Abstract: 

Prescribing is one of the main steps in using medicine. Mistakes in prescription can reduce the effectiveness of treatment or increase harm to the patient. Therefore, the aim of producing a prescription software in obstetrics and gynecology was to increase the skills of midwifery students in prescribing as well as convenient of using the medicine for users. This study was a pilot study performed on 23 midwifery students in the 6th semester. Production and implementation of the software was done in 4 stages Students' knowledge and skills, satisfaction and transcription error were collected by sing the pretest, post-test, and satisfaction and medication error checklist. The data were analyzed y SPSS software version 21 and independent t-test. The mean pre-test score in gynecological diseases before the intervention was 15. 48 and the mean post-test score after the intervention was 18. 96. The mean pre-test score in pregnancy diseases before the intervention was 14. 29 and the mean post-test score after the intervention was 18. 10. All of the professors were very satisfied with the software. Ninty one percent of the students rep [orted a very high satisfaction score and nine percent reported a high satisfaction score for the educational package. This software can improve the women’ s quality of life as a new method in clinical education and prevent medical errors in gynecological and obstetric fields as much as possible.

Abstract: 

Aim: The information technology model is used to determine user acceptance and satisfaction with the hospital information system. The purpose of this study was to determine the acceptance rate of hospital information system (HIS) by users based on the model of using information technology in teaching hospitals of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This analytical cross-sectional study was conducted in May 2020. The statistical population of this study was users of the information system of educational hospitals of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences and according to the Cochran formula, 277 users were determined as the sample size. ' Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by content validity and its reliability was measured by Test-Retest (r=0/86). Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 22, descriptive (frequency and percentage) and analytical (Pearson's correlation coefficient) statistics. Results: The average of HIS acceptance variables, including user satisfaction in terms of system support for tasks, user interface, compatibility with tasks, support for cross-sectoral collaboration, learning ability, accessibility and system support services, were 3. 78, 3. 65, 3. 34, 3. 60, 3. 21, 3. 30 and 3. 50 respectively. This indicates a favorable situation for the first dimension and relatively favorable for other dimensions. Conclusion: The users' acceptance rate is represented relatively desirable. But proper communication between users and system owners, using system support, and adopting appropriate management tactics can help increase user acceptance and satisfaction.

Abstract: 

Aim: Intellectual property rights refer to the material and intellectual privileges that create many laws and standards in the international assemblies of many organizations. The present study aims to scientifically evaluate intellectual property rights in the Web of Science information database from its beginning until now. Methods: This study was conducted by the scientometric method and analysis of documents published in the field of intellectual property in 2019. For this purpose, using related keywords, through advanced search in the Web of Science information database, 425, 876 documents were extracted. Scientometric analysis and illustration were performed using Excel and VOS viewer software. Results: The results showed that the publication of articles and documents related to intellectual property rights has an upward trend. This publication has increased from 4 documents in 1899 to 425876 documents in 2019. The largest number of documents were published in English and the United States was the largest producer of these documents. The most prolific author named ANONYMOUS with 4370 writings in this field, BMJ OPEN magazine with 4478 titles, is the core and prominent journal in intellectual property. Conclusion: This study provides an overview of intellectual property rights in the Web of Science, which can be a guidanc and a roadmap for the audiences.

Abstract: 

Aim: Mobile applications are a new method to educate parents of children with cancer. The aim of this study was to identify the educational needs for designing an application for parents of children with acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Methods: In this descriptive study, the information was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability were evaluated. The study population was all pediatric oncologists in Iran, Tehran and Shahid Beheshti Universities (16 people) who were selected by census method. The data were analyzed using SPSS software. Results: According to the result, among the main concepts of the disease, only the methods of preventing leukemia were not identified. Chemotherapy considerations, nutrition and diet management, positiveness, bone marrow transplantation and physical activity management were identified as essential. Conclusion: Since the requirements for designing educational software for educating parents of children with cancer were met basically, by determining the technical capabilities of educational software, it is possible to help educate the self-care of parents and reduce their problems.

Abstract: 

Aim: Effective listening skills, organizational health, and job satisfaction are three factors that affect the quality of service provided by hospital staff, which seem to be related to each other. Therefore, a study was conducted to determine the relationship between effective listening skills, organizational health, and job satisfaction among employees of Ahwaz Social Security Hospital. Methods: The statistical population of this descriptive-analytical study consisted of 750 employees of Ahwaz social security hospital. This study included 230 samples who were randomly selected. Glenn and Pood's effective listening skills questionnaire, Hoy and Feldman's organizational health inventory (OHI), and Minnesota job satisfaction questionnaire (MSQ) were used to collect data. Data analysis was performed through SPSS version 23. Descriptive statistics such as frequency, percent, mean as well as analytic statistics like Pearson correlation coefficient, one-sample, and independent t-test were used. Results: There was a relatively strong significant correlation between effective listening skills with job satisfaction, effective listening skills with organizational health, and between organizational health with job satisfaction. Abstract: 

