Abstract: 

One of the most important issues in the success and development of the individual and society is the discussion of talent and its recognition. There are many definitions of talent in psychology, each of which deals with different aspects, such as intrinsic or acquired. But so far no comprehensive definition has been provided, and there is much ambiguity. Since the complete aristocracy defining the subject has a special effect on the finality of the definition, this study seeks to identify and discuss the components in the definition of talent from the perspective of the Qur'an by the method of Qur'anic semantics. For this purpose, each word of the Qur'an has been studied through total induction, a semantic network of words related to the concept of talent has been formed. Then, by lexical study and semantic analysis of these words, paying attention to their Quranic usage and extracting verses containing these words, the semantic components of the concept of talent in the Holy Quran were discovered. These components are arranged in a logical order next to each other according to the context of the verses and the position of the words in them, and provide a comprehensive and different definition of the existing definitions. Among the characteristics of this definition, we can point to a holistic view of man, multi-component and process-oriented, orientation and alignment with God, the possessor of grace and social nature, and the responsibility of talent.

Abstract: 

Voice behavior means expressing views that are contrary to current situation and participating in the decision-making process, plays an important role in achieving organizational goals and the growth of educational organizations. The purpose of this study was to identify the principles and components affecting the occurrence of voice behavior from the perspective of Imam Ali (AS) in the form of a qualitative research of content analysis. For this purpose, after reviewing the literature of voice behavior theory, first the components of voice behavior were identified, then by thematic analysis method through purposive sampling, Imam Ali (AS) speeches in Nahj al-Balagheh were drawn in a network of concepts and the most important themes in position It was centralized and other themes were organized around these main themes. Based on the findings, belief in divine centrality, human goodness, human freedom and belief in the afterlife were identified as among the most important Islamic principles influencing this approach and the Islamic reading distinguished this theory from Western individualistic approaches. Islamic participatory behavior was emphasized with the components of strengthening empathy, responsibility, social supervision and fairness. In this way, encouraging employees in educational organizations to exchange views with managers and create a space for designing and sharing ideas and modifying opinions without any negative consequences is a necessary issue.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the views of experts on the factors affecting the formation of Iranian-Islamic identity of young people based on their lived experience. The method of this research was descriptive phenomenology. The research method was descriptive phenomenology and society including professors and experts related to the field of research in 2019. 11 experts were selected by purposive sampling method and in order to collect data, semi-structured interviews were conducted to achieve theoretical saturation. Data was analyzed by Colaizzi method and MAXQDA software. In the process of text analysis and coding steps, 5 general concepts and 12 subcategories were counted. The research findings express several concepts and categories including individual factors (developmental tasks, self-confidence), family factors (family growth-oriented function, efficient family characteristics and inefficiency of family relationships), cultural factors (opportunities and threats of the education system and cultural facilitators), social factors (respect for petty cultures and identity-making patterns) and political-economic factors (weak political trust and macro system supports). The results of this research can be used by professors, students and those involved in the higher education system and policy makers, planners and consultants in the field of youth.

Abstract: 

The present study aims to predict the virtue of teachers causes the component of spiritual capital and components of professional commitment to be done in 2019. The research method was descriptive-correlational and the statistical population included 278 primary school teachers in Turkmenistan and the sample size was selected based on Krejcie and Morgan table to 162 teachers by stratified random sampling method based on gender. Data collection tools included the standard questionnaires of spiritual capital Golparvar, Masahebi, Abedini, Adibi and Abdoli (2015), professional commitment of faith teachers (2010), Cameron's organizational virtue, Bright and Casa (2004). Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression using SPSS 18 software. Findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the components of spiritual value-orientation, privacy with God, the importance of spirituality, spiritual effectiveness, and the virtues of elementary school teachers. The components of job participation, adherence to work values, organizational dependence and professional affiliation have a positive and significant relationship with teachers' virtue. The results of multivariate regression also showed that all components except the components of spiritual value, the importance of spirituality and organizational dependence were effective in teachers' virtue. The component of solitude with God, spiritual influence, adherence to work values and job participation played the most important role in predicting teachers' virtue. It is concluded that with the growth and increase of spiritual capital and professional commitment of teachers, their virtue increases.

Abstract: 

The teaching of the Qur'an in today's society is faster than in the past, but there are still many weaknesses in this field. Therefore, the aim of this study was to identify the disadvantages of Quran education programs in the curriculum dimension in primary schools in the academic year 2018. The method of qualitative research was data phenomenology of the foundation. The study sample consisted of 8 experts in Quranic sciences and Quranic education by purposeful sampling method and the research was conducted using semi-structured interview tools. Data analysis was performed by Strauss coding method in three stages: open, axial and selective. The findings identified five categories of harms: 1. Objective-related harms-little proportion of the goals of teaching the Qur'an to the principles of setting educational goals and emphasizing only the basic goals of teaching the Qur'an-such as reading-and not deeper goals of the Qur'an-such as understanding meaning). 2. Content-related damage (small proportion of Quran teaching content with the principles of preparing and arranging educational content and book content presentation templates), 3 Facility-related damage (weakness of appropriate production and distribution system and poor quality of produced software), 4 Damage related to the teaching method (unprincipled teaching methods of the Qur'an) and 5. Damage related to methods of evaluating students' academic achievement (weak teachers' skills in evaluating what students have learned in the Quran lesson and insignificance of evaluating students' learning). In the end, considering the results of most of the injuries in the two areas of goals and content, it is hoped that the officials and those in charge of Quranic education can provide the quality of Quranic training courses with the right goal setting and content coherence in accordance with the mentioned goals.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of epistemological beliefs and metacognitive strategies on self-directed learning in students in the academic year 1398-99. The research was a descriptive-correlational study. The statistical population of the study included all high school students in Chaypareh city with 1900 people. From this population, a sample of 320 people were selected using Morgan table using stepwise cluster sampling. Data collection tools included Schumer (1993) Epistemological Questionnaire, Fisher, King & Tago (2001) Self-Guided Learning Scale and O'Neill & Abedi (1996) Metacognitive State Questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using regression analysis and path analysis methods. Findings showed that epistemological beliefs can explain 19% of the variance of metacognitive strategies in a negative way and also, variables of epistemological beliefs in a negative way and metacognitive strategies in a positive way can simultaneously explain 34% of the variance of self-directed learning; Also, metacognitive strategies play a significant mediating role in the relationship between epistemological beliefs and self-directed learning (P <0. 05). According to the findings, it can be raised. The direct path from epistemological belief to self-directed learning and metacognitive strategies as well as the direct path from metacognitive strategy to self-directed learning are statistically significant. Therefore, it can be argued that epistemological beliefs in a negative way and metacognitive strategies in a positive way are able to predict students' self-directed learning.

