Abstract: 

این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی مداخله به روش ذهن آگاهی بر کاهش استرس زناشویی مادران دارای فرزند مبتلا به نقص توجه - بیش فعال انجام شد. طرح پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی و به صورت پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش مادران دارای فرزند بیش فعال مراجعه کننده به خانه های سلامت منطقه 21 شهرداری شهر تهران بودند. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 24 مادر بودند که به طور دردسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی، در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گماشته شدند. از مقیاس سنجش اختلال نقص توجه-بیش فعالی و مقیاس استرس زناشویی برای جمع آوری داده ها استفاده شد. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه 2 ساعته ذهن آگاهی را به صورت هفتگی دریافت کردند، گروه کنترل هیج مداخله مشخصی را دریافت نکردند. در پایان، هر دو گروه مجددا ارزیابی شدند (پس آزمون). داده ها از طریق تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش ذهن آگاهی به طور معناداری بر استرس زناشویی مادران دارای کودکان بیش فعال موثر بوده و مادران در گروه آزمایشی کاهش معناداری (p<0.05) را در استرس زناشویی نشان دادند. با توجه به یافته های این پژوهش، میتوان روش مداخله ای ذهن آگاهی را به عنوان یک روش موثر در کاهش استرس زناشویی مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به نقص توجه-بیش فعالی و افزایش سطح سلامت این مادران پیشنهاد داد.

Abstract: 

Researchers showed that high marital satisfaction and having intimacy relationship between couples predicted physical health, total satisfaction from life, appropriate parenting style and job satisfaction, therefore base on healthy marriage approach and cultural and religiosity society of Iran developing and normalization of Afrooz Effort centered thinking and Result-centered thinking Scale (AERS) was main goal of the current study. Toward accomplishment of this end 236 couples (236 women and 236 men) selected from northern, southern, eastern, western and central of Tehran city. Research method was survey. The scale was developed and entitled "Afrooz Effort centered thinking and Result-centered thinking Scale" then we found two factors for scale. The results indicated the scale has a proper criterion, construct and content validity. The cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the scale also was measured, cronbach’s alpha was .95. This scale developed based on healthy marriage and social-cognitive approach that it is fit to Islamic culture of Iran and valuable instrument for research and clinical conditions.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to investigate Attentional control and rumination in people with Obsessive- Compulsive Disorder and normal people. Method of research was ex post facto. The statistical population of the present research comprised the patient with OCD referred to psychiatric clinics in the Tehran city (Iran). The research sample consisted of 30 patients with OCD and 30 people without psychological disorder who were selected by available sampling method. Maudsly obsessive compulsive inventory (Rachman and Hodgson, 1977), Attentional Control Scale (Derryberry and Reed, 2002) and Ruminative Response Scale (Nolen-Hoeksema and Marrow 1991) were used to gather data. Data were analyzed by Multiple analyze of variance (MONOVA). The result of independent t-test indicated that people with OCD have more rumination and less attentional control rather than normal people.

Abstract: 

