Military deterrence and its application date back to the history of war. In fact, deterrence does not physically repel the enemy, but psychologically prevents the enemy from invading. Today, despite the concept of deterrence in all spheres of military, defense, political, and even economic, the single model of the codified hierarchy has not been formulated in Islamic defense literature. In this research, to present the model of military deterrence, we have first obtained four valuable Islamic sources: the Holy Quran, the Prophet's Scripture, the History of Islam and the Najaf al-Balagha, through consultation and interviews with experts on identifying the main sources of Islam in the field of research. Since the word "military deterrence" is not mentioned in the above sources, the key words and components of military deterrence have been extracted through exploratory studies as well as interviews with military and strategic experts of the country. The data were collected based on the data theory process of 42 open source, 14concepts and 7 categories. In general, the model of military deterrence from the Islamic point of view is presented in the form of a paradigm-based model based on the theory of data. Given that Islam is a supporter of peace seeking for the rights of the world's oppressed, this model of military deterrence emphasizes the need to prevent war and violence, and there is a clear difference between pre-emptive Western attacks and the violence of some apparently Islamic sects and ethnicities. There is a farewell to al-Qaeda, such as the terrorist group.

The economic war of global arrogance with the Islamic Republic of Iran in recent years, after which the announcement of the general resistance policies by the Supreme Leader and its repeated emphasis on its implementation, has made important the implementation of communication policies. From the point of view of the experts, the implementation of these policies, It calls for precise planning as a basis for self-fulfillment. In this regard, institutions as the rules of the game in the community and the most important means of interpreting external facts, as well as the grounds for executive actions, play an unmistakable role in the implementation of any program, and for this reason, we attempt to develop in this paper. Let's take them into consideration. This research, which is descriptive in terms of the applied developmental purpose, in terms of the mixed approach and descriptive analytical method, has tried to analyze the content of the documents through the Web and the library as well as through the interview and distribution of the questionnaire among the 12 academic experts and The top economic leaders of the country compiled for the above issue. The present study also examines the role of institutions in implementing general policies of resilient economics and proposes, along with the proposed institutional mapping, the components of the content analysis of the general policy guidelines, which is provided by a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been confirmed by the experts. Its main question is how the institutions co-operate in implementing the general policies of the resistance economy and its associated institutions, and its subsidiary implications are how to influence the implementation of the general policies of resilient economics and the institutional arrangements and structures that are effective in implementing the overall policies of the resistance economy. According to experts, informal institutional arrangements (culture and beliefs), institutional structures (administrative bodies), and non-governmental institutional structures (NGOs and organizations) require improvement and improvement. At the same time, formal institutional arrangements (laws and regulations and property rights) require a fundamental change. In the area of institutions associated with general policies of resistance, institutional improvement and reform are essential.

The Present Era is a Period of Sweeping and Overwhelming Changes That are Filled with Vague Situations, with Opportunities and Threats in Various Fields Facing Leading Executives and Organizations. Effective Managing and Commanding in Such Situations Requires Having Risk Management Skills and Promoting a Risk-Taking Culture Appropriate to The Nature and Status of Any Organization. This Research Seeks To Provide a Model Of Risk-Taking Culture in Defensive Organizations of Islamic Republic of Iran and Provides Suggestions For Promoting Risk-Taking Culture. This Research Is a Practical and Qualitative-Inductive Research. Grounded Theory Has Been Used for Introducing The Model. The Sources of Research Information are Statements of Our Supreme Leader in defensive organizations. Research Findings Show That Risk-Taking Culture Consists of Four Main Dimensions: Risk-Orienting, Flexibility and Dynamism, AdventuresomeDecision-Making, Humanism. In Addition, Factors Facilitating the Development of Risk-Taking Culture are: Values, Risk Competencies, Motivational System, Organizational Relationships and Organizational Requirements. Accordingly, Some Practical Suggestions Have Been Used for Promoting a Culture of Risk-Taking in Such Organizations.

