Abstract: 

Farhangian University in terms of the position of needs, content and method in E-learning. The statistical population in this study was 150 virtual course students of Farhangian University of Kerman. Using Morgan's table, 106 people were selected. The sampling method was used purposefully, i. e. those who have participated in virtual training courses. The data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to measure the validity of the questionnaire, its content and formal validity were evaluated by professors and experts and its reliability was estimated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for 0. 869 students. Data analysis was performed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics (single-sample t-tests). The results showed that for the students of Farhangian University, the content factors presented in the E-learning courses are desirable and the factors of attention to the needs of the students and the teaching methods of the professors in the virtual course are undesirable. In general, the research findings showed that, on average, it is undesirable for Farhangian University's E-learning courses for students.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of feedback corrective teachers in a formative evaluation of the Resiliency Education and Meaning of education Khorramabad city was the first high school male students. this quasi-experimental study in which the pretest-posttest control group was used. The sample consisted of 40 subjects that among male high school students of Khorramabad selected by multistage cluster sampling method and were randomly assigned to experimental groups (written and verbal feedback Butler and Wine-based model) and control group were assigned. The intervention groups for 10 weeks after genetic evaluation model based on feedback received. During this period, the control group received no intervention. The data were collected from questionnaires meaning of education and resilience scale study in the pre-test and post-test for both test and control groups were used. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance. Covariance analysis showed significant differences between the two groups. they come to significantly increase. Results showed that the level of academic resilience and Meaning of education experimental group was significantly increased compared to control group. they come to significantly increase. Thus If the teachers after the model of formative assessment Butler and Wine to provide feedback to students, they can study the level of resiliency and Meaning of education to significantly increase.

Abstract: 

the lesson of composition causesblooming of students ’ creativity. But the atmosphere dominated the education of country and using conventional and uncreative methods made this lesson away from its purpose and prophecy for many years. This research attempts to specificallyproceed to the available solutions. For this purpose, in order to compare; this research has proceed to the effectiveness of synectics teaching method and conventional teaching method on the elementary Students’ lesson of composition. . The research method in this study is of semi-empirical one group method with pretest-posttest. The sum of students are put only into one groupthat have been studied both as the control group(proof group)and test group. Pretest is used in order to similarity and standardization of the group. That is; one content taught to one group of students in two methods(conventional and synectics). Statistical population is the students of“ Seenky elementary school” of” kalaleh county “ who are studying in academy year of1396-1397. The statistical sample is composed of 20 of sixth level of elementary students. Research instrument in the present study consist of6 subject matter of composition that of them, 3 subjects have been taught in conventional way and the other three subjects taught in synectics method. Every subject matter have been taught in 8 sessions and have been corrected and scored in separate intervals via pre-preparedevaluation criterion that is approved by clear-sighted and master technique professors. Then have been analysed by spss software and t-test. The results showed that: In comparison with conventional method; Teachingthrough synectics method had more impact on the improvement of elementary students’ power of writing composition.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to investigate the views of faculty members and students on the effect of using peer assessment methods on the level of knowledge, skills and attitudes of university student teachers in Farhangian internship curriculum. The statistical population of the research including all faculty members of the internship course unit in the field of primary education at Farhangian University of Isfahan province, was 27 people, and all students of primary school teachers of Fatemeh Zahra Campus of Isfahan Farhangian University in the 98-97 academic year and included 60 people. A complete census method was used to determine the sample size of the faculty members. The sample size of the students was determined by simple sampling method and using the table of Kerejcie-Morgan 50 people. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 32 items and its reliability was estimated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient in the two sections of faculty members and students at 0. 87 and 0. 81, respectively. Data analysis was performed using t-sample statistical test in SPSS software environment. The results of the research showed that both groups of faculty members and students emphasize the positive effect of this evaluation method on improving the level of knowledge, attitude and skills of students. There was also no significant difference between their views.

