Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Proper use of command and control center systems in police stations and police stations can provide a suitable decision-making in order to perform police missions optimally by providing a crime model. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the skill injuries of police chiefs and checkpoints in using the command and control center systems. Method: The present study is a mixed research in terms of applied purpose and approach. In the qualitative part, the data were collected by the focal method using the interview technique and in the quantitative part by the survey method using a questionnaire. Sixteen experts were interviewed by snowball method until theoretical saturation. The statistical population in a small part consisted of 95 employees of the Special Disciplinary Command of East Tehran Province. The data were analyzed in the qualitative part using content analysis technique and in the quantitative part in order to determine the gap between the current and desired status of the identified categories, using one-sample and paired t-test. Findings: In the analysis of the findings of the qualitative section, 9 sub-categories were identified for each category and a total of 27 sub-categories were identified. The findings of the quantitative section also indicate that in the current situation, with 2. 52 percent and at a significant level of 0. 01, the average skill readiness of police chiefs and special police command posts in the east of Tehran province in using the command and control center systems is significantly lower than It is the expected limit. And among the dimensions of skill, the behavioral dimension with 2. 75, the structural dimension with 2. 47 and the contextual dimension with 2. 35 percent are significantly lower than expected. Results: According to the research findings, it can be concluded that the current situation of structural, behavioral and background skills of police chiefs and police stations in the east of Tehran province in using the command and control center systems is not appropriate and is significantly different from the desired situation.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: The entry into the information society in recent decades and the commission of organized crime by professional criminals and the fundamental change in the criminal environment have made the police aware of new police approaches, especially the information-oriented approach; Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to design a police crime detection system with an information-based approach. Method: The present study is an applied-developmental study that was conducted by combined method. The statistical population of the study in the qualitative part were 30 experts and experts in the field of crime in the country who were selected by purposeful method and in the quantitative part, there were 455 police experts and detectives who based on Cochran's relationship, the sample size was 208 people. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and documentary method and focal interview were used to set the theoretical model. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyze the data. Findings: The results showed that the police criminalization system with an information-based approach with four dimensions of law (with a significance coefficient of 90%), management dimension (with a significance coefficient of 95%), scientific-laboratory dimension (with a significance coefficient of 95%) and research dimension (with The coefficient of significance is 91%) and fourteen dependent components, which in total proved their significant relationship with a high coefficient. Results: The results of the study show the alignment of dimensions, components and characteristics of information-based criminalization system and their significant relationship at a high level.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: One of the richest concepts and management models in the direction of Islamic civilization is jihadi management style. As unique and enduring epics were seen during the holy defense and the Supreme Leader has repeatedly referred to it as a model of efficient management and a solution to the country's problems, in the current situation and to counter sanctions and the second step of the Islamic Revolution can be used from this model. used. This study seeks to identify and explain the dimensions of jihadi management based on the biography of the commander of the holy defense martyr, Sardar Hossein Kharazi. Method: The present research is interpretive research in terms of research philosophy and exploratory research in terms of purpose; The research strategy is qualitative and uses the method of content analysis. Research sources also collect data related to interviews with fellow martyrs and written sources, including books, articles and documents related to jihadi management and the lives of commanders. Findings: By examining and analyzing the data, basic, organizing and comprehensive themes were obtained. In managerial characteristics, components of planning (such as idealistic attitude in goal setting), organization (such as firm determination in program execution), coordination (such as constant presence in the field of action) and control (such as delegating authority to others) were identified. In the characteristics of leadership, the components of motivation, growth and training, acceptance and popularity, and in the characteristics of personality, the components of self-management, good mood, insight and insight were obtained. Finally, the theme network was mapped using iMindMap software. Results: The final proposed model presents the jihadi management style of Shahid Kharazi based on three indicators of personality traits, managerial characteristics and leadership characteristics, which can be used to take an important step in designing indigenous models and the realization of Islamic civilization.