Aim: To identify the main causes of malnutrition in childhood, it is necessary to collect quality and coherent data at the national level, which requires the creation of a minimum data set. Therefore, the present study aimed to design a minimum set of malnutrition data for children under five years of age. Methods: This quantitative applied study was conducted in two stages in 2019. In the first step, the descriptive-comparative method was used to compare the data elements needed for malnutrition in children under five at the national and international levels. In the second stage, the initial MDS was designed and then validated by experts in two rounds using the Delphi method. The study population was composed of 30 experts in nutritionists and pediatrics who were selected by non-random purposive sampling (criterion Sampling) finally, the cases reached a collective agreement of more than 75% were included in the MDS. The items with a score below 50% were excluded from the proposed MDS. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and Excel software. Results: Approved MDS for malnutrition in children under five had 56 data elements and seven subsets, including child development, demographic and management, clinical and diagnostic examinations, nutritional status, medical history, and tests. Conclusion: The development of MDS plays an important role in improving the quality of information management and early detection of childhood malnutrition. In order to gather uniform data, achieve an integrated information system, and facilitate the sharing of malnutrition data, it is recommended to use this MDS.

Abstract: 

Aim: According to the negative impact of informal payment on the efficiency and equity of the health care system and considering the catastrophic expenditures made for poor and vulnerable groups, this study was conducted to investigate informal payments and the associated factors in the educational hospitals affiliated with Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. Methods: The statistical population of the present descriptive-analytical study was all patients who were discharged from the teaching hospitals of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (10 hospitals) in a specific month of the year 2018 (June). The sampling method was stratified random and 336 people were selected. Data collection tools were a questionnaire and a telephone interview with the patient or the patient's family. The questionnaire consisted of 40 questions in 6 sections. Data were analyzed by using SPSS software version 23, the T-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: The present findings show that the most informal payments were payed to the physicians and then the nurses. Among the physicians, general surgeons (1241+236. 12) ghestiorthopedic specialists (1041+193. 64), and urologists (561+89. 59) have received the h level, amount, respectively. Other findings indicate that the variables of household income ormalfplace of residence and physician's specialty significantly affected the amount of in. Abstract: 

Aim: Evidence-based education is the use of the best scientific evidence in all aspects of education and integration of professional knowledge with empirical evidence in education. There is little desire to use electronic evidence in education for reasons such as lack of access to credible scientific resources and lack of time. The purpose of this study was to design an electronic resources evaluation framework for evidence-based education in medical sciences. Methods: This applied descriptive study was performed by Delphi method. The statistical population consisted of 12 specialists in evidence-based medicine, medical education, social medicine, medical librarianship and information, medical informatics and health information management of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences and some other universities. The data collection tool was a researchermade checklist. The Excel software was used for analyzing the data and CVR and CVI indices were calculated for each data set. Results: Finally, of 182 criteria in the initial checklist, 60 criteria were approved by experts and entered the framework. The criteria related to the recovery and website services received the highest score by the specialists. The criteria of coverage, efficiency, hyperlink and guideline were omitted from the final framework due to not obtaining the required score. Conclusion: The present study resulted in developing a framework of criteria for evaluating electronic resources of evidence-based education with 60 criteria for evaluating electronic resources of evidencebased education in medical sciences.

Abstract: 

نسخه نویسی یکی از اصلی ترین مراحل استفاده از دارو می باشد. اشتباه در نسخه نویسی عبارت است از هرگونه اشتباه که منجر به کاهش اثربخشی درمان یا افزایش صدمه به بیمار می شود. بنابراین هدف از تولید نرم افزار نسخه نویسی در زنان و مامایی افزایش مهارت دانشجویان رشته مامایی در نسخه نویسی و همچنین استفاده آسان و راحت برای کاربران بود. این مطالعه یک مطالعه پایلوت بود که بر روی 23 دانشجویان مامایی ترم 6 انجام شد. تولید و پیاده سازی نرم افزار در 4 مرحله انجام شد. دانش و مهارت دانشجویان، رضایت و خطای نسخه نویسی با استفاده از نمره پره تست و پست تست، چک لیست رضایت و خطای نسخه نویسی جمع آوری شد. نتایج وارد نرم افزار SPSS شد و داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تی تست ارزیابی شدند. میانگین نمره پیش آزمون در بیماری های زنان قبل از مداخله 15/48 و میانگین نمره پس آزمون پس از مداخله 18/96 بود. میانگین نمره پیش آزمون ها در بیماری های بارداری قبل از مداخله 14/29 و میانگین نمره پس آزمون پس از مداخله 18/10 بود. همه اساتید از این نرم افزار بسیار راضی بودند. 91 درصد دانشجویان نمره رضایت بسیار بالا را از نرم افزار اعلام کردند. این نرم افزار می تواند به عنوان یک روش آموزش نوین در بالین کیفیت زندگی زنان را ارتقا دهد و از خطاهای پزشکی پیشگیری کند.
