Abstract: 

The evaluation of the organizational performance is an important area in management. The significance of the performance evaluation is mainly associated with its necessity for the originations and managers. In other words, if the performance of the organization is not evaluated, its management is hampered. This study aims to examine the relationship between the components of organizational performance evaluation. The research population includes 30 cases chosen from the university lecturers and the elite in the fields of organizational performance evaluation, supply chain, logistics and support. The sample size was determined using the census approach. The research method was descriptive and correlational, and a self-constructed questionnaire— using the Delphi method— was used to collect the data. The validity and reliability of the scale were reported as 0. 96 and 0. 91, respectively. The obtained data were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of tables and figures. The data were analyzed by Smart PLS and Structural Equation Modeling. Attempts were made to examine all the factors affecting the logistic organizational performance. Therefore, six main factors and 30 minor factors in the form of 101 items were examined. The results showed that infrastructure and input, growth and learning, results and consequences, stakeholders’ satisfaction, finance and procedures were confirmed as main factors of logistic organizational performance evaluation. The model was also reported powerful according to goodness of fit indices.

Abstract: 

Given the importance of brand success in small and medium-sized businesses and especially in knowledge based companies, this research was implemented by goals of identifying and leveling factors affecting the brand success of knowledge based industries in technology units based in the science and technology park of Semnan province using the ISM method. To do this, the views of fourteen university professors and experts of the organizations studied, the factors affecting the brand success of knowledge-based companies were examined and after the final refinement, eight factors were selected. In the next step, these factors were stratified by Structural Interpretation Modeling Technique. Finally, among the factors affecting the brand success of knowledge-based companies, the history of the company and the type of ownership, is first and the most influential factor. Next, brand features are located. The third level includes the market share, the fourth level is the size of the company and the market share and, ultimately, the most influential factors, communications and marketing plans are at the fifth level. This leveling enables knowledge-based companies to formulate the strategies needed to succeed in their product brands and move them closer to their ultimate goal as they progress at each level.

Abstract: 

This study is done to identify affecting factors on the improvement of online shopping with respect to the customer decision-making process. For this purpose, the literature review were used and then using interpretive structural modeling for defining relationships between affecting factors on the improvement of online shopping. To define these relationships, 16 expert opinions on management and information technology were taken. The results show that the model includes seven factors: Channel Quality, Website Quality, Product Features, Advertising, Transaction Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Online Shopping Improvement. Website Quality, Product Features, Transaction Quality have a fundamental role because of high driving power and low dependency. After that, Channel Quality, Advertising, and Customer Satisfaction are at the center of attention. Finally, the goal variable of study-improve online shopping-is placed the third level because of having lowest driving power and highest dependency.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, evolution in science and technology has made the knowledge as a most strategic and value adding source, especially in academic canters. In addition, knowledge can help the core competency and performance of an organization when is used in the context of Open Innovation. (OI) Using open innovation in academic canters in order to collect information from the internal and external environment and convert it to knowledge، is a vital activity to survive the organization in this varying environment. Universities and academic canters can achieve their goals by managing knowledge based on open innovation approach. This research is going to design a Knowledge Management (KM) model based on open innovation. The research uses qualitative methodology to generate the model. According to literature review and semi-structured interviews with 14 experts, technology, process and structure, culture, human capital and work are the important dimensions of the model. Also we found 12 components and 44 indicators for the 4 dimensions of the model. Finally, the model validation process was done by a questionnaire distributed among 56 KM and OI experts.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the impact of future-oriented talent management on the success of employees' career through the mediating role of Proactive Career behaviors. This research is an applied research and is a descriptive survey research. The statistical population of this study was 384 people who work in South Oil and Gas Companies that were estimated using Cochran formula and cluster sampling method. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by content validity method and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method. In this study, structural equation modeling approach and Smart Pls2 and Spss 19 software were used. The results show that future-oriented talent management has a positive and significant effect on career success and Proactive Career behaviors. The results also indicate that proactive career behaviors have a mediating role in the impact of future-oriented talent management on career success.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to provide a comprehensive literature on improving the competitive advantage of businesses through higher education to provide a comprehensive framework of the role of higher education in promoting the competitive advantage of businesses. This research is applied in terms of purpose and is done by qualitative method beyond research synthesis. The statistical population is all studies conducted in the period 1991-2018. n the field of the subject, 150 studies were evaluated and finally 28 articles were selected purposefully. And the systematic composition was selected and analyzed and its validity was confirmed by testing structural equations. The results showed that the most important key components of learning society are political environment, economic environment, legal environment, knowledge production, human capital, research, information technology, social capital, contract implementation, tax system, institutional regime., Attracting knowledge, good governance, total productivity of inputs, product quality, and innovation are in three categories: contextual, intermediate and independent factors. Finally, after 6 stages of research, the model of promoting the competitive advantage of businesses was presented through higher education. Competitive Higher Education Centers in a Dynamic Learning Community, Free Economic System, and Democratic Political System, by promoting knowledge production, human capital accumulation, social capital accumulation, and innovative interactions with industry, government, and civil society, to promote Competitive advantage and competitiveness help businesses.