Abstract: 

One of the main reasons for the failure in the higher institutionalization of the education system in students is a different view of education and the separation of education from Instruction from the highest levelsto the lowest levels, ie the classroom and even In the students' transcripts. The main purpose of this study is to find the root and pathology of this problem and provide solutions to solve the educational problems caused by this problem. The present study has dealt with the pathology of the issue of separation of "education" and "upbringing" with a descriptive-analytical method and has provided solutions to solve the educational problems resulting from this separation. According to the findings of this study, the separation of these two units into two distinct streams such as education raises many theoretical and practical problems. A discriminatory view creates the misconception in the minds of the agents of the system that the work of the school and the formal and public education system in practice include two different and distinct activities. This perception leads to the rupture of educational activities and a kind of dichotomy in the activities, programs, mechanisms and inefficiencies of the system and the school, which will ultimately lead to a lack of coherence and unity in the identity and personality of students. The irresponsibility of teachers in playing their educational role, entrance exam and focusing on the central role of "education" in school processes and activities are other consequences of this discriminatory view.

Abstract: 

The purpose of present research was to investigate the components of social responsibility in Nahj al-Balagha and its conformation with the content of social studies textbook in second grade school. The research method in this study was quantitative and qualitative content analysis. In the first part the categories were extracted from Nahjul-Balagha. Then, based on the calculated components, the content analysis of the social studies book was done with a quantitative approach in a deductive way. The samples were selected in a purposeful way until they reached a category saturation. The components derived from Nahj al-Balaghah (including 13 components and 25 sub-components) are: kindness to animals, protection of natural and human environment, kindness and kindness to people, altruism, submission, fairness, central task, support, preaching, Social adjustment, cooperation and cooperation, social order and social participation. The statistical population was the social studies textbooks of the second elementary (fourth, fifth and sixth-grade schools). In the second step, these components were introduced to the second grade elementary social studies textbook. As a result of quantitative analysis of the content of this book. In the meantime, the fifth grade has more components. Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to analyze and explain the philosophical foundations of the components of the spiritual curriculum in primary and high school and its analysis is based on the opinions of professors in the field of spiritual curriculum. The method of this qualitative research was phenomenological. Participants in the study included ten professors in the field of spiritual curriculum who were purposefully selected. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect information. The obtained data were analyzed using thematic categorization and coding. Findings indicated that the spiritual curriculum in elementary and high school with emphasis on epistemological, ontological and axiological angles including: seven main dimensions: ethics, belief in the supernatural, rationalism, aesthetics, humanism, Nature-friendliness and holism; And 40 components in the field of spiritual curriculum. The findings also showed that the inclusion of spirituality in the curriculum of educational centers along with the interaction of these centers with other social institutions provides the necessary conditions for moral and intellectual development of educators. Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to investigate the possibility of using the book "True Story" to strengthen children's thinking. To achieve this goal, the method of qualitative content analysis in four stages of "open coding", "grouping", "categorization" and "discovery of abstraction" has been used. In general, the findings of the present study show that the book of true stories can be considered as a content to strengthen children's thinking. On the other hand, considering that the philosophy program for children is known as one of the important programs for strengthening children's thinking, the philosophical themes of the book can be matched with all approaches of the philosophy program (process, content, connection of philosophy with literature and attention to culture) for children. Also, according to the subject of the stories, one can search for the characteristics of the P4C (philosophy for children) story. These features are sometimes more vivid and sometimes less so in true storytelling. In the end, it is concluded that students 'familiarity with the main principles of these stories, such as innocence, wisdom and physical knowledge of the Imams (AS)-which is tied to the eachings of Islamic knowledge in students' textbooks-can provide a better understanding of new stories by the reader. Provide help from indigenous stories to strengthen children's thinking.

Abstract: 

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the content of newly compiled social studies textbooks of elementary schools in Iran in terms of national and religious identities. For this purpose, two components of national identity and religious identity in all the social science textbooks of primary schools in the 20172018-2018 2019 school year were analyzed. A quantitative method based on the analysis of words and images was used. The components of national identity in this study were comprised of national symbols, national celebrities, myths and personalities, cultural heritage, national values and norms, Persian language and literature, national history and national events. Also, religious identity components in the present study included religious beliefs, praying and worships, familiarity with the Islamic lifestyle, myths and religious landmarks. The sample size was 198 paragraphs of textbooks and 436 pictures in elementary school social textbooks. The research tool was a content analysis checklist, and its validity was established using expert opinion while its reliability was established using the William-Scott method with a 90% coefficient of agreement. Descriptive statistics and Excel was used for data analysis. The findings indicated that 76% of all texts and 64% of all images were focused on identity components. The results of this study indicated that in the textbooks under study, the components associated with national identity were more frequent in comparison to those associated with religious identity.