Abstract: 

The aim of the present study was to mediate the role of goal orientation in the relationship between emotional intelligence and students' academic performance. The research method was applied in terms of purpose, for which descriptive-correlation method was used. The statistical population consisted of all first-year high school students in Camfirooz. To determine the sample size, 150 students were selected using multi-stage cluster sampling method. Data collection tools included three questionnaires of Fam and Taylor's academic performance, Buffard's and colleagues' goal orientation, and emotional intelligence, which confirmed the validity and reliability of the tool. In order to analyze the data, the descriptive statistics of mean and standard deviation statistics and the methods of inferential statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple mediation model test were used using Pritcher and Hayes statistical program. The results show that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and academic performance. There is a significant relationship between goal orientation and academic performance. Emotional intelligence has a significant relationship with goal orientation. Orientation-oriented performance plays an intermediate role in the relationship between emotional intelligence and academic performance.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between "spirituality in work" and "responsibility" with "educational performance" of elementary school teachers in Qom city. Methods: The present study was in terms of approach; quantitative, from the point of view of purpose; applied, in terms of information gathering method, survey and in terms of analytical method, descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this study was primary school administrators working in Qom city (544 people) in the academic year of 97-96. The sample size was 224 with the help of Morgan table. The stratified random sampling method was used to collect the data. All of the questionnaires were provided with face and content validity and reliability (using Cronbach's alpha). Findings: Findings showed that all three components of "spirituality in work", "responsibility" and "teacher performance" of teachers are positively related. The proportion of this relationship in men is higher than of women (apart from the ratio of "spirituality in work" and "teachers' educational performance" that is the same). In all three components, the female score was higher than that of men, meaning that this difference was significant in the components of "spirituality in work" and "educational performance" and was not meaningful in the "accountability" component. Conclusion: Based on findings, it is concluded that strengthening the two factors of "spirituality in work" and "responsibility" will increase the effectiveness of the "educational performance" of elementary teachers. It is also suggested that components of "spirituality in work" and "responsibility" be used in teacher rating and promotion.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to identify the problems of process to select candidates for admission to Farhangian University in order to provide a suitable model. According to the purpose, the research method used is qualitative grounded theory. The statistical population of the study consisted of all faculty members and lecturers of Tehran and Markazi provinces, among whom 18 faculty members and 20 lecturers were selected using voluntary sampling method. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect the required data. Thematic analysis method was used to analyze the data. The results show that from the perspective of the experts, the problems of the interview process and the selection of candidates for admission to the Farhangian University are six and eight, respectively. Based on the findings of the present study, it can be concluded that the interview and selection process of candidates for admission to Farhangian University has significant problems in terms of content and implementation. It seems that by resolving its content and implementation problems based on the components of the model presented, it is possible to recruit qualified, motivated and interested volunteers with professional competency, and physically and mental health, to study at Farhangian University and enter the teaching profession. It is suggested that, depending on the components of the model, the interview process and selection of candidates for admission to Farhangian University be carried out to select the gunmen.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Keeping up with future developments and making positive changes in keeping with it is one of the major goals of educational systems including teacher training centers. The main purpose of this study was to design a paradigmatic and conceptual models for future teacher training in the Iranian educational system. Method: This research is a qualitative research based on the grounded theory. The statistical population includes faculty members, teachers and experts in the field of teacher training whose method of selection was purposeful and snowball type. In total, 31 individuals were interviewed, including 10 teachers, 12 faculty members and 9 experts. Findings: Data were analyzed through semi-structured interviews during three stages of open, axial and selective coding which was done in the form of a paradigmatic model and a conceptual model. Causal conditions (explicit and implicit expectations), focal category (human resources, interactions in effective learning, Future-based curriculum), strategy (individual, participatory, educational), contextual factors (optimal timing and Thoughtful content, Extended evaluation system), confounding conditions (organizational and psychological dimensions) outcomes (Educational, organizational and evaluation competence). Conclusion: The model obtained, the process of innovation, and useful changes in current teacher training and future teacher training reflection. To obtain validity of data, two methods of participant review and review of non-participating experts were used. At the end, based on the findings and results, guidelines for model implementation and excellence of future teacher training centers are presented.