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Today, resilience is one of the most important strategies of any organization, especially police organizations, to prevent disruption or return to the original state and more desirable in case of disruption. The purpose of this study is to provide a model for resilient police logistics. Methodology: This research is applied-developmental in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of type. Semi-structured interviews with 22 experts were conducted using purposeful judgment. The community of research participants is the managers and commanders of the Preventive Police and the Greater Tehran Disciplinary Command related to the operational command in the field of preventive police, university professors of logistics of the Preventive Police and the deputy and expert managers of the Greater Tehran Disciplinary Command. They have a minimum bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of management at the highest levels of law enforcement and readiness and support. The method of data analysis is thematic analysis with Atrid-Sterling approach. Findings: The findings of the study include the dimensions, components and resilient logistics indicators of the police preventive police force with emphasis on the Greater Tehran Police Command. The model presented in this study includes a total of 73 indicators in the form of 15 components and 5 main dimensions. Results: Considering that the issue of logistics resilience in the preventive police is a systematic strategy, the results of the research also the dimensions of the resilient police logistics model in the form of a set of organizational, managerial and technical elements in resilience including organization and management, technology, interaction and Approves and emphasizes capabilities.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: This study was conducted with the aim of achieving a model of key competencies of the revolutionary commander in the military organizations of the Islamic Republic of Iran according to the statements and correspondence of the leaders of the Islamic Revolution of Iran (Imam Khomeini and Imam Khamenei). Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of the nature of the data. Research sources: Twenty-two volumes of Imam Khomeini's (as) Sahifa as the official document of Imam Khomeini's (as) lectures and the contents of the information base of the Office for the Preservation and Publication of Grand Ayatollah Khamenei's works are the most comprehensive official source of his lectures. To achieve the mentioned pattern, the theme analysis technique was used in the analysis of research data. After searching and accessing the relevant statements and correspondences and studying them, open coding was performed in the research sources. Data collected using thematic analysis technique and using the features of Atlas T software. IP, version 8 was analyzed. Findings: After removing duplicate content, merging, summarizing and categorizing the codes, 65 basic themes, 20 central themes and 5 general themes were extracted from 1450 primary codes. Finally, five basic components were identified as the overarching themes of the research and a network of themes and a competency model were designed and mapped. Results: This study showed that from the perspective of the Imams of the Islamic Revolution, revolutionary commanders need to be prominent and privileged in five components: religiosity, popularness, rationality and wisdom, the power of the soul and the greatness of the soul.

Abstract: 

Background and Purpose: the title human capital of the organization is the newest perspective on human beings in organizations that has emerged since the 1950s, and in the decades since, by experts in this field have been accurately explored it. this approach states that the most valuable asset is the only competitive advantage and the most important factor in the innovation, productivity and strategic reconstruction of its human capital organization. Although this issue is presented in the organization to achieve personal and material goals. However, attention to human personality and spirituality in this view is close to what Islam says about human beings, that said, the most valuable asset of a society and its human organization. Method: this research is analytical-descriptive work using a content analysis research mixed method, with a deductive approach, that is do in two steps, first, the categories are in human resource management knowledge reviewed and then in the Holy Quran each of these components is explained and explored, the method of data collection was document review and data analysis and research example the whole Qur'an is considered. Findings: the research findings show that in the exploratory study for human capital, 21 components, with an abundance of 227 notes, were obtained as research notes, 15 of which were approved by the Qur'an in the analytical study, with a abundance of 238 verses as research notes, from 74 Surahs. The results, the results, analysis and check of research data show that the human capital of from the perspective of the Qur'an with a purposeful approach, has three dimensions, 15 components and 25 characteristics, which these characteristics are described in management knowledge as personal characteristics, learning and human capital skills.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: The complexity of crime on the one hand and the transformation of mechanical societies on the other on the other hand, has multiplied the need for participatory and positive approaches, especially in important issues such as order and security. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of transformational leadership on the realization of the community-centered approach of the police with the mediating role of culture and moral values in the workplace. Method: This is an applied research and its method is descriptive-analytical and correlational. The statistical population of the present study consists of 600 executives of the Greater Tehran Preventive Police, of which 234 were selected as a statistical sample by simple random sampling. Data were collected through a standard Transformational Leadership Questionnaire and a researcher-made questionnaire developed by the community-based approach to policing and culture and ethical values. In order to analyze the data, structural equation modeling method and Smart PLS software were used. Findings: The research findings show that 0. 59% of the changes in the realization of community-based police and also 0. 483% of the changes in culture and moral value are predicted by the transformational leadership. The effect of culture and moral values on the realization of community-based police is equal to 0. 291 positive and significant and also the indirect effect of transformational leadership on the realization of community-based police was explained by 14%. Conclusion: The results indicate that by strengthening the indicators of transformational leadership and culture and moral values in the police organization, it is possible to lay the groundwork and accelerate the realization of a community-oriented approach to policing.