The main purpose of this research is to provide a strategic model for the management of state retirement affairs based on the discourse of the Imam and the leadership, the constitution, the experiences of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the use of successful human experience. For this purpose, 80 experts from the State Pension Fund have been used to sample and collect information. In the analytical section of this thesis, using the content analysis of the upstream documents and laws, the experiences of the system and the international experiences as well as the words of the Imams revolution, the codes related to the nine dimensions of the model (doctrine, policy, goals, planning, organization, Guidance, coordination, control, implementation and implementation). For alalyzing data Maxqda software is used. Finally, this research has identified a model with nine-dimensional indicators and sub-components related to the strategic model of retirement management, each of which has its own weight.

Then, using the paradigm model of the data theory theory, the relationship between the six groups of the theorems, the causal factors, the central theme, the intermediary factors, the dominant context, the strategies, and the results and consequences were presented. The purpose of this research is to explain the concept of knowledge and its components and its elements, as well as the relationship between these components and components from the perspective of Islam. Using extraction, the categories and subject matter of knowledge and its characteristics and characteristics were determined.

Islamic Republic of Iran has achieved partial success in establishing its cultural products in the international arena which has received considerable endorsement by the public in many countries. However, it is widely believed that current status of such cultural products does not yet fully resemble its full potential and has not secured a permanent place in the market. We believe this could be achieved through creating demand or responding to such existing demand via devising a strategic marketing scheme. This research is aimed at the identification and design of Islamic Republic of Iran's strategic marketing scheme in the international markets as well as identification of relevant construct, dimensions measures and prioritization, evaluation and exploration of correlation among those parameters and features. This research could be categorized as an application-oriented research where it utilizes a fusion of qualitative methodologies. In order to achieve its goal, theoretical foundation of "Upper-Category" documents were analyzed using induction and features were extracted. Those features were later complimented by result of methodical consultation with an assembly of 45 experts of the field. The result was aggregated and produced 12 fundamental elements and 4 dimensions which was used to qualify validity of prior belief of relevance correlation among dimensions, elements and features indexes. Based on this outcome as well as the established priority and relevance, a 345 questionnaire filled by expert of the field in cultural product exportation was consulted and finally, current and optimal level of features indexes was achieved.

Developing the zone of acceptance is very important for military organizations and especially for Imam Ali Military Academy as the center of higher education in I. R. I. Army. In the first stage of current mixed method research, the comprehensive model of zone of acceptance designed through employing grounded theory methodology and in-depth interviews with experts. In the second stage, there were quantitative tests about the relationship between the produced model factors. The results show that, the most effective factors on the personnel zone of acceptance are the acceptability of commander and compliant competence. On the other hand, the strategies that extending the zone of acceptance including 7 components (meritocracy, proper socialization, various relationships, varied rewards system, training, empowerment, and management by objective) were recognized that all of them affected by organization and the society and affected the zone of acceptance. Employing the detected actions of human resource management, Imam Ali Military Academy is able to extend the zone of acceptance of its staff.

Sanctions are always considered as part of the threatening process against the Infrastructures of Strategic Power of the Islamic Republic of Iran with the aim of implementing a regime change strategy that it requires the security and geopolitical needs of our country and it identifies the mechanisms necessary to counteract such actions. For this purpose, it is possible to achieve this by using the ideal of orientation components that Imam's discourse is crystallized to confront economic sanctions. The aim of this research is to "analyze the discourse of thoughts, opinions, ideas and guidelines of Imam Khomeini(Mercy upon him) against economic sanctions. " The present research is an applied-development research that in it according to necessity, documentary methods, quantitative and qualitative content analysis as well as discourse analysis is used to explain their thoughts, opinions, ideas and commands. The results of the analysis of Imam Khomeini's discourse(Mercy upon him) show that the enemy, having a discourse of domination with the aim of reducing the level of tolerance of the community, undertakes to impose sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran for Non-accountability, Surrendering, Lack of Self-confidence and Dissatisfaction of the people. What was considered as a dislocation of the present discourse was the Creation of disappointment in the community by the enemy and the ineffectiveness of considering Endurance to against sanctions. In response to such sanctions, the main element in the Imam's discourse, it has been largely widely used in society, is Patience and Perseverance. Accordingly, the concepts of Confronting domination and Economic self-sufficiency in terms of sanctions as well as Endurance and economic tolerate in the framework of this discourse has been manifested.