Abstract: 

The variety of ways in which customers engage with brands through social media has become a challenge for brand managers. The challenge is how to use social media with a strategic approach and how much content to generate so that company-customer interactions can create value for the organization. For this reason, it is important to know to what extent brands should focus on social media engagement satisfaction and its role in creating value for the organization. In this study, researchers will use descriptive and inferential statistics to analyze the data collected from the questionnaire to find the answer to this question. Also, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis along with structural equation model has been used for inferential data analysis. The results of this study suggest that high consumer satisfaction with brand interactions on social media is significantly effective in creating a higher customer longevity value for the brand. Also, high consumer satisfaction in brand interactions on social media has been effective in creating the value of higher customer influence for the brand, in creating the value of higher customer knowledge for the brand and in creating the value of customer knowledge.

Abstract: 

The objective of this research is the design of a development process of urban entrepreneurship in workingwomen in Tehran city. The current research has a qualitative approach and utilizes the theory based on data. After selecting 14 outstanding urban entrepreneurs and woman using targeted sampling and semi-structured interviews, the data ware acquired. Then analyzed in three stages of selective, axial and open coding, leading to the identification of 4 main branches with 41 sub-branches. The results verify that the main aspects of the development model of urban entrepreneurship consists of causal factors (no discrimination, Family support, social values and norms, Religion and beliefs, establishment of supporting laws, Securing Women, development of technical and professional education, Provision of facilities and Promotion of entrepreneurial culture, Infrastructures, Methods and processes and Social innovations), the intervening factors(support of the public and private sectors, presence of media, System of education, Fixes barriers and permissions, community associations, External incentives, Support for new ideas and ideas, Parallel support services, Economic fluctuations, Social capital and Marketing services and promotions) and contextual conditions(Entrepreneurial behavior, Trust and Belief in Women's Ability, Experience and skill Inner encouragement, culture of the society, supervision and assessment, supportive statutory laws for ladies, Coordination between women, Network and communication skills and people) By shaping the policies and organizing educational plans, training courses, and empowering of women, as well as establishment of supportive units for the development, identification of the opportunities, Developing Protective Rules, Training and development of entrepreneurs and stability of the economy, the abovementioned factors might lead to a cultural, social and economic development, employment of women, motivation and tendency towards entrepreneurship, investment security and initiation and development of entrepreneurship among women. The recognition and exploitation of international technological opportunities is the fundamental process is in the international technological entrepreneurship. Because of the radical changes in the high and advanced technologies related to the information technology, Dynamic capability is one of the important factors for IT based start-ups in the successful international value creation. this concept is under researched. For this purpose this study investigated managerial dynamic capability role in the international opportunities exploitation by IT based start-ups. By using multiple case study methodology and conducting 12 semi structured interviews with Iranian IT sector start-ups who participated in the international markets and analysing the qualitative data, the study show that managerial dynamic capability have the important role to foster international Technological entrepreneurship.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, it is an essential for organisations to move forward to achieve new technologies. However, organisations should assesment all aspect of technology transfere before do it for their own organisation. In this research, the factors affecting the acceptance of the Information Technology (IT) in health section is studied. For this, establishment the Hospital Resource Planning (HRP) in governmental hospitals of the Semnan is considered as case study and to investigate the relationship between effective factors, a survey research has been used. The research population consists of 600 qualified personnel of govermental hospitals in semnam state. Sample size was obtained 147 based on kochran method. Therefore, 200 number of questionnaires include 7 dimensons based on Vakentash model were distributed via simple random sampling. 150 perfect questionnaire were gathered and data were analysed using SPSS and smart PLS 3. Results in 95% confidence interval show that lubrication of hospital proccesses is affect on both of perceived usefulness and using tendency of Hospital Resource Planning (HRP) systems. In addition, organizational facilitators can cause in increasing perceived easly using of this system. Finally, the security of hospital resource planning systems will increase the willingness of employees to use it. The results of this study provide a native model of technology acceptance in the field of health care. According to these results, issues that authorities in hospitals and upstream organizations, including the Ministry of Health, should be ensure about them have been detected.

