Abstract: 

امروزه دانشگاه ها، به عنوان مراکز تربیت نیروی انسانی متخصص کشورها، نقش مهمی در افزایش رشد و توسعه اقتصادی ایفا می کنند. در همین راستا، اقتصاد آموزش عالی در چند دهه اخیر گامهای موثری در جهت نحوه تخصیص بهینه منابع فیزیکی و انسانی در دانشگاه ها و افزایش کارایی آنها به عنوان واحدهای تولیدی چند ستاده ای برداشته است. با توجه به اینکه در چند سال اخیر دانشگاه های دولتی ایران قسمت اعظم منابع خود را صرف تولید آموزشی کردند، این مقاله با در نظر گرفتن دانشگاه های دولتی به عنوان واحدهای تولیدی تک ستاده ای (تولید آموزشی) و بررسی ارتباط عوامل انسانی و فیزیکی 21 دانشگاه دولتی کشور برای دوره زمانی 1373-1377 و تلفیق داده های مقطعی و زمانی، یک تابع تولید خطی خاص آموزشی را در قالب یک سیستم معادلات همزمان، به روش حداقل مربعات وزنی (WLS) برآورد می کند که در آن کیفیت تولید آموزشی، سیاستهای پذیرش دانشجویان کارشناسی و کیفیت هیات علمی دانشگاه به صورت درونزا رفتار می کنند. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آنند که در سالهای اخیر سیاستهای پذیرش دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه ها در راستای افزایش کیفیت تولید آموزشی آنها نبوده است؛ با این حال کیفیت هیات علمی، بودجه های گروه های آموزشی، عملیات کمک آموزشی و بودجه های اختصاصی دانشگاه ها در جهت ارتقای سطح کیفیت تولید آموزشی به کار گرفته شده اند. افزایش بودجه های خدمات اداری از کیفیت تولید آموزشی کاسته اند و بوجه های پژوهشی دامنه فعالیتهای آموزشی دانشگاه ها را کاهش داده اند. این نتایج، علاوه بر اینکه بیانگر وضعیت سیاستگذاری بخش آموزش عالی در چند سال اخیر هستند، می توانند به عنوان ابزاری مفید برای برنامه ریزی آموزش عالی در سطح دانشگاه های کشور به کار گرفته شود.

Abstract: 

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین وضعیت اسناد علی و راهبردهای یادگیری در دانشجویان تبریز و نیز رابطه آنها با متغیرهای هوش، خلاقیت، جنسیت و رشته تحصیلی بوده است. برای این منظور، 500 دانشجوی دختر و پسر به صورت تصادفی منظم از بین کلیه دانشجویان انتخاب و با استفاده از پرسشنامه خلاقیت، پرسشنامه CDS، پرسشنامه MSLQ و آزمون هوش ریون اطلاعات مورد نیاز جمع آوری و تجزیه و تحلیل گردیدند. شیوه های اسناد علی دارای سه بعد مرکز کنترل، کنترل پذیری و ثبات پذیری، و راهبردهای یادگیری نیز شامل راهبردهای یادگیری سطح بالا، سطح پایین و راهبرد خود نظم دهی بوده اند. مطابق نتایج به دست آمده، هر چه افراد از لحاظ بهره هوشی و میزان خلاقیت در سطح بالاتری قرار داشتند، دارای مرکز کنترل درونی و کنترل پذیری بیشتری نیز بوده اند. همچنین این افراد (افرادی با میزان خلاقیت زیاد)، در مقایسه با افرادی با سطح خلاقیت پایین، از راهبردهای یادگیری سطح بالا بیشتر استفاده می کردند. نتیجه دیگر آن است که دانشجویان گروه های مختلف تحصیلی در استفاده از اسنادهای علی به گونه متفاوتی عمل می نمودند، به طوری که دانشجویان گروه فنی و مهندسی دارای اسناد علی درونی تر، ناپایدار تر و کنترل پذیرتری نسبت به سایر رشته های تحصیلی بوده اند؛ در صورتی که در استفاده از انواع مختلف راهبردهای یادگیری تفاوت معنی داری نشان ندادند. مطابق نتایج به دست آمده، بین دانشجویان دختر و پسر در استفاده از شیوه های اسناد علی تفاوت معنی داری وجود نداشته است؛ اما این دو جنس در راهبردهای خود نظم دهی به طور متفاوتی عمل کردند و این تفاوت به نفع گروه مردان گزارش شد.

Abstract: 

Today, human capital has an important role in growth and economic development. In recent decades, economic studies of education, specially higher education, have analysed the educational process through production function specification. A major problem of studies in higher education is the complexity which is introduced by joint production. Common sense is that higher education, and universities in particular, produce three outputs jointly, education, research and public services. In this study, it is assumed that the universities produce only education.This research by considering 21 state Universities as single output production units (as education procedures) investigates the relationship between human resources and physical resource for period of 1373-1377.Using a three - equation simultanious model, the university output quality, the university student admissior policy and the teaching staff quality are treated endognously. The results that have been generated by weighted least-squares (WLS) illustrate that in recent years, the student admission policies has decreased the university output quality. But the teaching staff quality as a human resource, has increased the educational production quality.In the other hands, physical resources, for example, educational department budgets, educational aid budgets and self-financed budgets have increased the educational production quality. Research budgets have declined educational activites domain and administrative; budgets have declined educational output quality. So, this is obvious that output variable reflects quantity and quality of educational production. Finally, the results are included the suitable offers for policy decisions in area of higher education.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is causal attribution styles and learning strategies among Iranian university students and their relationships with IQ, creativity, sexuality and field of study. For this reason, 500 male and female students were chosen with systematic random sampling method from all students of university. Creativity Questionnaire, CDS Questionnaire, MSIQ Questionnaire and Reaven Test of IQ were used as instruments for collecting data and analyses.Causal attribution styles have three dimensions and learning strategies have four levels. According to results, students with high IQ and creativity have internal locus of control and more acceptance control. These students persons, in compare to low IQ and creativity ones, were also used more high level of learning strategies.Students with technical and engineering field of study, in compare with other field of study, have more internal locus of control, unstable, and acceptance control. When compare male and female students, there is not any differences in terms of causal attribution styles, but there is differences between them in terms of self-regulated strategies (males are more than females).

