plans. Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of the method of implementation, is a descriptive survey. The statistical population of this research includes, 400 of police staff selected by cluster sampling method. The method of data collection and information in this research is library and field survey with questionnaire tool. Findings: after architecturing based on the human resource architecture model with unique characteristics and strategic value, the findings show that the queue employees have a higher strategic and more unique value than the staff of the headquarters. Conclusion: Based on the architectural model of NAJA human resources, the majority of employees have a unique and strategic value above the average, which is higher in queue staff. So, the replacement of these employees is costly for the organization and due to the high role of the queue staff in creating internal order and security, implementing costly and strategic work and life balance plans for these employees is of great importance.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Law enforcement prevention of crime repetition by paying attention to criminals, victims or situations of committing crimes, prevents recurrence of crimes. the purpose of this study is to obtain a proper managerial model of law enforcement prevention from the repeat of armed robbery in the country. Method: the present study is applicable in terms of the practical purpose with a mixed approach with exploratory design. In the qualitative approach, the method is content analysis and in the quantitative approach it is a descriptive method of survey type. The statistical community in the qualitative section includes all experts of law enforcement agencies, in the number of 50 persons and in the quantitative section includes 1136 experts in law enforcement officials. In order to determine the sample size using the Cohen table, the sample volume on 1% error level was 338 and were selected as statistical population. Findings: law enforcement prevention variable from the repeat of armed robbery consists following dimensions: criminal-based prevention, non criminal prevention of victim and social prevention, elements of severity in the penal process of punishment, certainty in the penal process of punishment, acceleration in the penal process of punishment. Conclusion: the results of this study show that law-prevention management in preventing recurrence of armed robbery has three dimensions as follows: criminal-based prevention, non-criminal prevention, environmental prevention via environmental planning, prevention of environmental strategies, society-based prevention. Therefore, the effect of non-criminal prevention on police prevention of recurrence of armed roberry is ranked first and the present status of police crime prevention management is perfect.

Abstract: 

Introduction: One of the methods of crime prevention, which is socially and economically less costly and helps to prevent crime more fundamentally, is crime prevention through environmental design that is less well-considered and used in our country. The purpose of this study is to use the measures of this type of preventive measures by the police, by reviewing the current situation and providing appropriate strategies for achieving the desired conditions. Method: This research is descriptive-analytic in terms of orientation. The statistical population is the scientific law enforcement experts in the city of Tehran. For accurate interviews and achievement of the research framework, according to the scientific and practical records, , 15 police experts and 117 academic expert people were selected to answer the questionnaire. Inferential analysis was performed using statistica software. Findings: Most police interventions of environmental design based on personal minded practices and sometimes hierarchy-coordinated actions that may be largely influenced by changing each leader. Internal Police Policies on crime Prevention through environmental design Fighting crime considering the mentioned priority from the point of respondents views include: promoting the internal organization of Crime Prevention through Environmental Design, improving and introducing new preventive measures in this field and implementing internal measures for Environmental Design. Conclusion: Considering that internal interventions related to environmental design affect various sections of the prevention police in Tehran Bozorg, the announcement of coordinated internal regulations for environmental design by the central prevention police is one of the main steps that is essential for internal actions. In order to increase the success of internal measures of prevention police for environmental design, following elements must be considered: appropriate organizational structure, forecasting of required credits and funding, and training of specialist personnel in the NAJA Prevention Police Programs and as a consequence, in the relevant specialized training programs (Prevention Police of Tehran Bozorg).

Abstract: 

Introduction: NAJA commanders, managers and staffs need to a series of IQ empowerments such as multiple IQ in personal level and also invisible organizational capabilities such as organizational IQ and strategic thought in organizational level. Method: The present research method is descriptive and correlated one. It is applicable with the statistical population of 870 Charmahal – va-Bakhtiari staff police headquarter. to determine the sample population according to Georgesy &Morgan table 365 persons were selected via classical random, the measure table consists of 4 questionnaires such as: strategic thought, organizational IQ, organizational amnasia and organizational agility with admitted credibility and validity. Findings: The results of regression analysis and correlation coefficients show that there is a direct meaningfull relation between organizational IQ and agility with strategic thought. There is also a diverse meaningfull relation between organizational amnasia and strategic thought. Conclusion: Among dimensions of organizational IQ, shared destiny and action stress can predict the strategic thought. among organizational amnasia dimensions, random organizational amnasia can predict strategic thought. considering the importance of organizational IQ and agility of staff to creat order and security and paying attention of the organ to this important fact that in present conditions, they have to act more intelligently to achieve the main goal of organization-creating order and security in the country-. therefore special attention to human resources and proper effective training as a strategic resource is essential. So in order to protect and maintain such a great resource NAJA should make an atmosphere that the complex of organization don’ t be involved with marginal problems to concentrate on organizational missions.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Dealing with individuals in organizations may affect employees' beliefs, feelings, attitudes and behaviors. The type of effective police management and command affects establishing and institutionalizing the organizational justice component. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the impact of police management and command style on organizational justice elements (case study: Tehran First Traffic Police Department). Method: This research is an applied and descriptive-analytical type of survey. The main tool for collecting information is the standard Heri-Blanchard Leadership Style Questionnaire (1982) and Organizational Justice Nihf-Momen (1993). The target community is all 589 staff in regions number1, 2 and 3. Using the Morgan table and random sampling method, 234 individuals were selected as samples. In order to analyze the data, one-way ANOVA, Tukey's post hoc test, and Friedman test for prioritizing components were used in the statistical software "SPSS" version 22. Findings: The findings showed that the participatory management and command style had the most effect on procedural justice and participatory, voluntary and benevolent leadership style on distributive justice. Also, the results of Friedman test showed that exchange justice was ranked first in the community. Conclusion: According to the results of the findings, it can be said that applicable proper policies for observing and monitoring the component of organizational justice in the management process of managers have been effective on distributive justice. Special attention to style participatory administration helps to enhance exchanging justice, as part of priorities.

Abstract: 

Introduction: In the present era, companies and organizations attempt to have tools in order to enhance their business this is a competitive advantage in development of knowledge management in organizations. The purpose of this research is to study the effect of knowledge management on organizational performance considering mediator role of managerial styles. Method: For this research, a sample of 400 employees of the companies associated with the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting has been selected. to collect data a questionnaire was used. Also, In this research, leadership style has also been used as a mediator variable to inspect which management style has the most impact. Validity of the questionnaire was evaluated using descriptive statistics. Data are analyzed and their results are shown using tables and statistical charts. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check the normality of the data. Structural equation model is used to study the hypotheses of this study. Finding: The results show that organizational learning has the most impact on organizational performance among independent variables and the relationship between the process of making knowledge and the performance of the Rational decision-making style is most influential. Conclusion: The results of this research show that among the independent variables, organizational learning has the most impact on the performance of the organization and is most affected by the relationship between the process of creating knowledge and the performance of the organization's management style.