Abstract: 

Background: Nowadays different social systems are facing complex and developmental challenges, changes are happening very fast and new forms of conflict are appearing. One of the approaches used by organizations to deal with increasing challenges is entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship in an organization is the result of effective management in the company. Objective: A study on the effect of Human resource management practice on the Intrapreneurship with its as a mediating role on for Employee Empowerment. Methodology: The methodology used in this research is practical and data collection is descriptive _ survey based. Statistical Population includes state company managers and supervisors located in the city of Bushehr and random sampling selection is used. 163 surveys were collected. In order to the literature of the research and to design the utility model; in data collection, the researcher has used libraries method and used internet scientific search engine and based on that, the theoretical foundation for the project is prepared. At last, the questionnaire which is some sort of the whole five-item Likert approach is used. Findings: As a whole 15 project hypotheses, two hypotheses weren’ t approved and the rest are at the level of 95 percent assurance and given the reported statistical scale t, critical level of 1/96 was approved. Conclusion: The results show that compensation, practical management, instruction and work relationships with its role as a medium for the competency, meaning and impact the Intrapreneurship, even though employment and self-determination won’ t influence the variable Intrapreneurship.

Abstract: 

Public-private partnership (PPP) is a new way to expand public services through the private sector. PPP have become common in providing high-quality infrastructure in many countries worldwide. One of the main reasons for PPP agreements is to improve efficiency and quality in the delivery of public services, as well as to boost investments for expensive projects, which should be given more attention in Iran. This research is aimed at identifying effective factors in the success of public-private partnership Urban Civil Infrastructure Projects in Tehran Municipality and providing its model. The research method in this research is Applied, Field, Exploratory, Descriptive and causal. The statistical population of this study is all internal and external stakeholders are influential on private sector investment in Tehran Urban Civil Infrastructure Projects plans. In this study, using a questionnaire based on experts' opinions and research literature, data were collected and analyzed through Exploratory Factor Analysis. Factors affecting public-private participation in Tehran urban civil engineering projects and related model were extracted. The results of factor analysis show that the following seven factors affect the success of public-private partnership in our model, which are 1-Transparent processes and procedures 2-Knowledge, skills and support of managers 3-Legal support and incentives 4-Health of the administrative system 5-Political stability and support 6-Capacity Building 7-policy making.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, industries, especially the banking industry, are facing a much more complex environment than the past decade. Therefore, they have to adapt to the environment to obtain and maintain their competitive edge. The traditional banking system is no longer efficient enough, while a universal banking system can provide more varied services to a more diverse clientele. Considering the radical humanist paradigm in the analysis of social theories and a focus on the effectiveness of capable human resources for the correct implementation of universal banking in Iran, the present paper aims to propose a universal banking system focusing on the empowerment and skill development of bank employees. This study used the Delphi fuzzy method to select experts and classify and analyze their responses. Further, the Linear Programming and, FGTMA-FDEMATEL and screenwriting method was used to identify and investigate the criteria correlationsand map the network relationships. Arobust statisticalmethod was used to solve optimization problems based on data uncertainty. and lingo software was used to solve the problem. The results drawn from the model indicated that factors such as employee decision-making ability, responsibility towards executing a decision, access to decision tools, and employee self-efficacy sources influence the empowerment of employees and correct implementation of private, corporate, business, and investment banking. Further, they showed that sense of competence, motivation, participation, sense of effectiveness, and information technology influence universal banking. In addition, training and reward influence all types of universal banking

Abstract: 

Having entrepreneurial spirit and behavior for small and medium enterprises is essential and inevitable, in order to adapt to environmental conditions and changes. This behavior must be institutionalized within the heart of that organization's culture. This research is an applied and descriptive correlation study. The statistical population of this study is small and medium enterprise managers in Sanandaj, with the names of small and medium enterprises with 120 companies being announced by Sanandaj industrial partners. Based on the number of companies and the use of the Morgan table, 92 of the owners of these small and medium enterprise were randomly selected. In this study, the questionnaire was used to collect information. After completing the questionnaires, the collected data were analyzed using SPSS software in two descriptive and inferential fields. The results show that organizational culture is related to entrepreneurial behaviors. However, managers of these businesses gave the most value to the fundamental values among the dimensions of organizational culture and also aimed at reversing the relationship with entrepreneurial behaviors.