This research for aimed of investigating the effect of dietary and reflexology over premenstrual syndrome symptoms relief. With this in mind 100 sample were randomly selected out of IAU students. After early screening by individual data questionnaire, twenty-four hour diet recall questionnaire, weight management scale, foot inspection questionnaire, premenstrual syndrome questionnaire sample members divided into 3 groups, two experiment or dietary and reflexology & one controlled groups. The dietary and reflexology treatment methods began on the experiment groups during the assigned time margin. Then premenstrual syndrome questionnaire was carried out on all sample groups for two consecutive months. The resulting data were analyzed and assessed with repeated measures with sphericity test producing the following outcomes that dietary and reflexology does affect the premenstrual syndrome symptoms relief.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study has considered practicality, reliability, validity and norm finding of Rao‘s social maturity test among a sample group of 500 high school female students of Tehran. The sample was selected by no random method and they answered the questionnaires. The questionnaire was used in this study is made of 90 questions. The reliability coefficient of Cronbach‘s Alpha was equal to 0.833 In order to determine inventory validity the oblique analysis was used. Results showed that 10 factors determine 29.115 of the whole variance of variables. These factors are as follows: 1- lack of self, 2-domination, 3- trust in others, 4- laches, 5- Timidity, 6- Variety-seeking, 7- Interest of Justice and Selfishness and 8- Benevolence, 9- Carefree, 10- Grandiosity. The scale was correlated with the social adjustment test. Correlation of social adjustment and social maturity of questionnaires that contains 90 questions was calculated on a sample of 72 students. Results showed that 5 factors: 1 (Lack of self), 2 (Domination), 4 (Laches), 5 (Timidity), 7 (Interest of justice and selfishness) with social adjustment test (CPI) has correlation and correlation coefficient of Rao ‘s social maturity test with social adjustment test is 0.411.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to study relationship between epistemological beliefs (belief in certain knowledge, simplicity of knowledge, omniscient authority, innate ability, quick learning) and academic self-efficacy and identifying the relative contribution of each of them in the predicting surface and deep learning approaches in high school girl students. 311 high school students from Tehran education district 9 were chosen with multi stage cluster sampling, and completed epistemology questionnaire, student efficacy scales and study process questionnaire. Data were analyzed using pearson’s correlation test and stepwise method regression analysis. Results indicated that surface approach was positively related to certain and simplicity of knowledge, innate ability and quick learning but deep approach was negatively related to innate ability and quick learning. The direction of relation between academic self- efficacy and deep approach was positive and with surface approach was negative. Also results revealed that two subscale of academic self-efficacy (tallent and context) were the meaningful predicting factor of deep approach. In the prediction of surface approach three dimentions of epistemological belief, innate ability in learning, simplicity of knowledge, certain knowledge and academic self- efficacy were statistically meaningful.

Abstract: 

This study has been conducted with the purpose of development and standardization of Political Participation Motivation scale for Islamic Azad University students. A fifty six item questionnaire administered over a group of 795 University students (563 females, 177 males and, 55 unidentified) selected randomly, based on proportional stratified random sampling method, from all of the Islamic Azad University students in Tehran. The try-out form of the scale was analyzed several times, via conventional factor analysis, using oblique rotations. The homogeneity reliability of the instrument was 0.880, using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The principal component analysis of the final scale with oblique rotation showed that theoretical structure of the scale contain six components having loading greater than 0.3.:1) Interest in political affairs, 2) acceptance of social responsibility, 3) being in touch with media, 4) participation in political affair, 5) understanding and evalouatin of political affair, 6) asurence of governmental facility. The exploratory factor analysis revealed that several items loaded on more than one factor. The components had extremely high internal consistencies. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the items of the scale loaded on their designated factors.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to Study of Effectiveness of Mindfulness on decreasing marital stress in Attention Deficit/ Hyperactive Disorder children's mothers. The design of the study was quasi-experimental, and of pretest- posttest with control group kind. The statistical population comprised mothers of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) referred to houses of health in No. 21 of Tehran municipality. The research sample consisted of 24 mothers that were selected by the available sampling method and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. ADHD assessment scale and Marital stress scale were used to gather data. The experimental groups received 8 eight two-hour sessions of mindfulness each week while the control group received no specific intervention. At the end, both were re-evaluated (post-test). Data were analyzed by analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). The results indicate that mindfulness training on aritalm stress of mothers of children with ADHD was significantly effective and mothers of the experimental group showed significant reduction (p<0.05) in marital stress. According to these findings, mindfulness training is recommended to be used for reduction of stress marital and improving of mental health in mothers of children with ADHD.

Abstract: 

This study has reviews relation of motivational strategies and emotional intelligence in learning of mathematic lesson among unapt students. According to aims and nature of study, this research has used comparative-reason method. The statistical society of study consists of whole students by borderline intelligence in Qum province at 1389 that 70 numbers of these students were selected by simple random method as the sample of study. The used tools in this research are questionnaire of motivational strategies for learning (M.S.L.Q) Pinterich and Digrot (1990) and questionnaire of emotional intelligence Petraidez and Farenham for measuring rate of emotional intelligence. Based on obtained results from this research, it was shown that the relation of two variables of motivational strategies and emotional intelligence could illustrate the changes related to learning of mathematic lesson among students and the motivational strategies can create impressive effect in learning of mathematic lesson among unapt students. Also emotional intelligence can create impressive effect in learning of mathematic lesson among unapt students. It means that increasing of emotional intelligence causes increasing of learning of mathematic lesson among students and decreasing of emotional intelligence causes decreasing of learning of mathematic lesson among students.