Achieving to a comprehensive and acceptable theory of revolutions, especially religious revolutions, is a necessary and important issue for direction and guidance of popular movements in the turbulent and changing world. This research tries methodologically to provide a schema for the theory of Islamic revolution which enjoys enough citations and is defendable in compare to other theories which have been provided. It is done by studying the Holy Quran and using unfalsifiable teachings of revelationon the basis of the verse 25 of AL-Hadid sura. This is exploratory and qualitative research that in theoretical framework obtained through analytical method, achieving the Islamic Revolution theory based on the teachings of the Holy Qur'an is derived through the interpretive method and the assessing the validity and explanatory power of this theory in comparison with other theories has been carried out through a comparative study. The resulting theory, as a schematic and prelude to definite and detail the Islamic Revolution, states that “ the Islamic Revolution is a popular uprising based on the teachings of the Holy Qur'an and the religion of Islam with the goal of fundamental transformation and overthrow of the oppressor and corrupt tyranny and establishment of new state and system based on the Islamic teachings and norms and the criteria of knowlegde, truth, justice and equity, with the focus of religious leadership and through awareness and mobilization of the people and a decisive and violent approach to the enemies.

the Islamic Republic of Iran, based on the principle of the jurisprudence of the Supreme Leader has introduced a new approach in the field of systematization. One of the key areas that need to be established in the jurisprudence of the Velayat-e Faqih is supervision and inspection. It has been explained in the form of Article 174 of the Constitution since the Islamic Revolution. The organization of the whole country is the product of the objective found in this principle. Coordination, alignment and enhancement of the country's oversight and inspection activities require a doctrine (principles and rules) based on the discipline of the velayat-faghih. Therefore, this research aims to achieve the doctrine of supervision and inspection based on the discipline of the Supreme Leader. This applied research has been done through descriptive-analytical method by gathering information through library method and qualitative content analysis of information collected from the jurisprudence of the jurisprudence in the field of supervision and inspection. The results of the research show that the following principles and rules as a doctrine of supervision and oversight of the country need to be observed to coordinate, co-ordinate and enhance the activities of the said area 1) The central law, 2) Rule of Law, 3) Knowledge-based, 4) The centrality of government supervision over society, 5)Application-oriented.

Today, the importance of economic power and the prominent role of national production in the economic development and progress of human societies is no secret to anyone. On the other hand, the importance of this issue for the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is based on a particular ideology and divine worldview, has always been subject to a variety of hard and soft domains since the victory of the revolution, and is now facing a full-scale economic war be very important respect to already. This research, which is a mixed exploratory study and is also a developmental-applied research, is based on library and documentary studies, meaning that through a comprehensive review of the theoretical literature, and the supreme leadership's statements (A), documentation and factors affecting the category of national production as well as establishing a rational and consistent relationship with the Resistance Economics literature as an explanation of the economic environment of the country and with reference to the categories of systemic attitudes, strategic environments, and future planning modeling approach. On the one hand, as well as referring to economic experts and interviews with national production experts, as well as a comparative study of the five top economic countries (Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Pakistan), the prospectus document, using descriptive statistics techniques Using a content analysis approach and a factor analysis test, the design of a "national production strategic model with a resistive economy approach" was designed. The model consists of 3 dimensions, 22 components and 105 indicators that followed its validation process.