Abstract: 

Equal opportunities access to higher education is one of the most important goals in many govemmental system which are based on social equity. To reach to this important goal, measuring the scale of access to educational opportunity in various locations of the country and among male and female in different levels of education such as primary school, high school and university in necessary. In addituon, finding the ways to reduce the gap of invalid access to education should be consiedered. In this paper, firstly a survey on review is given. Secondly, different understanding of educational equity and the ways of access to it are described. To explain the ways to access to educational equity other counties experiences are considered. With doing a descriptive research, measuring the higher education scale in different states is done.To do this the number of male & females students accepted in various governmental universities in noticed, from each state which are finally, the state in which more high school educated are accepted in universities with the use of curve are shown.Furthermore, the states in which less high school educated are accepted in universities are shown and the results with diagrams and tables are explained.

Abstract: 

This study investigated factors associated with job satisfaction among foreign educated faculty members in public universities in Iran. A total of 481 faculty members participated in this research. Factor analysis was used to determine the job satisfaction factors and variables. Results indicated that job satisfaction was related to economic, teaching, recreational and welfare, equipment and facilities, and motivational factors. A stepwise regression analysis was used to assess the effect of these factors on dependent variable job satisfaction). As a result of this analysis economic and motivational factors remained in the model; therefore, it was evident that economic and motivational factors play a much greater role in job satisfaction among foreign educated faculty members. It is suggested that job satisfaction improvement among this group of faculty members requires fundamental changes. Economic development, financial support of universities, changing higher education structure, autonomy, faculty participation, strengthening departments at universities and dominance of academic culture are prerequisites for improvement of job satisfaction.

Abstract: 

Mental health is defined as lack of psychological disorders and a state of well-being. Accordingly, one of the most serious efforts of World Health Organizatlon (WHO) is to reduce the incidence of psychological disorders and problems. Financial and social burdens of mental health probems in a society have a heavy pressure on every government in most countries. Nobody can deny the functional deficiency and insufficient economical productivity in psychological disordered population. Considering this fact that, unfortunately, a very great portion of youth population suffered from different types of mental health problems in every portion of youth population suffered from different types of mental health problems in every society. So, it is essential that governments should have a comprehensive and great emphasis in this matter. The research shows that unfortunately many universIty students are too vulnerable to these problems. For these reasons, mental health programmes and projects.The main purpose of this study is to assess the mental health state especially depression rate in students in Tonekabon Azad Islamic University.The population of this study consisted of the clinical psychology students who were accepted in this Tonekabon University in 1379. The sample includes 120 students (60 male & 60 female) who were recruited randomly from our statistical population. The instrument was Beck Depression Inventory (BOI).The results showed that 29.82% of students were depressed that among this group the severity of their depression was: 19.1% mild depression, 6.66% moderate depression, 3.33% severe depression, 8.3% very severe depression. The mean of depression among female students was higher than male students (9.8, 6.5) which was statistically significant (P<0.05). Also, the mean of depression among single students was higher than married students (3.2, 5.4) that were significant (P<0.01). The mean of depression among non-native students was significantly higher than native students (4, 6.4).We suggested some interventional models for prevention and treatment in this subject. Many universities in other countries are applying these models to promote mental health in their students. It can be considered that we can use the compiling of these models and strategies in our countries. We introduced some of these interventional models in our paper.

Abstract: 

The purpose of present research is to identify the main environmental, internal and consequent barriers of CE in Mazandaran University. In order to get the objective of the study, the pattern of CEB, which is applied in non-profit organizations, was used. The independent variables were categorized in three groups: 1) Environmental variables including lack of competition, managers not having authority to make policies or mission, existence of several stakeholder and responding to people, 2) internal variables including inappropriate decisions of higher management in appointment and selection of lower managers, not giving adequate authority to lower managers and complexity and diversity of goals, and 3) consequent variables, including cultural-social variables despite the inefficiency and success, possibility of the organizations continuation of activities despite the inefficiency and frequent changes of managers in short periods of time. The type of this research is applied and the method is descriptive and correlation in which questionnaire and interview were used for data analyses. The population consisted of 87 heads, deputies and managers of the university, 64 of whom answered the questionnaires. According to the results of the study, using Freidmans test, the internal barriers had the least influence. Among the internal barriers, inappropriate decisions of executive managers in appointment and selection of lower managers, among the consequent barriers, the social-cultural variable and among the environmental barriers, lack of competition were the most important of variables of CEB in Mazandaran University. In the end, it was suggested that a more inclusive research be done on other universities to promote the reliability of this research.

Abstract: 

There is an increasing demand of practical skills among alumni in the competitive society. Closeness of education and occupation promotes employees, capacity and success at their work place. The aim of this study was to create a better understanding of the relationship between education and occupation, and productivity among Iranian psychology graduates or alumni. Doing this, a cross-sectional survey was conducted among 133 graduate students from government universities throughout the country, who were randomly selected. Findings indicate that 65 percent of the contributors in this survey were employed after completing their undergraduate study. A considerable proportion of them believe their education - occupation closeness is either high, or moderate. This situation enables them to use their knowledge in practice. It is concluded that (1) Iranian university graduates do their best in their occupational productivity, and (2) they bring in practice their essential talent and show significant practical skill in an appropriate work environment.
