Background and Purpose: the title human capital of the organization is the newest perspective on human beings in organizations that has emerged since the 1950s, and in the decades since, by experts in this field have been accurately explored it. this approach states that the most valuable asset is the only competitive advantage and the most important factor in the innovation, productivity and strategic reconstruction of its human capital organization. Although this issue is presented in the organization to achieve personal and material goals. However, attention to human personality and spirituality in this view is close to what Islam says about human beings, that said, the most valuable asset of a society and its human organization. Method: this research is analytical-descriptive work using a content analysis research mixed method, with a deductive approach, that is do in two steps, first, the categories are in human resource management knowledge reviewed and then in the Holy Quran each of these components is explained and explored, the method of data collection was document review and data analysis and research example the whole Qur'an is considered. Findings: the research findings show that in the exploratory study for human capital, 21 components, with an abundance of 227 notes, were obtained as research notes, 15 of which were approved by the Qur'an in the analytical study, with a abundance of 238 verses as research notes, from 74 Surahs. The results, the results, analysis and check of research data show that the human capital of from the perspective of the Qur'an with a purposeful approach, has three dimensions, 15 components and 25 characteristics, which these characteristics are described in management knowledge as personal characteristics, learning and human capital skills.