Today, the use of the term development, especially its economic type, among economic activists, intellectuals and laborers in the field of production and economics has become a common and valuable organizational culture, and achieving it, in particular, sustainable economic development, is a dream and It has become a major target for business executives and activists. The activists, owners and trustees of the aforementioned economic organizations have made large and large investments in order to reach their predefined goals and objectives. Provide a complete, relatively accurate and effective model and model for achieving these important goals. In this research we seek a model and model with a cultural approach and the development of a culture of development in economic organizations active in the sector. We are defending the country using cultural dimensions and components. The present study was conducted with the aim of systematic study and a comprehensive overview of theoretical models and researches carried out in the field of development culture at the organizational level in Iran and other countries. The method of this research is qualitative and of the type of research synthesis that is accomplished by the method of content analysis with the help of interconnection, and is applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the research and the main sources of information gathering is the numerous studies that have been conducted in recent years in the field of culture and development in Iran and abroad. Of the 79 papers selected from the valid domestic and foreign databases, 61 samples were selected purposefully. Among them, 21 components were identified, and finally four components were extracted as final components. In this research, firstly, with analyzes conducted in the field of development culture, coding and classification of information from the research carried out, and the patterns, theoretical foundations of the field of culture and development were extracted. In the next step, the analysis of inductive content and a combination of these categories is carried out and the results of these analyzes are the extraction of a conceptual framework in the field of development culture studies around the four main dimensions, the components of the level of economic, social, political and creativity at the organizational level.

The purpose of this research is to develop a strategic model of human capital empowerment with a structural equation approach and to answer the question: What is the strategic model of human capital empowerment of Tourism Organization of Tehran? The research population in this study is divided into two groups. The first group consists of 10 professors and experts in the field of human resources (to confirm the components of research and conceptual model) and the second group includes all managers and employees of the tourism organization of Tehran province and its subsidiary organizations, whose number is 1892 people. The Morgan table was a sample of 367 people. The data were collected through a questionnaire tool from the level of the two communities of experts and the staff of the staff. The analysis of the questionnaire with experts' opinions and its reliability with Cronbach's alpha was confirmed. Data analysis using the structural equation approach was used. Results showed All components (vision and mission, organization line, partners and stakeholders, employees and processes), along with the following components, are effective in empowering the human capital of the Tourism Organization of the province of Tehran.

This study is conducted due to the lack of a strategic model in the field Jihad of construction through the experiences gained from the discourse of Velayat-e faqih and the constitution and the role of Jihad of Construction in the development and development of villages as well as imposed war and providing a kind of native management based on Islamic and revolutionary values which is practically not documented through scientific frameworks and strategic models and on the other hand, the importance of modeling and modeling in management, With the aim of achieving a strategic model in the field of jihad of construction for country administration and transnational exploitation and also the explanation of divine discourse of Velayat-e faqih in this field, extracting the axes and approaches of the constitution in this field explaining, documenting and theorizing the experiences of the Islamic Republic of Iran's holy system and determining dimensions, components, sub-components and the relationship between them in the strategic model of jihad of construction. This research is applied-developmentand is done using mixed research method and utilizing the data theory of the foundation and structural-interpretive modeling to explore phenomena and concepts and their relationship with each other. The strategic model of jihad of constructivist was presented in 9 dimensions, 21 components and 115 indicators which the dimensions of the doctrine with 3 components and 19 indicators, Goals with 3 components and 12 indicators and policies with 3 components and 11 indicators as the main elements of the discourse of Velayat-e faqih, the constitution and the upstream documents were extracted. Also, planning dimensions with 2 components and 14 indicators, organization with 2 components and 12 indicators, leadership with 2 components and 29 indicators, coordination with 2 components and 5 indicators, implement and run with 2 components and 5 indicators, monitoring and evaluation with 2 components and 8 indicatorswere extracted from the experience of the system in the field of constructivism, as a managerial dimension.
